Got my spicy chicken biscuit sandwich craving this morning. There were about 3 cars ahead of me but the line moved super fast as it typically does at CFA. Customer service is top notch at CFA Jomax as it is in other CFA locations. The complete opposite in customer service near the bottom of the barrel is naturally Micky D's and Taco Bell which rarely even make eye contact nor acknowledge you when you order drive thru. The staff here is professional and courteous, everyone from the front of house to back of house. This seems to be the standard vibe at literally any CFA that operates, without exception. We ordered the Caniac for two adults and two kids. There was so much food on that platter, we had leftovers! Six juicy tenders, coleslaw, Texas Toast, and a large iced tea. The Texas Toast made my mouth happy! I could chow down on that awesome garlicky flavor all day. Obviously fresh bread, toasted to perfection. The coleslaw had just the right amount of sauce, not dry and not soupy. The fries were mostly meh, nothing spectacular, but then I bit into the chicken tenders. The menu board shows the addition to be 39 cents, not 39 cents twice. This has kept me away from Wienerschnitzel on principle for a considerable amount of time. Today, I thought of a workaround! We parked at the restaurant and I immediately placed an online order and there was no attempt to charge 39 cents, twice. The ordering was easy and straightforward! I shouldn't have to become devious to avoid being overcharged, but for that 39 cents to not stick in my craw, that is what I had to do to get my Wienerschnitzel fix! As I said before, the food was great, but since I had to work at not being overcharged, they will only get 4 stars, instead of 5.

All I can say is after today's visit I will not be coming back. I don't know if somebody actually spit in my salad dressing, if the salad dressing is bad, or if they just gave me the wrong salad dressing (it's supposed to be a ranch and I've never had these black seeds in the dressing before). All I know is I'm extremely grossed out because that looks like spit in my salad dressing and now I can't eat. So I totally wasted my time and just under $13. How are they going to charge your card differently than what the screen tells you you're going to pay when you're going through the drive-thru?! Everything about this visit was scammy. How convenient that they did not give me a receipt in my bag after going through the drive-thru! Thieves!
