So I typically would stop here three maybe four times a week grab a breakfast burrito sometimes the salad or did the combo pack. However, I pulled in to find out that their breakfast burrito had more than doubled in price just makes sense anymore. The convenience of swinging through there or ordering on the app was something I frequently and I get when you have to increase your price but to double your price and of course the manager was super nice there and explained that they didn't have really anything to say about it and I get that it's complicated when you work for somebody who's just doubled the price on a breakfast burrito. I'm probably not coming back for the breakfast burrito anytime soon. It just doesn't make sense to pay nine dollars when something used to be four dollars. Good luck. read more

Super disappointed my green chili soup was cold, both of them, they weren't cooked at all. Very concerning as this could be a heath hazard, who knows how long it was sitting like that. Ordered a Cobb salad, the dressing was almost water. The cucumber mint lemonade was okay just not is usual color or consistency. I have eaten at several salads and go. I've been to the one at 19th Avenue, this location, and several East Valley locations. I think it's a great deal. The food is really good and the price is very reasonable. I only wish they had more drink choices. I'm not a fan of their lemonade but that's a definite me thing not on them. I have always seen these miniature stores pop up all across the valley but have yet to try. Decided to choose a healthier alternative for lunch instead of the usual greasy fast food and found this newly opened joint. I placed a mobile order for a Buffalo Chicken Salad, BBQ Ranch Wrap, Mango Green Tea and a Frozen Strawberry Lemonade. All orders were conveniently packaged and ready at arrival. The salads and wraps are made-to-order with fresh and organic ingredients. Majority of there items could also be substituted to become either vegan, gluten-free, or dairy-free. I liked the option to customize your order however you desire for those selective eaters like myself. You can choose to have it with chicken or tofu with a variety of endless toppings, cheeses and dressings. Each salad and wrap cost $5.74 and drinks were only $1.00, super affordable and the portions are abundant. The marinate on the Buffalo Chicken was tender and delicious. I feel like for the price this place is truly unbeatable. I've had salads and wraps and I can say everything is delicious here. You have to get one of the lemonades of teas as well. Today I had the BBQ ranch wrap and it had a lot chicken inside. The frozen strawberry Lemonade was awesome, I can't wait to get one of these in the summer when it's super hot. I have eaten here a few times and every time I have it I really enjoy it. I get the BBQ Ranch Wrap, but with no pico (I'm not a huge tomato fan). Everything in the wrap is always fresh. The use a good spring mix in this wrap. The strawberry lemonade is a perfect match with this lunch. For the price I'd the wrap and drink it's cheaper then other places for lunch, and it's filling. I've never regretted a single visit to salad and go. The quality and quantity vs price is unmatched. Breakfast burrito? Hell yeah. Salad? You're making the best choice of your day. Cold brew? I have been visiting Arizona for the last couple months for work in ran across the salad and go chain. Every location except for the one in Avondale that I've been to the Food has gotten pretty bad and I feel like I'm getting cheated. I normally get a Greek salad and add extra chicken. Normally when I add the extra chicken, it looks as if they do not add it and still take my two dollars. I added Buffalo chicken this time and I still feel cheated out of two bucks. I'll just go to the one location in Avondale that seems fair. What I liked about the chain initially was that it was fresh and I feel like I was getting my moneys worth. Don't give me wrong. I have been to this Salad and Go many times. For the most part it is good. I had not been there in a while and decided to get a salad with the roasted chicken as the protein like I usually get. However, apparently they are using some type of new chicken! ! It was some type of processed chicken meat with fake grill marks on it and it had an awful fake taste. I love coming to this location. I'm here about 3 times a week so I can get a healthy option for lunch. The food is really quality and pretty inexpensive ($8 for salad and frozen lemonade). Parker and Alexa also make my experience just that much better. They are so friendly and I'm always happy to see them! So glad this location is finally open! I went here this past week for lunch. They have a drive through to order and pickup food as well as a mobile pick-up walk up and separate drive through line for mobile orders as well. I didn't order ahead so I went through the regular drive through. I ordered what I usually get from other locations; the Greek salad with tofu, oil & vinegar, without feta to keep it plant based. The girl who took my order had it in and ready to go within seconds. When I pulled up to the window the guy was so friendly and personable. It took me less than a minute to pay and get my salad & go! (Pun intended). I love Salad & Go for their easy ordering and quick service. However, I was assuming a new location wouldn't be as quick. Your employees really need to start listening closely to customers orders and making them right. Unfortunately, it has nothing to do with the food. The food is great. It's the customer service and how rude their staff is. Ordered my food, and as she read it back to me, I informed her that it was rang in wrong. As the girl tried fixing the situation, you can hear the employees in the making comments on how I ordered my food wrong and they are correct which isn't the case and it's not that big of a deal. Mistakes happen. It was the fact that after I received my food, I politely asked for an extra fork, and as I said, thank you, the girl rudely slammed the window in my face before I drove off. I've been in the industry for 15 years never have I have an encounter with somebody like that. Why is this location soooo slow? 50 minute wait time for Mobile pick up. No big deal. Almost an hour for y'all to make my order. Get there and they don't have my order. Rush to make it. Typing this as I've been waiting 35 mins in a 4 car line in Mobile Pickup while the entire regular drive thru has filled up and emptied out about twice. It's a ratio of 15 cars in normal drive thru for 1 mobile pickup car. Do not do mobile pickup here if you are strapped for time (which is normally why people do mobile pickup). read more
