Cannot even get an order right after having it repeated back to me twice (and only 2 items!). Called to let them know they forgot half my food and they left me on hold and then started reading off random people's orders instead of making mine right. This chick fila is an absolute favorite! Clean, quick and friendly staff!! Let me point out some of the staff that are worthy of a shout out! Arias , Andrez and Andrick! These are some fine young men with great attitudes who are extremely friendly, polite and attentive to their customers. The food is always delicious and satisfying! Dining area and bathrooms are always on point and clean. The drive through area is fast and these employees work diligently to get to each customer very quickly! Wow what a great location! So used to go to Chick-fil-A all the time in the morning to get a good delicious chicken sandwich now all of them have switched to 10:30 here I am it's 10:20 and I can't get a chicken sandwich they can fry up chicken nuggets and all their breakfast chicken sandwiches but they can't make a chicken sandwich so disappointed that the owner would operate this business this way what about all the people that go to work early and breakfast time is there lunch I guess those people don't matter to these businesses anymore looks like Burger King is the only one that cares too bad their food sucks read more

As we all know, COVID-19 has put quite a damper in everything. But not Chick-fil-A! This place has been my staple through the whole pandemic. With their speedy and safe drive thru, I feel very comfortable every time I come here. I give huge props to all the workers outside taking orders, especially Jamie (the man always directing traffic). Recommend: spicy chicken sandwich, chicken strips, fries, grilled chicken nuggets Cons: the lemonade was way too sweet, even the sugar free version, we had to water it down by a whole lot, also the put so much ice in the drinks, and I don't think there are any refills on any of the drinks- not sure, but it did not seem that refills are being offered Price is so so- a bit expensive for fast food I guess Ambience is very nice and clean. I go through the drive-through between 2 and 6 days a week and sometimes I only get drinks but at its busiest the drive-through takes less than 10 minutes. The food is always extremely fresh and every single person that works there has great customer service. The owners Troy and his wife both work there and I have seen them do every single job whether it's cleaning tables or taking orders in the sun and they are some of the nicest people I have ever met. 2 things- 1) If you download the app and scan it every time you get food you will be surprised at how often you get free stuff and sometimes the Owners will add free stuff tear app just for fun. 2) Try the honey roasted barbecue sauce. I ordered a chicken sandwich during breakfast hours and was informed that i am not able to, I was frustrated because my friend wanted breakfast and i just wanted a sandwich now meant we would have to eat at separate times and i would have to drive back. I had left a review about my frustration and received a call a couple days later from Troy. He explained to me that it is different chicken and took the time to explain why i couldn't get sandwiches during breakfast. Hi, I just wanted to take a minute and say how awesome this location is. I frequent this restaurant because it is close to both my work and home. Over the last year and a half or so I have been going to this location, sometimes 2 or 3 times a week amd usually have multiple orders. I can not think of a single time that we have received a wrong order or one that was not hot and fresh. With everything going on right now their employees are still friendly and professional and take great care of their customers. I ttied to tip a couple of theor employees and they were not able to accept it and I can understand why. I figured I'd do the next best thing and let their management and the owner know their employee's are AWESOME and doing a great job! I had not tried this chicken until this location opened. I was impressed with the fresh product and the fact that there were Fresh salads. Usually fried chicken is the rule and salad is an option. The market salad is my favorite because it includes fresh fruit and berries. I am a drive thru person and I am impressed with the order takers in the parking lot and the speed at which the process moves. Disappointed! I get they are busy but please figure out a way to balance both drive through and your lobby orders. There were 15 cars in the drive through, so I elected to go inside. There was no waiting so they took my order right away. Took 15 minutes to get my one order of chicken nuggets while they cleaned out the drive through. This Chick-fil-A is all around amazing! Their food is always hot and delicious. I am always surprised of how fast they get my order out whether I'm in the drive-thru or inside. Their staff is also very courteous and you can tell that the people that work there are sincere and genuine. The restaurant has many different seating options from a booth to a table, and they also have a nice play place for the kiddos. I recommend this place to anybody looking for great food and service! I will be coming to this Chick-fil-A for many years to come! Been going to Chick-fil-A fit a long time. One of my favorite quick lunch places. Love the nuggets, especially the fried. In the many years I've eaten here, there have only been three times that I was given less nuggets than the twelve count I usually get. All three times they were quick to fix with fresh hot nuggets, always more to make up for the inconvenience. The service is top notch. I sometimes take my time, and the staff is courteous and offers refills and clean up the table. Wish more restaurants offered this level of service and consistent good food. read more
