This chick fil-a is blocking off the disabled parking spots in the parking lot. What they are doing is ableist and illegal under the ADA. This quote is from the chick fil a corporate website under the purpose section. "From the beginning, Truett based his business on Biblical principles that he believed were also good business principles, and since 1982, our Corporate Purpose has guided all that we do. We keep our Purpose front and center because it helps us to steward our business and our work to positively influence everyone we meet. "To glorify God by being a faithful steward of all that is entrusted to us. To have a positive influence on all who come in contact with Chick-fil-A." To live out our Purpose and honor Truett's legacy, we are focused on creating a culture of care, both at the Support Center and in our restaurants." How does limiting access to disabled customers honoring this statement? You're breaking federal law. How is discriminating against disabled people glorifying God? I'll be calling corporate and reporting this location to the proper authorities. The excuse that they are using the space for something else is pathetic. Again this is ILLEGAL. This is an absolutely amazing place to eat. I have been here 4 times since it has opened and always have a great experience. I bring my grandchildren and they love the food and the play area. I love that they supply sanitizing wipes for the kids. Great idea! The kids love the books they have received so far with the kids meals. I love the food and the prices are great. The owner/manager works right along with his staff and greets his customers. The staff is great and ensure you are not in need of anything. This store is busy and they still have the food ready in record time. I am so impressed. This is a favorite and I will continue to eat there. Thank You for the great customer service. Admittedly I am a fan of Chick-fil-As, but this location is up at the top of the list for the brand. It is always clean inside and the staff is extremely friendly. I visit the location regularly (probably 4-6 times a month); it is my go-to place when meeting friends and colleagues for lunch. The manager is constantly doing promotions as well on the Chick-fil-a One app. Definitely keeps me coming back! If I had to find one thing that needs improvement, and the City of Glendale is 100% responsible, it would be the median on 59th ave - you can't go north leaving the restaurant because of it. The other 3 parts of the intersection don't have the median, so perhaps the City would be open to the removal of it. Overall, I highly recommend this location and plan to continue my weekly visits. read more

I usually go through the drive through because it's the most convenient, however, I chose to sit inside for a change. The first thing I noticed was the upkeep of the dining room. Tables were clean and an employee was out making sure things were presentable. What surprised me was how willing the employee was to help out customers when they had requests that are unusual for fast food workers. If someone needed a refill and didn't want to get up, the employee didn't hesitate to refill the drink. Truly going the extra mile! The food came out very fast and hot. My sandwich was delicious and my mac & cheese was filled to the brim which was very appreciated. This is the best Chick-fil-A in the USA. So many locations in Texas, Arizona and California have long lines, but they're so slow. Every time I go back to visit family in Arizona, I'll stop by this Chick-fil-A. The workers are always friendly and well mannered. They always get my order right, and anytime there's a mistake (rarely) they happily make it right. They always give you hot fries, I'm not sure why so many locations give you cold fries... but never here! I know that the owner is a big part of the process. At lunch rushes it's common to see him outside sweating with his employees, making sure customers are happy and that the lines are moving. He's one of the team. My wife and I stopped by the Chick-fil-A at 5908 W Thunderbird Rd, Glendale, AZ with two of our grandchildren for lunch two days ago. The food, and cheerful, friendly service are always superb, and landmarks at any Chick-fil-A I've ever been in. This store was even more impressive! The crew was particularly courteous. Further, it is without a doubt the cleanest fast food restaurant I have ever eaten in. This Chick-fil-A has world-class customer service! Every time I go I am so impressed with the management and employees at this location-definitely a notch above the competition! It is so refreshing to see employees that take pride in their work and do it with a smile! Went in to pick up some food for my stepdaughter and her husband who were at the PICU with their 1 week old daughter. ..I asked the server if I could get a sturdy bag / holder since I was walking a distance up to the hospital. ...she (Megan G.) casually inquired about the circumstances for the hospital visit. ..I went to pay when she said "no charge" ! My first time in this restaurant and it turned out to be a great experience. Being in the food business my entire working life I never saw any other Fast Food Restaurant that was clean as this one is. From the floor to the tables, counters and windows it was immaculate. Then the service level of the counter person to the person who brought me my meal and the to the other patrons. The food is always fresh and tasty and the service is above exceptional. Rarely are there any issues with orders, and if they occur, the staff is always quick to remedy the situation. This location is twice as far from my home as the one I normally go to. However, I gave it a shot at dinner time. The closer location always has a ridiculously long line, and you have to wait anywhere from 10-20 minutes to be served in the drive through. When I got to this location, the line was even longer than I was expecting, and it's a double drive through - so almost 4 times the traffic I was trying to avoid. They are known for their Classic Roast Beef sandwich but also have a deli-style Market Fresh line of sandwiches along with much more. This location is open daily from 9 AM to 10 PM. The restaurant includes features like ordering ahead, pickup, drive through, carry out, curbside pickup, and of course, the store. We each tried something different, sliced beef, hot dog, burger, polish sausage, fries and onion rings. We even got cheese sauce and their special sauce to tried. My girls and husband enjoyed it but I am not sure it is really my cup of tea. The service was decently quick and the place was clean and organized. It was a bit hot and stifling in there (started sweating a bit during the meal inside) but it was 115+ outside so I am sure the AC was working overtime.
