Come here pretty often, usually the service is good. Tonight, though, we ordered food and forgot to ask for pepper jack. Our fault, but ordered the cheese and had to wait for it to come to the table. 10 minutes later still no cheese. My girlfriend went up to the counter to ask for it. Riley was very nice. She was the only one really doing anything. Had a long line and everyone else was just standing around behind her. When asked for the cheese she apologized and asked a girl with red hair and glasses. (Sorry missed her name) she immediately gave attitude. She responded with "ok" and then proceeded to take a tray of food to another table before just getting the single slice of cheese. Not a huge issue but the attitude will make us visit another location from now on. read more

We were there this evening about 6:40. Love Co but this is the 2nd dirtiest store we have been in. We frequent store in Hidden Valley in Corona an Rancho Cucamonga which are always much cleaner. My favorite location. Almost always see the same friendly faces for the last year. It's always kept clean, employees actively check in on those dining to see if anything is needed. Food always ready quickly. People very competent and always seem to have managers available. The playground is the perfect size surrounded by glass walls and door so you can see your kids but don't HAVE to hear them! The only complaint I have is playground was way too full one day with kids and ones that were way to big or old to be inside, I asked a nearby employee if there was anything that could be done and I was told they don't really do anything, it's up to parents. When I mentioned older children being in there she did then enter play ground area and ask them to exit. Which is why I still give 5 stars. I have 3 kids at ages 11, 8 and 2.... my older children do going to the playground with my toddler but no to be very conscious of the little children around them and not to act like crazy people in there. If my children were to miss behave in the playground or be rude to other kids they would be removed by me immediately. read more

This place is the best came in with the hubby went in line to start ordering. The cashier was a sweet old lady took our order, fast and efficient and gave us a marker to let one of there employees know which order is ours. While waiting for our food was pretty busy but not that much until it hits lunch time then the place gets pretty crazy. But we got our food it was cooked well and was hot and delicious. But once we were done another employee was so sweet she offered us mints. The employees here are pretty awesome & don't mind coming back! Okay... how do you rate a business that has perfect execution of prompt speedy service, fast friendly and polite employees who let's be honest provide far better service than any establishment around? Their food served fast, fresh and accurate also helping me get my bearings which I must say have been off as I misread my intended order that they quickly without no error at all caused by them. If you seek service unparalleled to any other restaurant and service of quality food that will leave you smiling and content as you enter and as you grab for that criss cut fries to the exit getting home knowing you managed to devour your food before you left the parking lot as let's be honest one bite is not easy to complete without the last bite. I just went through the drive thru at the 59th Ave and T-bird location. I live nearby and wanted a fast late lunch. After I ordered and pulled forward I realized my wallet was no where to be found. Embarrassed to say the least I started to explain to the cashier that I live nearby and could come back for the food and pay. Kaitlin was listening and said, "your lunch is on us today." She was so kind and polite! I can't believe how kind she was. I have had a rough day and left my brain at home. She laughed with me and handed me $15 of free food. I will be back to pay and bring Kaitlin a thank you gift. Chick-Fil-A has a totally different set of values than the world we live in. It's refreshing and I will be back, With money next time!!! I ordered 2 southwest salads on line at approx 11:10 am. Got in line at about 11:30 waited in line until 11:40, got to the window and was told my salads (one with no onion/tomato) we're not ready yet and they asked me to pull out front. I'm sorry but I just waited for 10 minutes in line (and time is valuable). For a salad to not be ready within 10 minutes is ridiculous let alone a half hour they had to prepare it . Needless to say this is the second time that they have messed up my order. Had I ordered steak and potatoes, I realize my order wouldn't be ready in that short of time but we're talking about a salad. They did say they would refund my money and I drove away. I guess I just expect all businesses to run like my place of employment. I will not be back to Chick-fil-A read more

During the crazy time we are facing with Covid-19, most drive thru places can be a little crazy! We went through the drive thru yesterday for our lunch order and had the most pleasant experience. Not only did they have a great group of employees out greeting the cars/customers, the owner was out there taking orders and making sure each car was getting a great experience. They all were super efficient and took every precaution to make sure your food and any items were handled as carefully as possibly keeping to the guides of as much social distance needed. Also, the line looked like it was going to take forever to get through and yet they were fast and incredibly efficient, hardly waited long at all. We love Chick-Fil-A and we especially are appreciative of all the extra measures this location took to make sure our experience met our expectations. But have to say, it exceeded them! I go to this Chick-fil-a very often, normally don't have any issues with employees, but today I went and was in the drive thru at 10:28 and was told that I couldn't have an order placed for lunch since it wasn't 10:30, I responded with "So you want me to sit here for two min before I order?" And she said "No, you can come back when it's 10:30" so I pulled out of the drive thru and parked till it was 10:30 and my order was taken, and then got up to get my food and the employee seemed very unhappy, no smile was the main issue, because your facial expressions give off your attitude. Overall my experiences aren't normally bad though, so the one time that stood out I felt I should write a review. read more

Went to Chick-fil-a today on 59th. ave. and Thunderbird Rd. in Glendale AZ. Second time I've been to one. This visit was not good. It was confusing with the drive thru as there were 2 lanes set up with cones and the menu was not easy to read as an attendant was holding it as she stood to take orders in line. I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich combo. The drive thru lines were busy. So imagine my surprise when, as I was driving out after picking up my food, I grabbed a waffle fry to munch on and it was soggy and tepid in temp. I waited to get to my destination to eat my sandwich. It was more than disappointing. It was not crispy in the least, as the "breading" if that's what it was, was soggy as was the bun. There was a pickle and a half imbedded into the bottom of the soggy bun. Reminded my of a McDonalds chicken burger I got once years ago. I don't eat McDonalds and won't do Chick-fil-a again. read more

How does this GEM not have a 5 Star Rating. I'd love to overcome the objections of any person who has given them a poor rating because this location is 100% perfection. They have never given me a bad experience. Every employee is friendly and professional. The food always tastes amazing. This specific location is the reason my wife and I love Chick Fil A. I've lived near 59th Ave and Thunderbird for close to 16 years.... I actually used to be a regular at the Circle K before Chick Fil A was even a thought. To be honest, I was actually quite upset when I learned that they were tearing down the Circle K to even build a Chick Fil A. I had probably eaten CFA, 1 maybe 2 times in my life at that point so I wasn't very excited at all. Months and months went by and still no Chick Fil A. Then one day, we saw a fence around the Circle K, a few bulldozers and a giant dirt mound and we knew it was coming. It seemed like it took forever to be built, and then..... One day.... it was there lol. It looked very nice and we HAD to try it. Fast Forward about 2 years..... This is now our families GO TO place. We eat here way more often than we probably should. They always get our order right. They're always fast and friendly. The main word that I can use to describe them is "consistent" Last night we ate here and met the owner for the very first time. He asked if we ate here often and we told him that we ate here 2-3 times a week. It was to our surprise that we had never met him before. He was the nicest guy and it was very clear to my wife and I after talking to him for a few minutes, why this Chick Fil A is so perfect. He thanked us and gave us a bunch of free cards for sandwiches. This location deserves an award. They care about their customers, they care about their food and they care about their employees. But you HAVE to get chick fil a sauce, Polynesian, and buffalo sauce!! This will change your world.
