Great customer service, always as fast as I could ask them to be. I visit this location frequently and never have any problems. Today I messed up on using my rewards when paying, and Sue and Abbey went above and beyond on helping to fix my mistake and make sure I could use my rewards. They didn't make me feel bad at all for taking extra time or for making a mistake. They remained positive and kind despite the growing line behind me. It looked like they we're pretty slow about 45 minutes until close so I questioned if I should order food or just drive away... I should've driven away! I placed my order with some confusion because they weren't paying attention! I drive up to the window and they all seem to have a conversation going with each other that is more concerning and barely acknowledging me other for me payment and handing me my food while she was still engaged in conversation with other people. It was an alright sandwich but my fries where some of the worst teeth breathing things I've had! I'm disappointed in this location especially at a time when I needed them to be solid! read more

This is my first time here at this location and the service was awesome! John was walking around asking everyone if they needed anything and not only that he talked to everyone in the restaurant table to table! I sat in line in my car for 27 minutes for a chicken sandwich and an iced tea last week. There was no way to exit, so I was stuck in the long line. For some reason, the management decided to train a new employee at the noon hour which made the line move at a tediously slow rate. I almost didn't make it back to work on time on my lunch break. If you are in a hurry, don't choose this Chick-fil-A location. read more

This is yet another excellent Chick-fil-A with friendly and helpful staff and great chicken sandwiches. My order was filled so quickly that the person bringing my order was following me to my chosen table. I had their standard chicken sandwich and some of their nuggets. Both were great. My only minor complaint is that you cannot refill your own drink - a server must do it for you- which they did with a smile and quickly. read more

They just remodeled this location to have a two lane drive through, but it doesn't matter because they don't know how to do the lanes evenly. They let one go lane go while one sits there. Come here if you want people who arrive after you to go ahead and get their food first. read more

I never had had a problem at this location. I've come in her to eat dinner with my children or just sneak away. Staff is always friendly. Only once my food was not made right and they apologized and replaced it. Clean location and for the times I've gone it is never crowded. My friend and I dined-in for Lunch on a Friday. We arrived at 11:30 - it was not busy at that time. We received our food while still in line - at lightning speed! The Chick fil a in Grapevine area very professional and the crew that night on May, 19 at 8:31pm working as a team and caring for each other. Literally EVERY TIME they forget things either that I have ordered or that I have paid for and not received. Take my advice, if you want to receive all of your food... poor service. I was just there today and ordered a chicken deluxe sandwich but was given a regular sandwich. when I realized the error which was less than 5 mins later (since I had pulled over in their parking lot) I came back through the drive thru without cutting anyone in line and was directed to the 2nd window. I was greeted by whom I assumed was the manager and not the young lady that gave me my order. He refused to take the sandwich back, said all he'd be willing to do would be to give me a side of the lettuce, cheese, tomatoe. I was surprised they didnt just remake the order and then the nature of the concluding conversation when he said essentially that next time I should be more clear when making an order. I told him that I was very clear about what I said. clearly the person taking the order had incorrectly charged me for the regular sandwich. Sadly, I'm shocked by the poor service since I've come here more than once in the past and never insulted to this degree. It seems strange to give fast food five stars, but this place is so well run, clean, and the staff is so friendly that I had to give them 5 stars. The food is great for fast food. Today I had chicken tenders with fries and they brought my food to my seat moments after ordering. I couldn't believe how fast I got my food considering how busy they are. Cockroaches in the kitchen and knats in the drinks and I saw 2 cockroaches in the kitchen. When I asked what they were going to do about it and the ginger guy said nothing. I would drive the hour from home to come to this Chik-fil-A. Employees are super friendly and make sure your taken care of. The store manager was out sweeping the floors and refilling guests drinks and making sure they were taken care of and also thanking them for coming in.
