As you can see in this photo, I ordered my dinner through the app which was very convenient and also I love their rewards program because it is so easy to rack up points and the fact that they allow you to use multiple free coupons in one order always amazes me. This location in particular has its ups and downs and the reason why I'm saying that is I've ordered from this location multiple times in the past and a few times they have messed up on my order by not giving all the sauces I requested or missing items that I've ordered. So I can say that this place is a hit or miss when it comes to ordering ahead but I have not tried ordering inside as of yet if you like Chick-fil-A then this is the place to be OK I didn't mean to make that rhyme.

I feel like you can't go wrong with Chick-fil-A anywhere FOR THE MOST PART, definitely some exceptions. They lost a star, because the pepper jack cheese ordered as an extra for my spicy chicken sandwich was still cold. There are lots of options, comfortable dining setting with table service, great sauces to choose from, friendly and quick staff, clean bathrooms, etc. Just an overall good service from a great establishment! Wish they were open Sundays! But we understand! Oh and BEST WAFFLE FRIES EVER (general statement)!!!

Two reasons. We were in the drive-thru and I asked how Randall was doing. He ignored me and asked me what I wanted to order at the minimal volume possible. I couldn't hear him and was so confused with why he was being so distant and rude. I thought maybe he was having a bad day. As we went to pay at the next stop, I saw him joking with another patron. I communicated his behavior to the manager. We went again today and Randall was our cashier and again had no customer service skills. He did not give us sauce, our coke, or our shake for 25 minutes after our order was made. Ps there was nobody there and it was 8pm. The manager didn't seem to care this time and I will be calling corporate tomorrow to let them know that their employees are less than pleasant. Randal, it was not my pleasure.

    Thanks for the "Large"

I was visiting friends, and since her family is pretty big, this has become their go-to restaurant. She mentioned that the staff never hesitates when a large party walks in and always accommodates everyone without making it feel like an inconvenience. The dining room is one large, open space with tables throughout, creating a lively atmosphere. I absolutely loved it. It was filled with people enjoying incredible food, and you could tell this place was a local favorite. Of course, I had to start with one of their Greek beers, served in a traditional beer mug, which was the perfect way to kick off the meal. We also ordered the tzatziki and hummus sampler, and I'm so glad we did. The flavors were unbelievable, and they were incredibly generous with the warm pita bread. Honestly, I ate so much of the sampler that by the time it came to order my entrée, all I could manage was a piece of grilled chicken. Even then, I found myself dipping the chicken into the hummus and tzatziki because they were just that good. I left completely full, happy, and even had leftovers to take home. The staff was fantastic--everyone worked together seamlessly, helping one another and making sure every table was taken care of. It created such a welcoming atmosphere. After eating here, it's easy to understand why this restaurant has so many outstanding reviews. The food, service, and overall experience absolutely live up to the hype.

Next to the restaurant there are amazing stores and when your done eating you can go shopping. I got the Greek salad which is a staple there, the fresh vegetables and the cheese is the right amount of bite. I would have ordered two salads because you really want your own. We had the warm pita bread with the taziki, the best part of the meal, this is freshly made and trust me, you taste the garlic in every bite. It's so fresh and homemade. The spanakopita is ok, I get it every once in a while but it's not my favorite. They make a lot of good dishes. I highly recommend this place.

Cool, no problem... except there's literally no "order now" button or online ordering section anywhere on their website. The person on the phone insisted she could see the button on her end. Walked in less than 5 minutes later (place was practically empty except one other customer) and asked her to show me on her phone. Suddenly she couldn't find it either and got noticeably flustered. Felt like a straight-up lie to avoid taking phone orders. Ordered an açaí bowl at the counter. Ingredients looked fresh and it was made to order, but it still took a solid 10 minutes for something that should've been fast in an empty shop. The bowl itself was good -- nice fruit, decent portion -- but the peanut butter drizzle was that super-sweet, processed squeeze-bottle stuff that tastes like candy more than actual peanut butter. Kind of defeats the "natural" vibe. Paid almost $14 after tax... felt steep for what it was. The space is small and honestly feels cluttered -- random shelves, mismatched furniture, layout is a little chaotic. Not the chill, Instagram-worthy health cafe vibe you might expect. Bottom line: the food is decent if you're already nearby and not in a rush, but the customer service mishap and pricing left a bad taste. I'll probably pass next time unless they get the online ordering actually working (or just admit they take phone orders).

The space was clean with plenty of seating, and the staff was warm and welcoming from the moment I walked in. They gave me time to browse the menu without any rush, and were ready to take my order the moment I decided. I went with the Falafel and Eggplant Pita Wrap, ordered exactly as it comes -- five crispy handmade falafels, roasted eggplant, hummus, tomato and cucumber salad, purple cabbage slaw, white onions, tomatoes, pickles, and lemon tahini sauce. What I loved about the presentation was how they sliced the pita and stuffed the toppings inside the pocket, then placed the eggplant and falafel on the outside before wrapping everything up tightly. It made for a much easier, cleaner eat -- no toppings tumbling out with every bite! My first bite was amazing. The fresh flavors really shined, the falafels were perfectly crispy, and the eggplant had that deep, savory roasted flavor. Every topping complemented the others beautifully, and I walked away completely satisfied. I am so happy I found this fast and healthy option close by! I also grabbed a baklava and a mango sparkling probiotic drink -- both delicious. Beyond the food, they have soft drinks, tea, and lemonade, plus a sauce bar with vinegar and oil if you want to customize your meal even further. Overall, an excellent experience from start to finish. I can't wait to come back and try their other menu options!

You order and pay at the counter. They bring your food to you. Service was friendly and prompt. Loved their t-shirts, too. They had a lot of options on their menu (which is on the wall above the counter) -- some "healthier" than others. I chose their soup and half sandwich. And my husband opted for one of their acai bowls. For my half sandwich, I chose the Turkey with avocado and cranberry sauce. I had them leave off the mayo. The sandwich was very good. I liked the whole grain bread it was on and the combo of savory and sweet. For my soup, I had the tomato bisque. It was thick and creamy. For me there was a bit too much acidity, but it went well with the sandwich. So I took most of it home and my husband enjoyed it later that day. His choice was their Reef Road acai bowl. The bowl had layers of fresh cut fruit -- kiwi, strawberries, pineapple, et al, and some crunchy grains. The bottom layer was frozen acai. And I think there was coconut sprinkled on top. He said it was very good and quite refreshing. I'd come back to try some of their other soups and sandwiches or maybe one of their salads...he'd return for their bowls and smoothies.
