Unfriendliest drive-thru I've been too. I've been to Chick Fil A up and down the entire east coast of U.S. I've been eating Chick Fil A since I was a little kid and their customer service and experience has gone down hill with with this store. You ask for something, they roll their eyes. You collect your food at drive thru they don't say a word to you at all, just hand you the food and be about your day. Chick Fil A is supposed to pride themselves on customer service and going above and beyond...not at this location. At this point I'd rather go out of my way and go to another location, versus coming here and always dealing with a bad experience. Had the cops called on me today and removed out of line, because I made a complaint to the manager on duty how a car cut around everyone and cut off people to skip about 15 cars in line. He rolled his eyes and became very smug with me. Asked me what he should do?!? You're the manager, you can figure that one out. After suggesting they not serve the customer, he then became arrogant and just walked away from me. Called the cops on me, who then removed me from the drive-thru line after I had sat in line for 20 mins and ordered. Clearly not management material, and faced with a challenge/issue by a disgruntled customer you call the cops. I guess that's his easy way out of not dealing with it and making it right. I order 4 meals and ask not to put cherries on the milk shakes . they brought the milk shakes with cherries and took them behing the counter and removed them with paper towels with out the use of gloves. if i didnt say something they would of gave us that . not professional at all , no common sense at all . this is why people dont come back and stay home rather than spend 45 dollars. also why no one handling food is wearing hair nets? why cashiers handling food after handling money? read more

Usually the service is amazing at this specific location. The people are usually patient and kind. NOT this time. I felt rushed and overseen with the attitudes of these employees. This business is regularly busy and there should be no reason that my order was wrong. It is paid for therefore I expect what I order.. am I wrong? Not to mention the ticket is stuck to the bag so it's hard to miss what you should be bagging. No reason for an incorrect order. And I received a wrong drink not once but TWICE. May I also state that I went around 730pm so maybe I am to assume the night crew is just a bunch of teens who cannot read? At least I got the correct sauce lmao. This location is garbage. Do not order decaf from here. They're extremely lazy about brewing it. One time I had to wait 25 minutes outside for them to make one and had to call them three times to remind them and then go and knock (this was during COVID) on the door to remind again. The food was fine. What I'm concerned with was the amount of care put into the takeout process. I've worked in fast food before, I know how it works. With that being said, I got an order for curbside to-go and my food was brought to me, which is great. But there was no straw for my drink, luckily I had a couple extra, no problem... but THEN I went to take a sip of my drink, and the top wasn't put on all the way, so it spilled all over me white pants and interior of my car... white pants stained and Porsche interior sticky and gross. Ordered a chicken sandwich and fries at 8 p.m. on a busy Friday night. I thought it would be a good time to place an order because everything would be fresh because of the volume of business. But no! On the bottom the roll was hard, and it was mushy on the top. The chicken was stringy and chewy. This order was in Greenacres, SO FLA. The only other Chick-fil-A I ever went to is in Hyannis in Cape Cod. The Cape store is excellent. Every time I went the food was fresh and good. The Greenacres store for me, gets 2 Stars out of five, pretty much on a par with the burger joints. read more

I love Chick Fil-a BUT this one not so much. It's hit or miss here. The staff is still nice as ever but I am not use to checking my orders at other locations but I have to here. And can never get a half and half made right, usually I just get a large cup of tea with no lemonade ‍and then have to trash the whole drink. So nice to have a Chick-fil-a nearby! The inside is so nice and clean, and the employees are unbelievably nice. I love the breaded chicken sandwich, the spicy one is great but a bit too spicy for me. I love the taste of their breading, it is made with peanut oil so that is why it is so tasty. I have not tried the yummy looking sundaes, but am looking forward to trying them. They play christian music inside, what a nice change from the music played at other fast food places. I love to give my money to places like this that are family oriented and make sure their employees are being nice and polite, a rare find in FL! A great change from burgers and fries. read more

I just ordered two chicken nugget meals/ chicken wrap/ 2 chicken sandwiches. I asked for chick-fil a sauce. She handed me 2 sauces. I asked for more sauce please and she looked confused and said she'd " ask ". She came back and said I needed to buy a bottle. I then realized she didn't provide my drink. I asked if she could please provide my missing drink and just two more sauces for the inconvenience. Another worker came to bring me my drink and once again stated I needed to buy an entire bottle of sauce for my meal when only received 2 SAUCES FOR 2 NUGGET MEALS AND 2 CHICKEN SANDWICHES. OK let me preface this review with the clear understanding that this is for a fast food restaurant in a chain: This means that the food should be pretty much exactly the same from place to place. Now my review is about service and how, when things don't go right, complaints or queries are handled. I go here pretty much once a week after a long day. I want to get served with no hassles and sit and relax a little with my wife. Mainly this is what you get from this particular restaurant. So sometimes I forget to ask for no salt on my waffle fries; "no problem" or they have run out of mayo in packets like this week.
