This place again is going through so many management issues... We came in before 9 am and they were out of so many products. They were making more but again, the management with products and timing is atrocious at this location. We ordered egg sandwiches and a souffle (25 min. Wait). After about 20 min. Everyone in the party but me had eaten. I checked up front and souffles were already out. They had forgotten. I went up to where they serve food and asked about it. The young man just pointed me to front desk... I went to the front desk... no apology forgetting btw! They handed me the wrong souffle (with bacon, I do not eat this kind of meat). Had to go up again and tell them. They took the souffle, put it back on display (after it was with a customer?) Then got me a new one, again no apology. They also messed up the ladies order next to us too (sounded like a similar problem (non-meat eater given food with meat). The customer service was bland (no personality) and management was here but this location has just let go of itself in recent years. I keep trying to give second chances and every now and then they do okay.

2 stars for how yummy the food always is, -3 stars because this cost me 36 dollars. Panera will do everything to get customers, BUT lower prices. Go to a local deli, get the same (or better) kind of food and save 20 bucks!

Very dirty kitchen. No hair nets on the cooks. Salad was a bit silty on my Cesar salad. Don't think I'll be coming back. View the picture and zoom to the right of the hood. Obvious that there's been no cleaning going on for at least a month. That was just noticed while I stood waiting for my meal.

Confusing menu insofar as you can't order a salad with a sandwich, or if you can the person working the register didn't allow us to do that. They didn't have regular Pepsi.

Very quiet evening in Panera Bread. Place behind on cleaning area but not bad. Chicken noodle soup this time was done right and full of ingredients like chicken and vegetables which before would be lacking in. Breads outstanding as usual. I enjoyed the late afternoon looking out the window but as usual lonely and need company. I love the patio area but too hot right now to enjoy. Hopefully in another week or two it will be back in the 70's to enjoy sitting outside. Staff friendly but a little slow in preparing. Overall still pleased with place. They just need to clean more often and pick up the pace a little.

Lots of effort went into making this little thing.

Always out of basics at this location. Out of baguettes, and mayo. Undercooked and soggy bacon for the BLT.

So Mark and I tried a new to us restaurant this afternoon…read more.. It's primarily a Thai / Hibachi carry out, with 5 tables. You order and pay at the kiosk and wait for them to bring it out to you. Our food took about 8 to 10 minutes. It looks clean inside, is brightly lit and the staff are very friendly and polite. I ordered the Shrimp Pad Thai which was quite delicious, one of the better versions in town. I counted 8 large shrimp covered by both thin and medium wide noodles which was odd and made it a little heavier but it worked for me on a certain level. The flavors were spot on Thai with that delicious mix of sweet, sour and salty. My only suggestion would be to get a little more scrambled egg and bean sprouts to lighten the heaviness of the rice noodles. My main sticking point is that they apparently don't offer lunch portions. The portions are dinner sized @ $17.99 but it's just far too much food for me and I'm not a fan of leftovers. Add a mini Pepsi @ $2.50 and tax and I had a nearly $21 lunch at a strip mall carryout? Ouch! There's a lot of positives that work well for others but the lack of a lunch portion will probably keep me away so... 4 Stars

Easy to find, plenty of parking. I'd driven past before and been intrigued. It's small, and cute, inside and out. Friendly staff. Nice selection of drinks, interesting menu. The food was good. Not great, but good. I got pad see yew, somewhat rare even on Thai menus, and one of my favorites. Big portion, decent flavor. But not as good as other local versions of pad see yew. I chose spice level 3, and it was appropriate- spicy but not crazy. Order at the counter or on the kiosk. Basically Thai classics and hibachi, as you might expect from the name. Prices, though... Yikes. Sticker shock is the norm lately, but these were higher even than I would expect. And the base price does not include protein. Well, it seems to include chicken, and any other option is extra. Not uncommon, but the base prices elsewhere are usually lower. Portions are pretty big, though. I had enough for two meals. So figure that in. Drinks were also expensive- $3 for a 16-oz pop bottle (and only slightly cool, not cold.) $2.50 for a "mini." Ridiculous. I had intended to get crab Rangoon, but was scared off by the entree's price. I was thinking "next time," but it was so expensive and the food just wasn't amazing, so I probably won't be back. It's a haul for me. If it is handy for you, check it out.

The simplicity and convenience of ordering takeout from them keeps us coming back again and again. We simply go on the app, pick out what we want and when we want it and pay for the food. We wait about 20 minutes and then head to the restaurant and park in a designated to-go parking spot right in front of the entrance. We let them know we have arrived and without fail, within 5 minutes our food is brought to our car with a smile. I always get the Tour of Italy with a side salad. So delicious!! I get a little assortment of things that I can sample and then keep for my lunch the next day since the portions are so large. Chicken parmesan, lasagna and fettucine alfredo; the food is always fresh and tasty! My hubby loves their spaghetti with meatballs and sausage and we also get the calamari for an appetizer. Once again, fresh and tasty! The breadsticks can be a little on the hard side sometimes; I wish they had sourdough bread but that's okay! Such a good lunch spot and we will continue to order from them on a regular basis.

I went with the Chicken & Gnocchi Soup because it's one of my favorites, while my wife chose the salad (minus the onions). For my entrée, I picked angel hair pasta with the creamy mushroom sauce. The pasta was cooked perfectly and arrived piping hot, and the creamy mushroom sauce was rich and flavorful without being too heavy. The soup was also served nice and hot, and it was every bit as good as I remembered. To drink, I tried the raspberry lemonade. It had a nice balance of sweet and tart that made it really refreshing. I almost forgot the breadsticks! They were toasted just right and still warm enough to melt the butter. It's hard to visit Olive Garden and not enjoy those breadsticks. Overall, this was a solid meal with good service and tasty food at a reasonable price. If you're near Grove City and have a hankering for some satisfying pasta, stop by the Olive Garden on Stringtown Road and grab yourself some good Italian food. You won't leave hungry!

It is a nice old school Chinese-American place. The standard menu items, plus a few unusual things. We just ordered off the lunch menu. Mike had pad Thai and hot and sour soup. I of course had to try the spicy Rangoons. And there were several entrées I wanted to try. I ended up getting Mongolian beef to go, and Empress chicken for there. I used to love this, and I don't know if my tastes changed or if I stopped seeing it on menus, but I don't think I see it very often. Crispy battered chicken, tender big chunks, in a sweet and slightly savory sauce. It says spicy on the menu, but it's not. Very good, and a good portion. Served with good fried rice. As part of the lunch special, this is a huge serving plus you get an eggroll and soup. Service was excellent. Start to finish. Everybody was friendly. Prices are very reasonable for the quality and quantity. If it were closer, I would definitely be back often. As it is, I will keep it in mind if I'm down this way.
