I have to start this DO NOT PURCHASE DELIVERY FROM THIS STORE!!!! Awful experience and no management worth a crap. Wife ordered food for herself and the kids and they handed it to doordash. The driver delivered to the wrong house and we never got the food so we call the restaurant. They say they cant do anything to call doordash (even though we ordered from the jersey mikes app). So we call doordash and they say to call the restaurant. WTF is going on here. So manager tells my wife there is nothing he can do. OVER A SMALL $20 ORDER. So I call my bank and file a dispute. The restaurant challenged the dispute and it was denied. Seriously? This is a shady restaurant. I will NEVER use them again and neither will ANYONE I know. You should be ashamed of ripping people off and not taking care of customers. My wife ordered from you every week for 3 years now and you LOST all the business by ripping us off. This is 100% accurate information. If the owners of this location see this GOOD. They need to know how they rip people off. Reporting to BBB and all over social media pages. The blonde lady holding down the fort was also great and very cheery, amazing service overall. The new chicken cheese Mikes Sauce was disgusting!!! I watched him take a frozen thin piece of chicken on the griddle , overcook the crap out of it and throw some onions on it. So, the employee would not let me have 2 subs, a chicken Philly and a big kahuna on one 6 inch sub bun. So, they would be open faced. My husband and I are trying to cut down on our carbs so we only eat our sandwiches with one side of bread or bun. The employee said it would get messed up in the paper. I said, just put it in a container like you use for your salads. She said no, corporate won't allow it. I mean, come on! You think you would want your customers to be happy. this is one of the worst stores i have ever been to . i ordered a sub and it was delivered, only to find the sub had too much pickle juice on it, it was soaked. I drove the sub back to the store and they argued with me about what was on it. i asked if they could please redo it, they went ahead and help all the people behind me first, then just stood there. so i walked out. i called and asked for a refund since they kept my sub, but wouldnt do it. the employees are never friendly, one girl that works there is always rude. i would never go back there. since then i order from johnstown, and never have a problem. horrible store, horrible employees, worse management. read more

Jersey Mikes has a new location in Pataskala, Ohio. We love it but this one in particular has issues. We order online to pick up and every time we have they never seem to have the order ready. As a matter of fact, they do not even start it until we get there to pick it up. You are supposed to beat the line when you place an order online. The staff was so concerned about the line that they were not filling carry out online orders. I actually overheard one of the staff say people in line come first. Well, no, I don't think that is true. There were 4 staff members but never actually saw a manager. So maybe someone needs to manage them. They were borderline rude. Finally Pataskala gets a Jersey Mike's! The food was good even though they got my order wrong. To be fair it was the day after grand opening so I understand that. The staff was friendly and fixed my order. The only thing I had a problem with is if you pay with a card it wants you to leave a tip. This is before you have even ate your food and you have to get your own drink, straw, napkin, and wait at the counter for your sub. Why should you be asked to leave a tip? read more
