What is with this location? I've visited many others and this location at Hamilton Marketplace robs customers! They give the littlest pieces of chicken on chik fil a sandwiches. Very small and thin! There was a line today out of the parking lot and into the street. Chick Fil A attendants allowed a customer to make an illegal turn into the parking lot, cut the entire line and order. The attendants should not have taken the order. They still did after multiple customers reported it. Get your act together for the safety of all customers! That customer could have caused an accident in the lot. This is not the first time I've seen this happen. read more

Went here for lunch today and I think everyone else had the same idea to beat the heat. They were repairing the drivethru and the parking was backed up to the point they had a worker outside taking orders. People were getting out of their cars to go inside and order. The construction was a huge disaster especially with all the customers coming to get lunch. Able to find parking and ordered inside. Staff look stress maybe because all of the customers piling in. Took my order and had the food ready before I got to my table. Morse red the Chicken Sandwich and it hit the spot. Waffle fries were on point and the server thee away my trash and got me a refill. What is there NOT to LOVE/like about Chick-fil-A? Nuggets, chicken sandwiches (grilled or fried), the best WAFFLE FRIES, lemonade and milkshakes. I always travel to this location when I come off the NJ Turnpike and make it my pitstop for lunch or always catch them before closing. I can't wait for one to open in New York. I would have given 0 stars but that wasn't an option. One person in line before me and I waited over 15 minutes for a drink and an order of hash browns. Even a simple explanation as they hash browns just went it so it will be a few minutes would have been enough. Today was an unusually long wait on the drive thru. Manager was unapologetic or helpful. I had to actually get out of my car and go in to get my grilled nuggets. I'm not big on fast food however I do on occasion have a craving for Chic Fil A. Even though it is still fast food the quality of the food is above par, I even ordered a large tray of nuggets as part of a party menu (200 or so nuggets ) and they were the first thing to go. By far the best Chik Fil A I've been to. The service is amazing !! I always have kids with me and I order the food and they offer to bring it to me everytime, love that ! And many times I have had workers walking around to check on me and offer to get our drinks refilled ! Additionally, they have a cute little play area for the kids. read more

We usually don't eat at fast food restaurants but decided to stop here for a quick bite. Wow! It was amazing. We opted for the grilled chicken nuggets, a grilled chicken sandwich, and of course, waffle fries! Everything was delicious, and fresh. The workers were all very friendly and very efficient. This is a very busy location in Hamilton Marketplace but they have extra people helping expedite the order process in the drive through to make things faster. We ate inside and had a couple minutes in line during a crazy lunch rush. Everyone was very nice and Alyson was super polite and quick with our drinks and the food was brought to our table at the same time I reached it with the drinks. Two very nice guys checked in with us while we were eating to make sure we were good and to see if we needed anything. First time at this location and it was a great visit! I went to chick fil a this morning to try the egg white grilled sandwich. There was a line at the drive thru so I went inside. I noticed them cleaning and straightening up but I paid it now mind (more focused on getting my food and getting to work on time. I ordered the sandwich and a diet lemonade. The staff was extremely courtesy as usual. I got to work, got settled in and tried the sandwich. The sandwich was great, I would highly recommend it to anyone that wants a healthy option for breakfast. Then I went to taste the lemonade and my breakfast was ruined. It tasted like they cleaned the canister the lemonade is in and did not fully rinse it out. Like a detergent or cleanser after taste. I called to let them know so that they could discard it. The guy answered, I advised him and he said "sorry" and hung up. I was quite surprised because they are usually much more remorseful. read more

I was here about 3 weeks ago, got a 30 piece grilled nuggets for $11.96. I have celiac disease and need to eat gluten free. Apparently this Derrick Spring refused to give me 30 nuggets at the price they have listed for fried. Never had a problem before but this person was rude and refuse to accommodate me at all! He let me walk out with no food and aggravated! I think chick fila should accommodate gluten free people too!! Corporate should really look at this review and learn to accommodate all sorts of people. He didn't care gave me corporate number and dismissed me. Very unprofessional should learn that if a mistake was done to fix it not read a rule book and don't care. Poor excuse of supervisor needs customer service training. Lack of experience. This place sucks, Ive came almost every Friday or Saturday night after work for the past 2 months around 9 and ALWAYS out of the grilled chicken wraps. I'm sorry but "we run out fast," is unacceptable. Not everyone can get to your restaurant earlier and all the menu options should be available. I downloaded the app to take advantage of the free chicken nuggets. So I placed my order for free chicken nuggets, a large fry, 5 bbq sauces and drove over to the restaurant. The lot was full but I managed to find a spot in the back. It was difficult to get to the entrance with all the cars in the way and no pathway. I had to walk over rocks and through bushes to get to the door.. Ideally I would have liked to pull up to the restaurant and handed my order without having to get out of my car, but the lot guys said I had to go inside to get it. So I walk into the restaurant and had to wait for over 10 minutes for my food.. while I was waiting I also noticed their was a lot of garbage and food on the floor. Also it didn't smell so pleasant. Anyway, I finally got my food and went home to eat it. I open the bag and notice I was gypped on my fries. Like I said, I ordered a large fry so I wanted a lot of fries. But what I got was a small amount of fries in a large container.... ‍ they also gave me one less bbq sauce than I asked for. All in all not very happy with this experience. read more

We love chic fil a eat in or drive thru. The staff is always so helpful and I love bubbliness of the staff. Such an upbeat atmosphere. Food is prepared quickly brought over and the employees always have been so kind. Only thing is when fundraiser nights or busy nights hit it is crazy to get in. the drive thru situation gets chaotic as does the parking lot. But good is great staff is great Barron and playground are clean. As soon as people leave I have witnessed staff quickly wiping tables and seeping. Great spot ! read more
