It sure seems this location has been catching a lot of hate lately! Stopped in for lunch on a whim last week and while I certainly wasn't impressed, I wasn't really disappointed either, which I suppose is the epitome of a 3 star experience. The dine-in area was mostly clean, with a few tables with debris left behind that customers failed to clean up after themselves. Oddly, the lights were either off or dimmed extremely low, but the bright sunlight streaming in was more then enough to get by. I do wonder what it is like on overcast days, though? The woman who made my salad certainly wasn't particularly friendly, but she was efficient and prompt. I've seen several complaints that this location is particularly stingy with the the toppings. My Southwest Chipotle Chicken Salad wasn't overflowing with the added ingredients, but I didn't have to hunt for them either. So, all in all, I would probably expect a bit more from a $12 lunch salad, but I was overly disappointed. I went in looking for a salad that would full me up for lunch, and Saladworks provided that; nothing more, nothing less. read more

When we all look at each other and can't decide where to eat, we usually wind up ordering Saladworks take-out online. The salad fixings are always fresh and good. Employees are usually nice and switches items out for us. Sometimes they are semi-rude and not interested in good customer service. I would have given 5 stars except that most every time we place an order online it is wrong. They forget an extra dressing or exchange the wrong item in the salad. We pay extra for those type of things and they are NOT cheap ($2.79 for exchanged croutons???) I don't remember being charged for exchanges when I order in the restaurant. I've never been to another Saladworks, so, I can't compare. read more

I came to this spot after a workout. This is my first time trying Saladworks and I was excited to see what they offer. This place has a good selection of salads and you can also make your own. I ordered the mandarin chicken salad which has cranberries, carrots, mandarin oranges, crispy noodles, and chicken with a side of the Asian sesame dressing. I love every topping on the salad and the lettuce was fresh. I really enjoyed the salad and the portion size was good too. I also ordered the chicken noodle soup which was pretty good as well. They also gave a warm bread on the side for the order. I got the wheat. It was nice, warm, and delicious. read more

This place is the worst experience imaginable for trying to get a delivery I was ordering from here 3-4x per week up until about a month ago when all of the sudden my door dash order got canceled. Since then I have tried to order about 7 or 8 other times via doordash and every single time they have canceled it. My orders are usually canceled hours later leaving me in a bind. I pre schedule my deliveries as I don't have much time to figure out dinner. I work a job where I'm unable to take a break (which is why I'm using door dash and pre ordering in the first place). I used Uber eats once just to see and my order was delivered (but was 25% more expensive with their fees). I have never had an issue with any other merchant on doordash, so I'm just assuming this place sees my order on Doordash, knows it's me ( I order the exact same thing every time) and cancels for some reason. Absolutely ridiculous. You'd think that spending over $20 after tip for a salad was enough, but apparently my money isn't good enough for them This place isn't really anything all that special, just unfortunately they seem to be the only place in the area that does a build your own salad with a kale base and has a lot of toppings to choose from. I'm originally from NYC and there's a place like this on every corner and their salads half the price. I love Saladworks!!! They do an excellent job at stocking quality salad ingredients that are both delicious and fresh ! I usually get a ceaser salad or a cobb salad with grilled or natural chicken and I add (for a small price increase) other toppings that aren't included so I can have it my way- I love how each and every salad is made to order and is filling - I go frequently and have never been disappointed.... Food - I've been here before a bunch of times and it's generally the same as today. I ordered a 1/2 salad and 1/2 sandwich combo with a whole wheat roll. The salad had plenty of toppings along with a good dressing. Easily the best salad I've had anywhere. All the toppings are very fresh. Every bite is bursting with flavor. The portion size is quite generous. I have been here before and gotten less toppings then today, but I've never had it be anywhere near as terrible as some of the other reviews describe it. Service - Polite and fast. One person made my 1/2 sandwich while someone made my 1/2 salad. Decor - Nothing special, just a bunch of wooden tables with chairs. Bathrooms - Men's bathroom was clean. Always love going to Saladworks - there are so many choices and plenty of ways to personalize for whatever mood I'm in. Portions are plenty (for me at least) and ingredients seem fresh enough. Tried this place for the first time today. Not too bad. Looked very clean inside and lots of options of different salads. I ordered the "Sophie salad". It was pretty good, however the raspberry dressing it comes with is a little overwhelming and strong, I'd recommend another one if going for that salad. I have gone to this salad works since they opened a few years agi. The salads were great the, full of ample amounts of topics and dressing. They were a great meal. Then they started skimping on toppings and I stopped going. Recently, last week and again this week, I stopped in for 2 quick dinners. Big mistake. There were so little toppings on my salad last night I had to take it home and add more ingredients. They basically charged me for a bowl of lettuce with 4 tiny pieces of chicken, 3 pecans, a teaspoon of cranberries and a tiny pinch of shredded carrots. This would never have made a meal. I don't mind paying $10, $12, $15 at saladworks, but this one in Hamilton doesn't seem to get that I can buy a bag of lettuce at the acme in the same parking lot for $3. For the most part this saladworks is clean and staff is most of the time friendly . I will say their product looks and tastes fresh . My only complaint is that thing they call "chicken" . There is no way in hell you can tell me that's real chicken . Sometimes it's chewy . It looks rubbery but yet I still continue to go here. I love Saladworks and the one in my hometown is amazing, I go there 3 times a week. This one in Hamilton has consistently provided horrible customer service and is very stingy with toppings. The girls that work here are extremely inconvenienced by your presence and never seem to want to acknowledge me. I have never written a review about a restaurant before but this seems very necessary. While pointing out their unprofessional attitude to my boyfriend, also a huge fan of salad works, the girls made a point of whispering about me and giving me a look. This is UNACCEPTABLE. I filed an official complaint for this particular location and I advise you to enjoy saladworks but not the one in Hamilton square. read more

If you choose to create your own salad you get 5 toppings....every time without fail I literally get 5 pieces of cheese 4 edamame pieces 7 tortilla strips and the smallest amount possible of whatever else I get. Came in tonight, didnt realize it was 8 and they were closing. I showed up just as the girl was locking the door and she still let me in (Even though I said I would understand if she said no because they must be tired). She made my salad, was patient with my substitutions, and still let me dine in as they cleaned up. I found this to be exceptional because last week, at a different restaurant, I was told I had to take my food to go when I came in around closing.
