Holy fat. This is the $29 prime rib. It's dry and down right nasty

If I could go lower I would. Not only was the $29 prime rib inedible it was mostly fat. And not the food prime rib kind, see the picture. I and the youngest of 7 and consequently can eat almost anything and I literally cannot eat this. It is dry and tasteless and what taste there is, is bad, like really bad

Texas Roadhouse has proven to be a reliable choice no matter where we go. However, this location was exceptionally good. The service was smiling and enthusiastic. The quality of my steak was better than any other Texas Roadhouse I've visited. The ambience was calm and well run, plus we were seated quickly. I do recommend and would go back.

We went to Texas Roadhouse as a pre-graduation get together. The service was great and the food delicious. We ordered a variety of entrees since we were a party of 7. Everything came out timely, hot and delicious. I had the crispy creeter salad and was surprised that my chicken was hot but so good on top of my salad. The margaritas were delicious and the waitress kept our waters filled. The rolls, as always, were warm, sweet and delicious. We even got some to go! The restaurant was your typical roadhouse restaurant, playing music softly in the background, clean facilities and staff that was doing their best to get everything to the table in a timely manner.

I always have high hopes for a great steak. However this trip wasn't fantastic. Bread was doughy (not cooked enough) or hard. Steak came out moo'ing and I ordered well done. I was told it was the cooks fault bc he was new. Mixed vegetables were okay. Broccoli was pretty steamed with no flavor and limp while the carrots weren't cooked and hard. Zoe was my server but I felt like she ghosted me a lot. I understand I went during dinner time but it was just me. Not hard to come by and see if I needed anything.

I got the bone in ribeye 20 ounce and a prime rib. It came with a side, Caesar salad and vegetables. Ribeye was soft, tender and had great flavor. Was cooked to a perfect medium. The prime rib was a huge piece of meat tender with some fat. It tasted very beefy with the au jus. I personally liked the bone in ribeye over the prime rib because of crust and general taste. Rolls were very warm great with the cinnamon butter. Staff was friendly. Pretty good place to come for a steak. Bone in ribeye was about $28. Food: 8.4 Staff/service: 7 Overall: 8.0/10

After driving all day, my wife and I were looking for a good meal close to our hotel. Texas Roadhouse fit the bill perfectly. It was a short walk from the hotel and the food was very good! We kicked it off with a couple of cold drinks and rolls with their honey butter. For entrees we had pulled pork which came with 2 sides. One of the sides was a Caesar salad which was very good, the other steak fries also excellent! This was our first time at one of these Texas Roadhouse restaurants and we were very satisfied. A perfect stop on this night!

    Warm dinner rolls, yum!

I now very purposely search out Texas Roadhouse restaurants when I'm traveling and looking to get a quality steak with the sides I like. Seriously! Why do I have to have broccoli, squash or asparagus on my plate? I ain't touchin any of that. Corn, carrots, green beans, spinach - I'll eat those veggies all day long. The steaks are consistently prepared as I order them. The sides I always select are green beans with bacon and onion and loaded mashed potatoes. The rolls are delightful. Always served warm with butter and I never eat them at the restaurant. I always take them to go and enjoy them for breakfast. The Josh Cabernet is a decent red. The place is loud though. I always have a hard time hearing the staff. Gabbi brought me to my two person table and as most the greeters up front do, she engaged me in conversation along the way. "Have you been here before? How was your day?" It's a wonderful touch that always makes me feel welcome. The waiter William frequently checked in. The manager (Geoff?) stopped by for a chat. A warm friendly and pleasant exchange. While I thought all TRs were company owned, I was surprised to learn many are franchises. The quality is so consistent, it is hard to believe they are franchised. They must be bringing a McDonald's approach to steakhouses. Harrisonburg team for the win! Well done

    Nice restaurant.

We were on our way home from Luray caverns and were looking for a place to have dinner. We had decided to try a place we found online, but my friend thought he noticed this place and knew I wanted to try it, so we stopped in. A day before New Year's Eve was pretty crowded, but we only waited about 20 mins. to get in, and they texted us while we were in our truck. Service was great. Food came out very quickly as well as drinks. We had apps. such as chile, potato skins, and I had the rattlesnake bites, which were quite good, but not very much meat. Still a great app. and I would probably order it again! Steak was a bit overcooked and more like well done, but still very tasty and I had no problems finishing it. Should have ordered it medium like I usually do, but wanted to make sure it wasn't undercooked. My friends, also enjoyed their meal. I love that you have the option to order your specific steak right out of the case. No room for desert. I would look forward to coming back here again in NJ., where I live! It's a nice place.

So this is a weird one for me to review, I rarely eat at chain restaurants and I can't tell you the last time I ate at a steak house much less a chain owned one. I actually just don't eat that much steak. I think the last time I went they still had shelled peanuts and you dropped the shells on the floor! No more peanuts now... We were on a car trip and unfortunately had some car troubles and were stranded over night at a nearby hotel. It was also my mother's first time at a Texas Roadhouse - see picture. We ate at the bar, probably had too much beer (remember, car troubles, no driving just walking across the street to the hotel), and had a great service, great food and a great time! Would totally go to a Texas Roadhouse again and especially this one!

It contains a generous portion of sliced chicken breast on a pillowy soft sub roll laced with Boom-Boom sauce, a mild to very moderately spicy concoction. The onions are grilled, sweet, and a perfect complement to the rest of the sandwich. The combination of freshness and good flavors is superb. The staff here are all extremely friendly and helpful. The parking is plentiful. There are several outdoor tables as well as a couple of indoor ones. All around the Market are the most stunning rolling corn fields, pastures, impossibly green pastures, and majestic mountain vistas. The next afternoon, I popped in for some takeaway brisket, pulled pork, and freshly made cole slaw. Amazing!! The tomato based BBQ pork sauce is perfectly spicy and sweet. The brisket BBQ sauce has a dark rich smoky flavor. The cole slaw is beyond perfection. Crunchy, fresh, and not over-saturated in dressing. A superb take-home and heat up meal. I put the pork and the brisket in a cast iron skillet with a pan as a lid and heated it in the oven for 30 minutes at 325 degrees (always check your internal meat temperatures, of course). The chocolate cupcakes with chocolate icing are also delicious. The cake is light and fluffy and the icing is just the perfect sweetness. It is a true pleasure to go to the Sunrise Market & Deli.

I ordered the chicken supreme with the macaroni salad & hubby ordered the chicken salad sandwich. The food tasted fresh & was full of flavor. There are only two booths inside the restaurant & a few tables outside. Being a city girl I loved seeing the Mennonite community pulling into the parking lot in a horse & buggy. It is located in a strip mall with ample parking not far at all from the interstate. I was promptly seated by a nice older woman who communicated with me by pointing. Don't get me wrong. I liked that as it brought authenticity to the establisment and very much unlike the time i went into a Chinese restaurant and they were blaring Sinatra music! Within a minute an Asian woman presented me with a menu and shortly afterwards took my order. I chose a cup of wonton soup and green curry with tofu as I was in a vegetarian mood. The wonton was hot and delicious with ample chives. Next came my red curry with tofu and steamed white rice, medium spicy, which was delicious as well! ( At other Asian restaurants in the past, I've made the sad mistake of ordering the "you asked for it" hot, and after about few seconds, lost my capacity to taste!) Being in proximity to James Madison University, there was a tablefull of collegiate who departed upon my arrival. They have a full bar in which I did not partake. ( Did i mention that I arrived at about 4:15PM on a Saturday in early April?) There were two, clean (important to me!) unisex rest rooms. My total was $22 to which i added a 25% tip. In summary, 5 star in my book. If near Harrisonburg or on I-81, check it out!
