The carnitas was prepared perfectly - great flavor and moist. We also tried the steak burrito (I forget the name) and it was also very good. The steak had a great flavor as did the rice and beans. Finally, we tried the chicken taco salad which was also very good. The grilled chicken was full of flavor and the cheese, lettuce and tomato were very fresh. I added the green salsa which is both flavorful and has a mild kick to it. This is truly the first really good Mexican restaurant we've found in Virginia! We'll go back when we are in town again. I have to say the prices are reasonable and the service by the waitress was great, however the food preparation time was horrible. We did ask to have the home fries and scrapple to be cooked crispy, but it took an hour and a half to receive our food after it was ordered. We almost drank a pot of coffee while we waited and there were several others who came in after we did who ate and left before our food came. Not sure what took so long, but definitely not acceptable.
