I love the food but the management is rude. Frequently they mess up on my order and when I try to call and make them aware, you can't reach anyone directly. You must leave a message and most of the time you never get a call back. When you do talk to the short Hispanic manager, she gives you an attitude. Always great customer service!! Today in the drive thru, they were walking to cars waiting in line to bring them their drinks.

It's typical Chick-fil-e food and decent but this particular restaurant on Manhattan Blvd ALWAYS gets my order wrong. Just today had to drive back when I realized they forgot some items from my order. Also, when I drove back and told them what happened, they didn't even apologize for the inconvenience. And get this, they still got my order wrong and forgot 1 item. Again, didn't apologize the 3rd time around. They should be happy I came back instead of just disputing my credit card. Go for the food, but make sure you check your order before you drive off. Also another tip, don't go during lunch hour because there is a very long line. read more

This particular Chic Fil A is not accommodating to people with food allergies at all. I asked for a salad with no blue cheese and they kept telling me "we premake the salads we can't make a new one" when they actually can, they choose not to. I asked for extra dressing, they're "supposed to come with two" according to the customer service person I spoke with on the phone yet I only received one. So I received a huge salad, with cheese on it that I have a small allergy to and a now dry salad because I barely had dressing. The people at this location are nonchalant, and rude, especially considering how long their wait times are to begin with. I'm disappointed in this particular Chic Fil A property because none of the others are like this at all. It's a true shame and it's not how a business should be run. Take that from somebody who used to work FOR chic Fil a. Ridiculous. I'll never give my money to that particular restaurant chain again. read more

Chik-fil-A service is at a level above fast food restaurants and even most full service restaurants. Cindy stopped by my table when I was done and offered to take my trash and get me a refill. It's not unsurprising to find this kind of service at a Chick-fil-A, but I don't get it 100% of the time either. Thanks Cindy! read more

I gave chick-fil-a two stars this time because I never had such horrible service not even service I just didn't get all my food . I went a wanted to try a chicken sandwich I got that a large Dr Pepper with a sandwich wrap and a large frie . I didn't even get that . And I was already having the worst day and that just disappointed. Never again :( read more

I drive by their sign on Manhattan daily, and I finally got a chance to get breakfast there this morning. Of course, their free breakfast ended at 10 am, instead of the advertised daily hour of 10:30, which was not mentioned on their sign. When questioned about it, employees merely pointed me to their Facebook account (which is also not mentioned on their sign). This restaurant is mis-categorized. Not exactly "fast" at this location. Here at 10:45am on a Saturday and it's not that busy compared to other chic-fil-a restaurants that I've been to. 20 minutes after ordering I'm still waiting for my food and an employee comes to my table to tell me that they have no spicy filets. Nice, so now I'm waiting this long for food that I don't even want. Never had an experience like this at any other Chic-fil-a. read more

Hands down the slowest, most badly prepared Chick Fil A that I've ever been to. First visit, there was a live band performing right next to the drive through speaker. Had to order at the window and wait. The cashier Informed me that they had no idea that there was going to be a live band that night. Next visit I sat in the drive through for 19 minutes. Never happens at Chick Fil A. Another visit, I ordered a gallon of sweet tea. When I got to the window, the cashier informed me that they were out of gallon jugs. Sitting in the drive through right now. Have been since before I started this review. I JUST ordered and am just sitting here. Don't waste your time at this location. read more

This is where my grilled chicken nuggets, salad, and diet Dr. Pepper live. Perfect location for after work or after running errands in the Manhattan Blvd merchants corridor. If I could give this chick fil a zero stars I would. I'm from Texas and my big toe has more southern hospitality than any of these workers. They were very rude. As far as I'm concerned, chick fil a is suppose to be "welcome to chick fil a" "my pleasure" and all they were saying was "NEXT IN LINE". They also got my order wrong. They charged me for cheese on my sandwich and it didn't come with any cheese. It even said cheese on the sticker!!!!!!!!!! Then they just slapped a craft looking piece of cheese on my sandwich. Went into the store and ordered (2) 12 pc nugget MEALS. Which totaled close to $20. Requested fresh food, as I had about a 10 minute drive home and wanted it to still be hot. Got home, opened the food and nuggets were very dark and not fresh. Looked at my ticket for the first time and the order specified "well done". Called the 1-800 number to inform them and was told that a store manager would reach out to me. I left my phone number, but never got a call. A few days later I received 2 gift cards in the mail. Each was for 8 nuggets (no meal... just nuggets). The gift cards could only be redeemed 1 per visit! I called the store to try to resolve this issue, and was told (by the "Director") that my meals were replaced by sending me the gift cards and that they could send me out another gift card for 8 nuggets but that was basically it. I am infuriated! Why is it such a big issue to just replace what I purchased (especially if I'm telling you that I still have my receipt)? What kind of customer service is this? TWO THUMBS DOWN! I guess it's such a shame because I love Chick Fil A, but this incident led me to believe that they don't love their customers back! read more
