Prince greeted us and he was very helpful and informative. I took my family, my parents and my sister's family to lunch after Sunday mass. It was our first time and I had a lot of questions. 13 total people. So we agreed on the 20 piece family tender meal, 4 sides, 8 biscuits, 10 dipping sauces and a gallon of sweet tea. But we doubled the order to two 20 piece family meals. For sides we got 3 French fries, 3 Mac n cheese, 1 coleslaw, and 1 dirty rice. For the sauce we got 2 peach honey pepper, 2 Bo's special sauce, 2 honey mustard, 2 jalapeño ranch, 2 house made ranch. We all loved the fries. My wife and I loved the Cole slaw. The kids loved the Mac n cheese. We needed more sauce, butter, honey and grape jam. Ivan a manager brought us more. The consensus is we all loved Bo's special sauce and jalapeño ranch. I was the only one who liked the peach honey pepper and I put it on my biscuit. All the chicken was gone, so I added 25 tenders and 5 sauces. I split up the chicken between me, my sister and my parents. I liked the tenders, personally. They had a hint of spice but not overwhelming spicy. Prince and Ivan were super friendly. First thing you should know about Bojangles, they do not do bone-in chicken. These are all chicken strips. I was quite surprised as I had been to Bojangles on the Midwest and East Coast and found it to be absol chicken, but decide to try them anyway. Anyone who lives in Las Vegas knows it is a bit of a task to get to wherever you are going as driveways that look like they would be connected are absolutely not. It took me a couple of u-turns to get there but once I was in there was plenty of parking and I had it inside. First thing you notice off to the right is the biscuit making station. I got to watch one of the guys roll out the dough and cut the biscuits and put them in the oven. It's nice to see things being made fresh right in front of you. Went up to the counter to order is when I discovered they do not do bone-in chicken. That is all chicken strips. Regardless, I decided to order a family pack which came with 12 strips, two sides or fixings as they call them, for biscuits and a half gallon of sweet tea. So everything looked delicious. I got the order to go, brought it home and was not disappointed. It was definitely the same Bojangles taste that I recall from when I had them on the East Coast except in a chicken strip form. I had asked the girl at the counter why no bone in and apparently like it is a East Coast versus West Coast thing where West Coast Bojangles only serve chicken strips. Who knew? I will say this. The people that worked there were super friendly and super nice, and were very willing to help and tell me about all the sauces and everything has. It was my first time I've been to a Bojangles in a long time. The meal was great. I have no complaints. This was my 1st time trying Bojangles and was excited to know there was a location closer to me since I've heard so many good things about their chicken. It took me a minute to get into this location since the 1st time around I made the mistake of turning into the Costco entrance and there was no way out so, I had to go all the way back around and again wait at the light with a long line of cars turning Make sure you turn into the WOW carwash entrance since that is the only way in and out, when I got there I wasn't sure it was even open since there was maybe 2 cars parked and not 1 car in the drive thru (on a Sunday afternoon) I got to the menu board and was greeted by a very guy and he asked what I wanted to order? I asked him to give me a moment since it was my 1st time trying Bojangles I asked him if they served bone in chicken too and he said no, just chicken strip, ok cool...he suggested a 3 piece with mac n cheese and a peach honey pepper sauce and sweet tea, I also asked for the Bo-berry biscuits, I got my order very quick and was on my way (oh yeah, he gave me a coupon for the next time for free bo-berry cookies too I get home and loved the mac n cheese and the chicken was so crispy and fresh (unlike another chicken place famous for tenders that are always wet and soggy) the sauce to dip was also delicious and the biscuit was flaky and fresh too, the sweet tea delicious and not too sweet like the famous burger place that gives me heart palpitations lol I look forward to coming back again and trying their chicken sandwich and maybe their round potato tots or whatever they are, oh I forgot to mention the Bo-Berry biscuits were delicious and definitely worth trying, until next time read more

Tried the new location on St Rose. The drive through is a little confusing as you're also driving into Wow Carwash which is on the right. But there's 2 drive through lanes on the left as you pull in you'll see the covered area with fans. Now as for the food. Menu was very limited. Just strips. No boneless bites or more menu items. You can literally get strips at 6 spots in the surrounding area that are much better. And the dirty rice was just ok. They didn't add any butter for the biscuit but I guess I didn't ask either. Bojangles has opened a third location on a St Rose Parkway ( next door to WOW car wash) and it's awesome! Today is their grand opening day! The location is great , very visible and easy accessible from St Rose Parkway ,with a spacious parking and a big drive-thru. The restaurant itself is new and extremely clean. It has inside dining area and a big double drive thru as well. The staff were all very nice and even walked around to ask if all guests were well taken care of. Everyone was smiling and happy. We have felt very welcomed and appreciated. The pricing is incredibly reasonable, and the service is top-notch--friendly, efficient, and welcoming. We have ordered a grilled chicken sandwich , chicken tenders and a milkshake. Their signature biscuits were also THE BEST and our favorite, they were warm and fluffy. The grilled chicken sandwich was sooo good and the chicken wasn't dry at all. So much flavor too! The chicken tenders were juicy and the dipping sauces complimented them well. The chicken tenders are hand-breaded and you can taste the difference ,as you'd expect from Bojangles, with that perfect balance of crispiness and seasoning. Their Bo' berry milkshake is a MUST HAVE!!! So yummy ! With its quality food and service, it's no surprise that this location is set to become a staple for the community. Visited this location after I accidentally found out about it. It is way more convenient than the new one that just opened on Jones, I believe it is? Anyway, the food quality was just as good. The service was amazing. The employees are super-nice and a joy to deal with. Bojangles has won a spot in my heart as a favorite chicken joint! I rate it second to Church's Chicken only because they typically offer regular chicken options but for some reason, they have decided to only serve tenders and a chicken sandwich here in Vegas. First time visiting a Bojangles, first impression, very clean restaurant, staff behind the counter was very courteous and knowledgeable. Now for the food... The biscuit had a hint of butter flavor but was a tad dry for me. The dirty rice was very good, reminded me of Zatarans, but made with what tasted like sausage. The chicken tenders were some of the crispiest tenders i've ever had, but they were lukewarm, I expected piping HOT. I tried the Bo sauce, it was actually very tasty, had a hint t of pickle and horseradish. The sweet tea, to me was not Southern, it needed to be sweeter. The whole meal was under $12.00, so all in all not a bad deal. I would come back, but if my tenders are not piping hot, I will complain. WOW! This is the first time eating at Bojangles. The staff are super friendly at this location, especially Prince who gave us a good overview of the menu options. Really love their chicken and biscuit sandwich. The biscuits are made fresh and not dry or crumbly. You get to watch them make it through the window. I don't usually like biscuits but these are crispy and truly delicious. And the chicken is fresh, tasty, and doesn't feel heavy or greasy. They forgot an item in our meal, but made it right when we called in and arranged to pick it up next visit. Head's up: Getting in and out of the parking lot is a little tricky the first time. Unfortunately, there's no crossover entry from Costco so you have to access from the main road and it's quite narrow, but all makes sense once you get used to it. read more

I don't even know where to begin. This was one of the most frustrating drive-thru experiences I've ever had. I waited in the drive-thru for over 20 minutes before anyone even attempted to take my order. While I was waiting, an employee came over the speaker and asked me to hang on. A short time later, I watched that same employee leave the building to get another employee out of a car. From what I could see, they appeared to be arguing, with one of them acting very unprofessionally. After all that, the speaker finally came back on, but no one was actually taking orders. This new location is very clean and the staff is super friendly. They have a simple menu, chicken sandwiches, chicken tenders, salad. They also have several sides to choose from, fries, mashed potatoes, macaroni, and cheese and rice. While we were there, the drinks were not working, but they did have sweet tea, unsweetened tea, and lemonade, which was very good. We ordered the chicken tenders which came out fast. They were crunchy on the outside, tender on the inside and great flavor. The breading did not fall off and was not greasy. I had the buffalo sauce and the homemade ranch. When I open the ranch. There was a small hair in there. They replaced it and even brought us a dessert to apologize. As my husband started eating his, he had a long hair in his chicken tender that was pretty gross. I was greeted promptly upon entering, and the staff was very hospitable. I ordered my food and waited only about 5 minutes to receive it. The food was quite tasty and fresh. Only negative was the serving size of my side, the dirty rice. They need to make it bigger because it is so so good!! Went the other day and ate in and it was good, service was super welcoming and very friendly. Biscuits are of course good, chicken was crispy, fries are salty but good. I like things salty though! Bo sauce has a horseradish flavor so not my thing, but the house made ranch was good. Mac and cheese is pretty much like having kraft with some added cheese on top, not bad, but kraft lol. Went through the drive thru today though and the girl at the window called me by the wrong name twice, so wrong order, separate from that also tried giving me the wrong drinks. When I was leaving the window, I asked if my sauces were in the box because I didn't see them in the bag and she said yes, they in fact were not, and I paid for two extra sauces, and got zero sauce. I had such a great experience at Bojangles - 3401 Saint Rose Parkway! I originally pulled into the lot to go to the car wash next door, but the smell of that delicious chicken pulled me right in. Denzel was working the front counter and he was absolutely amazing. He's from my hometown of Harlem, New York, so I might be a little partial -- but truly, his customer service was outstanding. He was cordial, friendly, and gave me great recommendations when I told him it was my first time there. Another team member at the counter also chimed in with suggestions, which made the experience feel welcoming and personal. I've honestly never been in a fast-food restaurant where everyone says hello to you like that. The place is spotless -- you could practically eat off the floor. I understand this location opened within the last year, and it shows. Everything was clean, fresh, and well-run. I ordered the chicken biscuit, dirty rice, and a coffee -- all for around $8, which is very affordable. It was so good I went back for seconds! On my second round, I tried the unsweetened iced tea, and Denzel even gave me a sample of the gravy and an extra dirty rice to make sure I liked it. That level of service is rare. The food was outstanding -- less greasy than Cane's but with a true Southern-style flavor. You can really taste the quality of the chicken breast. It's great to see a hardworking 22-year-old like Denzel, coming from Harlem and working two jobs next door to each other, building a better future for himself. My girlfriend got the 4 piece tender combo with ranch and bbq sauce, fries and a lemonade. We also decided to share their strawberry biscuit. The chicken sandwich was decent. Had a good crisp coating and a little spice. It was served with mayo and pickles like most. It reminded me of a Popeyes chicken sandwich texture with a chick fil-a flavor. The dirty rice side was small and cold. It seemed like it had been left out awhile but I went around noon so I'm not sure what happened there. The lemonade is delicious. Definitely one of the better fast food lemonades. The chicken tenders were the same as the sandwich. The fries were tasty. Nicely seasoned and a good portion. The strawberry biscuit is a good little sweet snack. It's one of their homemade biscuits with strawberry sauce and some white icing. Definitely a good finish to the meal. Overall we enjoyed the food.
