Wish I could give this location zero stars. I placed a mobile order for drive-thru pickup and was handed a sealed bag. Halfway home, I realized part of my order was missing, so I immediately turned around and went back. When I explained that an item was missing, Diego immediately accused me of lying and insisted they had given me two bags with the full order. I told him I had only received one bag and had just been there a few minutes earlier. Instead of trying to help, he argued with me, questioned what I had done with the food, and even implied that I might have eaten it. He then demanded that I hand the bag back through the window so he could "inspect" it, while putting his bare hands all over my food. I have never felt so disrespected over such a simple issue. After continuing to argue, he finally told me to pull forward and eventually brought out the missing onion rings -- which, at that point, I didn't even feel comfortable eating. I even suggested that he may have confused me with another white car that had been ahead of me, but he doubled down and insisted he "knew" they had given me the item. The entire interaction was shocking, hostile, and completely unprofessional, especially considering I was simply trying to get the food I paid for and never received in the first place. I've already reported the incident to corporate, and I will never return to this location. Diego either needs extensive customer service training or should not be working in a customer-facing role at all. Pedro at Carl's Jr. was absolutely amazing! He went above and beyond with customer service and made the whole experience enjoyable. He took the time to go over the menu choices with me, explained the burgers in detail, and helped me pick the perfect option. You can tell he genuinely cares about customers and takes pride in his work. The store was also very clean and welcoming, which made the visit even better. Let's start with I do not eat fast food normally because it's usually never right and today it just sounded so good, Carls Jr usually have a great burger, but I got reminded just how incompetent going through the drive through can be. A girl with very soft voice - I could barely hear and I have great hearing! She did however get my order correct but that's about it! She passed me to the window where a young man cannot read apparently, he proceeded to give me a Coca-Cola of which I did not order because I can't drink Coke and so he took it back. I told him it was for a lemonade. I even showed him the receipt and he still gave me a frozen strawberry lemonade of which I cannot have strawberry Now I'm a little concerned that my order is going to be wrong and I probably should have opened it up right then and there in front of him, how ever, I trusted the young man knew that he was giving me the correct order since he said it twice it was a double western bacon cheeseburger large Order with large fries and the lemonade unfortunately when I got home after spending almost a $20 bill. I had a large fry container with enough fries in it to barely fill a small order when I opened my burger which was very cold so it must have been sitting there for a while. It was a single, not a double Now this is what I call total incompetence when nothing in the order is correct and they lie to you and they do not know how to read. I have to give a huge shoutout to an employee named Alexander O. We went tonight around 8:20pm and it was super busy, and he was the only one working up front. Even with everything going on he held it together and gave the best customer service. He looked around 17/18, It was so refreshing to see someone his age show that level of professionalism and kindness, something that's really hard to find these days. I placed an order for a double sourdough burger at the Carl's Jr. on W. Lake Mead Parkway at 7:42pm, and it's amazing that the burger came with NO beef Pattie's. It was just two sourdough slices with bacon, tomato, lettuce, onions and whatever they put but ironically NO BEEF. Can't call it a hamburger without it. I live 15 minutes drive away and couldn't turn around since it was already too late by the time my husband noticed there was no meat in his sandwich. Really disappointed. And not in the employees. Just in the owner. First of all, I have noticed that this particular franchise is horribly understaffed. We actually started going to this one a few years ago and the employees are very apologetic when they don't have certain items and are very accommodating if they can be. I had to reheat the burger and cheese, add my own condiments to the sandwich, provide my own lettuce, and put it all together. Now ya'll...I'm not sure if I should have gotten paid for MY role in providing me a meal tonight or if maybe just chalk it up to getting this massacre for free.(Neither happened) But here's the kicker folks...the other sandwiches I ordered for my family HAD LETTUCE!! Snotty cashier. If you get those fast food coupons, Use the ones for Burger King. They'll apply one coupon to both orders and will give it back to you to use next time. And you can sit down in the dining area and eat. Carls Jr on Lake Mead out in Henderson doesn't do any of that. read more

I threw my receipt away on the way home but I ordered a double-western combo with a Sprite. I doubt this email will do anything but I would like to file a complaint against this restraunt. When I first made my order, I told them I wanted everything to be fresh. That included the frys and onion rings. Initially I received my Dr. pepper but after tasting it and smelling it, there was clearly somthing wrong. It smelled really bad and tased funny so I told the guy and he replaced it with a sprite. He told me that the Dr. Pepper concentrate might of been stale but that has to be a pure lie. It smelled like the soda or ice machine has never been cleaned. And when I received the new sprite, I opened up the lid and found a very small black dot mixed in the ice which I am certain is mold. Also, when I got home the frys were not fresh and were old and cold along with the onion rings. There was also a hair in the meal. Are you people serious? This is one of the worst fast food places I've been to. On multiple occasions I've had poor experiences. First time (and I didn't write a review, I received a chocolate shake that was as runny and watery as a soda), second time I order a double western and instead of the person taking my order saying "we don't have bbq sauce" they give me a burger that has no sauce, just meat, bread, cheese and bacon (although I also asked for no bacon).
