Stopped in to the Palladium Chick-fil-A to grab breakfast on a recent Saturday morning. Wanting something simple and tasty, I went with their standard chicken biscuit and some hashbrowns. Like any Chick-fil-A, staff is always friendly and polite. The restaurants are always clean, well lit, and well maintained, and this location is no exception. I chose to go in to place my order, even though their drive thru line moves pretty quickly, I find going in gets me on my way even faster. Food came out quickly, and as usual is consistently good. I stopped by here around 9:05am on a Friday morning to get part 2 of breakfast on my way to work. I had a high protein yogurt cup before leaving home but wanted to ensure I got something healthy and filling as I would have a long day and small lunch. I ordered and paid via the mobile app and went through the drive thru as the line wasn't long. I just got an egg white grill sandwich with bacon (340 cal). The ladies who checked me in and handed me my food were friendly! I was in line for 5 minutes max. I ate it when I got back to my office. It was so delicious, as usual. No complaints at all. I visit this Chick-fil-A probably too often. It is very close to my work and convenient. I usually get excellent service and convenience, however this was not a great trip. Multiple items were missing from my bag, which is not like Chick-fil-A. The situation was remedied quickly and my items were brought to my car. I recommend ordering online and doing the curbside service as the drive-through line gets a little bit long here sometimes. read more

Fast, great service and super clean! Stopped here on my way back from DC to Greensboro, NC. The line was pretty long (as chick fil a lines usually are) but the service was great and everything moved quickly! Went in to use the restroom and it was super clean as well. Went with the classic chicken breakfast burrito with hash browns and it delicious as always. Pro tip: ask for some Buffalo sauce to dip it in! Adds an extra kick and spice to it. read more

Chick-fil-A is my go to for "fast food" because the taste of their chicken is just heavenly. Also, if you know me, you know I'm all about customer service and there's just no better fast food restaurant for that. This particular location is always on it! They have such a good system in place to handle the increased drive-thru business from COVID-19. Their customer service has not suffered and they keep the line moving. I love the chicken, egg and cheese bagel for breakfast and the chicken nuggets meal with the kale side for lunch/dinner. If you haven't had the Chick-fil-A sauce, you're missing out. I know this isn't a "local" joint per se, but locals do work here and I like supporting them. Plus, sometimes you just need a little Chick-fil-A in your life. read more

A classic Chick-fil-a restaurant, I believe the dining area is still closed at this time but the drive thru with the new two lanes is rocking and rolling well and fast. I love the classic friend chicken sandwich, husband loves the spicy chicken deluxe sandwich. Along with we love the grilled chicken sandwich, chicken tenders and the chicken minis for breakfast. If your wanting a treat the milkshakes are great, make sure to ask for whipped cream though, the last few times they don't give you the whipped cream anymore without you having to ask. I miss the whipped cream on the shakes with the cherry I haven't seen in even longer time. read more

This team is a well oiled machine. Even though they can only do drive-thru orders, but they make it look so easy. The food is always great. Their drive-thru set up features multiple people taking orders, marked off lanes, people directing traffic in the parking lot, people giving out CORRECT orders, and all with great attitudes and smiles. You either love them or hate them I guess. Politics aside, I love their simple original fried chicken sandwich on the buttered, toasted bun with 2 dill pickle chips. Consistently hot, fresh and fast even with the long lines at just about any time of day, assuming you don't get behind the bleeding idiots that I always manage to get behind. The waffle fries are usually hot, but never salty enough for me since I like them pretty heavily seasoned. The poor guy working the drive thru had his hands full with the kooks in front of me wanting to know about the menu, never mind the 8 foot tall board a foot in front of their face and the fact that they serve CHICKEN and nothing else since forever. He even held it together with the stupid special order of no butter on the bun and "plain", because those 2 pickles are such a pain to take off yourself? Outstanding customer service because I was ready to hop out and give them a smack on his behalf. He looked a bit beleaguered by the time they finally drove off, but he was still very polite and quick with my order, so I just handed him a ten spot told him to keep the change and took off before he could protest. This is a five-star Chik-fil-A. Everything here is about as good as it gets for fast food. A manager at this location use to work at the CFA on N. Main in High Point and my patronage for that location goes back to '96, she moved to this store when it opened and continues to lead her team with exceptional service and great fast food. I have never had a disappointing meal at this location or any CFA for that matter. Stop in when you get a chance and have a meal. read more

This is the best Chick fil a I've been to! The staff is so nice and managers are top notch. If you're unsatisfied with anything, a manager will make it right. We're a little too regular as my husband and I were given a VIP card and all of the full time staff recognizes us. Very clean, fast, good food. Here is my review after knowing this place for years: 1. Chicken is not fried and cooked properly, some of it can be too hard to break down. This happens 10% of the time. 2. You can see it is not fresh if you compare the texture, smell, and taste of the chicken to the same menu from nearby location. This happens almost 90% of the time. 3. Smaller on size, all of the sandwiches, almost 100% of the time. They just give smaller portions on all of the fried and grilled menu. read more

This is how a fast food restaurant should be run. This location is very busy, and runs like a well oiled machine. The management and owner must really work hard to deliver such a good experience to their employees and customers. Most visits they will walk around asking if you need refills or to clear away your trash. The place is clean and in great condition. Please keep on top of your management staff to train and teach them how to interact with customers. It's a breath of fresh air to see a place so well run, even when super busy. This is absolutely the best Chick-fil-A there is, hands down! I feel like family when I go. I love the staff, they are always very accommodating and friendly and really treat you like a member of their family. They are happy to work with me and my family with our food allergies and always provide top service with a smile. I've been across the country and back and like many of the Chick-fil-A restaurants out there as they always provide friendly service, but none compare to this one.
