Clean location and has gotten my orders right every time I come to this spot. The staff is nice, as usual, and food has always come out hot and ready. Line takes a little longer than other locations, mainly because of where it is in the busy spot off Wendover/Eastchester. Not that great to get in and out of.

I stopped by here around 9:05am on a Friday morning to get part 2 of breakfast on my way to work. I had a high protein yogurt cup before leaving home but wanted to ensure I got something healthy and filling as I would have a long day and small lunch. I ordered and paid via the mobile app and went through the drive thru as the line wasn't long. I just got an egg white grill sandwich with bacon (340 cal). The ladies who checked me in and handed me my food were friendly! I was in line for 5 minutes max. I ate it when I got back to my office. It was so delicious, as usual. No complaints at all. I'm sure I'll return again in the future.

I visit this Chick-fil-A probably too often. It is very close to my work and convenient. I usually get excellent service and convenience, however this was not a great trip. Multiple items were missing from my bag, which is not like Chick-fil-A. The situation was remedied quickly and my items were brought to my car. I recommend ordering online and doing the curbside service as the drive-through line gets a little bit long here sometimes.

Stew like soup taste is terrible

Ordered soup not spicy chicken stew. I have eaten at Chic-fil-A across the country. Eat in Yulee, Fl every couple months love the soup yellow broth wide noodles and well cooked chicken This Franchise must think by adding the large pepper flakes barley with thin noodle doing you a favor. Sorry but they failed and will never stop at this store again. Wow for such a great fast food company how they let this bottom of the pot doctored up soup be severed beyond me.

ows a salad in a plastic container

Done with Chick-fil-A, ordered another spicy salad for $9+ and get 4 small pieces of chicken. Raising prices cutting quality. $50 for a family to eat fast food.

I stopped in again Monday morning, March 9, 2026…read more Big fan of Biscuitville! When we are in High Point, we definitely make a point to make this a breakfast stop. Really friendly staff. Love that you can see them making the biscuits fresh when you walk in the door nice touch. There are lots of options on the menu. But I've only had the sausage, egg and cheese, cause it's so good and I am only near Biscuitville once a year or so. I'll be in North Carolina for a week so I'll definitely hit up Biscuitville again! Definitely will be back.

They offer both inside ordering/dining as well as drive thru. I tend to find parking, and going in is much quicker than waiting in the drive thru line. They offer a good variety of breakfast biscuits (as their name indicates), like bacon, ham, sausage, chicken, and porkchops with additions like egg, cheese, even lettuce and tomato. In addition to the expected biscuits, they also have platters, offering eggs, pancakes, with all sorts of side options. Service, is what you'd expect from fast food, but quick and the food is generally pretty consistent. On this visit, I got my regular, sausage egg and cheese biscuit. It was ready quickly, and I was on my way home to enjoy it. I'd recommend this location, for consistent food quality, and speedy service.

I'm posting a review about Precision Way store only because I've been missing food too many times…read moreat this location. The chicken was good but of course the pieces keep getting smaller & the prices higher. Today I was missing the biscuits. Not a big deal to most but $20 is a lot for 9 pieces of chicken. I called the manager. He said you can come back & get the biscuits. I said, I don't need them now. I had company then & don't need them anymore. The excuse is always that this person was new & in training & I said you should have someone backchecking them until they can do the job! I should've checked but didn't figure there'd be a problem since it was 3pm & they were not busy at all. I was the only customer. That's what I get for 'thinking"! Seems like I'm not the only one posting about staff insufficiencies. Please folks get it together. The one on N. Main St isn't much better. C.P.A.

They should have been hot and crispy, but they were warm and soggy. At this point, we could have turned around to ask for hot ones, but the original wait time was very long we chose just to head home so my long desired Popeyes chicken tenders would stay warm. We got home, I ran to the table and pulled out the now very soggy cold fries, tossed them in the toaster oven and grabbed the large box to dig into my tenders. To my great disappointment it was a box of fried chicken. So now we had cold fries and fried chicken. The fried chicken tasted fine. But it was a not so happy experience. Color me 1 and done for this location.

As I approached the counter I was quickly redirected to go back and order from the kiosk, despite there being no one in the restaurant and several employees just standing around waiting behind the register. Right off the bat that rubbed me the wrong way, it's a complete lack of customer service. The kiosk is a bit backwards, seemingly not showing pricing until you add the item, which was frustrating, so I had to keep glancing across the restaurant to the menu board so I didn't have to keep adding and removing items. I finally settled on the chicken, bacon cheese sandwich, opting out of the combo since it's $12, and I was going home anyway. The food came out fairly quickly, again, the place was empty. I took the sandwich home, it was good, but not great, a bit too greasy for my liking. The portion size was good, and more than enough for a lunch. Overall, not for me, their competitors certainly offer friendlier and better customer service, and cleaner food quality.

After much hype and inquiring with a friend, we decided to try Pantry Fried Chicken, a.k.a. "gas station chicken", selecting a location closest to our house. We opted to order a la carte items, which saved us almost $10 (essentially eliminating drinks). Our meal consisted of chicken tenders, boneless chicken wings, fish fillet, large side of wedges, side of coleslaw, and fried okra. Soft rolls were a bonus! The breading on chicken is crunchy & tasty and comes with an array of sauce selections. The large size wedges could feed an army (at least 4-6 ppl). Potatoes were crunchy on outside (coated?) and soft & tender like a baked potato on the inside (our favorite). The okra was chewy. Now, I'm not sure how to rectify this issue as it had been sitting in a closed container, possibly trapping moisture (maybe wax paper bags?) ‍ Unfortunately , the fish was included in okra container (problem for those who don't like their food touching, but we didn't mind), and fish seemed a bit undercooked, hard to cut, a bit chewy/fishy for my liking. Not sure what type of fish they used, but I do prefer mine cooked a bit more (maybe they accommodate this request?). The coleslaw was tangy (I could definitely identify the horseradish!). All in all portion sizes are plentiful and they provide good value for the money. Everything cooked appears to be deep fried and nothing really stood out besides salt/pepper as seasoning and the potato wedges. You do get good portion sizes and value for the money. Add-ons also seem reasonable. We ordered via app (they have a rewards program) which provided follow-up texts regarding pick-up instructions and thanking us for our order/visit again. You can additional items (per piece price) to a la carte items. Again, this is located at a gas station in a strip mall near Scientific. The ambiance is storefront carryout with lots of parking lot traffic (so be aware). Not sure if dine-in options are offered (aside from your car interior). Recommend checking them out--even if it's once--and form your own opinions. (I was raised on broasted chicken/potatoes, so I may be a bit biased.)

It was late in the evening and we just got into our hotel, so naturally the family was hungry. Around the corner there was a Bojangles that I decided to stop at and place a carryout order. I initially went through the drive-thru, but it was being operated by some crappy AI system that wasn't really making my life easy. From there I decided to park and place my order inside, as much as I wanted to avoid stepping foot in the restaurant. Thankfully I don't regret my decision, because I felt very welcomed by the people who were working that shift. Good customer service is rare in a fast food establishment, but they exceeded my expectations. I wanted to take advantage of their special Bo Bites deal. I'm not kidding when I tell you I got 20 of these large chunks of boneless chicken with fries, cole slaw, a bunch of sauces and a 1/2 gallon of their sweet iced tea for less than $25. The whole meal really hit the spot after so much driving and everything tasted great. The strawberry cobbler biscuit was a nice touch, but I realized I could have done without it after all the food I ordered. This meal lasted us for 2.5 days roughly. One reason I'm not giving this a perfect 5 stars is because hunger played a huge factor in my enjoyment of this meal, which probably made the food taste better than it normally would be. I also do not like any establishment that uses AI for drive-thru and I will always dock points for that.

All of the employees we encountered were very friendly. Ally was our server and was AMAZING. We told her it was our first time there and she gave us some great recommendations. They also made a really good margarita and I am not typically a fan of traditional margaritas. The food and drink recommendations she made for the table were great, and the onion rings are definitely the best ones we've had in the area since relocating here. Both sandwiches we had were great. The Chicken Philly had a little bit of a kick to it, which made it a nice change from usual Philly sandwiches and the Cuban was different from a traditional Cuban as it had some barbecue sauce on it. It was a little different for me at first, but I ended up really liking it. Both salads were pretty big and both people really liked the salads. The person that got the blackened grouper Baja salad thought that the grouper was fabulous, seasoned perfectly and loved the salad overall. Great casual atmosphere, the staff have really come into their own, and the food is simple but has little touches that often make it a small cut above most other sports bar type places around. My favorite things to order are the smashburgers, chicken philly (almost as good as the one at Old Town, a restaurant also belonging to this same owner), and now the fish and chips. I decided to get those last night, and the fish was two good size thick cod filets, fried and breaded perfectly. The fish was flaky and tender, the remoulade it came with really elevated it, I'm glad it was not plain tartar sauce (gross). The appetizer favorite here is the pulled pork nachos for me, otherwise, we usually just get meals. If I had one small complaint, it's that the tea is usually brewed pretty weak. Steep it a little longer, and you've got me fully hooked.
