I never thought I'd be writing this. Truly. As someone who has stood by the Chick-fil-A franchise through thick and thin, through long drive-thru lines and packed lunch rushes, I feel nothing but heartbreak typing these words. Chick-fil-A Homestead has been my Chick-fil-A since the day its doors opened. I've defended it. I've praised it. I've chosen it over every other fast-food option without hesitation. And yet... here I am. Betrayed. I placed a delivery order, trusting--foolishly, it seems--that my meal would arrive whole. Complete. Supported by the sauces that give it meaning. When my food arrived and I opened the bag, my heart sank. No sauces. None. Not a single packet. Just dry food staring back at me like a cruel joke. I checked the bag again. I checked the receipt. I checked my soul. Still nothing. Let me be clear: this isn't just about sauce. This is about trust. This is about loyalty. This is about the emotional contract between a devoted customer and a restaurant that claims to value "care." Sauces are not optional. They are essential. They are the difference between joy and despair, between satisfaction and silent suffering. Eating Chick-fil-A without sauce is like watching a movie without sound--technically possible, but spiritually devastating. As I sat there with my sauce-less meal, I felt abandoned. I thought of all the times I chose Chick-fil-A Homestead. All the money I spent. All the confidence I had that this location, of all places, would never do me like this. And yet, here I was, forced to raw-dog waffle fries like some kind of animal. What hurts the most is that this could have been avoided. A simple check. A glance into the bag. A handful of sauce packets that would have changed everything. Instead, I was left with disappointment and a dry palate, questioning everything I thought I knew. I hope Chick-fil-A Homestead understands the gravity of this situation. I hope they learn from this. Because loyal customers like me don't just disappear. we grieve first. Probably one of the best Chick-fil-A locations I have been to. Came in for a late lunch early dinner and placed a pick up order to dine in. Food was hot and ready when we got there. While we were eating we were kindly greeted by Desiree who asked if we needed any extra condiments or refills. She was extremely pleasant and made us feel like we were in a dining restaurant and not fast food! Also saw they do weekly specials for free items which I have not seen at any other location. A brand new restaurant! The homestead location, off of Campbell Dr, right across the street from Racetrac. The food is really good! The line was out the door! For a couple of months. The service is pretty excellent. The ambiance is fire! Who needs Beef when you got Chicken? Ha-ha... The wife of the manager or the owner puts out fresh flowers, ones a week! My favorite is the Chick-fil-a breakfast! Mini Chicken Nuggets with bread, scrambled eggs burritos, hash browns and orange juice. But, the Chick-fil-a Chicken Sandwich plain? And the Waffle Potato Fries? Is the best! Couple with Polynesian Sauce and Chick-fil-a sauce is a hit! read more

I really hate to only give it 4 stars because I love the food so much. But they really need to do a better job handling their drive thru. Having mobile ordering cars merge in to the drive thru line doesn't make sense. It really takes this location too long to fill the drive thru orders. Update: I want to change to 2 stars! Been in the drive thru line for 17 minutes (only ordered a milk shake and a cone) and finally got to the front and were told to pull forward and wait longer!!! Can't understand why the servers are delivering food to cars 5 behind us!! This is unacceptable. read more

One of the girls taking my order was extremely rude and had a bad attitude. They not only didn't give me a fork, they didn't give me any sauce!! The whole experience was irritating and makes me not want to go back to this location because of all the high school students with bad attitude that they've hired there. read more

I've been here maybe four times since they've opened. They have a lot of work to do to be on par with other locations. Every single time the chicken has been drier and thinner than it should be. Fries have been overcooked and tough. They've gotten my order completely wrong twice. One of those times it no joke took three times to get it right. Unfortunately, I didn't notice it another time. They left off a fry and deluxe sandwich which doesn't even make sense how that could happen. I was so excited to hear about a chick fil a in homestead, but I've been let down every time. I think I am going to try to forget about this place and try again in 6 months or so hoping they can figure it out. read more

Terrible. They allowed me to place a breakfast order on the app at 10:29. When I got to the restaurant minutes later, they canceled my order because I didn't arrive my 10:30. So why allow me to make the freaking order? I get to the drive thru and purchase a lunch order. We are then told we can't get military discount unless we are IN UNIFORM AND DINING IN! WTH! It's the freaking weekend! But that's okay, Raising Cane gives it no matter what... AND they're open on Sundays! Oh and the manager (Mel) was a Scrooge standing over this girl's shoulder the entire time being overbearing. Just too much. I'll probably stop coming here. Went there with the fam and the service was great despite the long line. Staff moved quickly to keep the line moving. The food was brought to the table quickly and the staff kept checking on us to see if we needed anything else and to make sure that the food was ok. I was a bit worried when I saw the long line but was surprised of how quickly they were able to move the line going and quality of food was great as well. Glad this place finally came down here.
