I ordered $350 worth of catering thru the app for my son's first birthday party, and we asked for pick up 15 minutes before our party started. Upon arrival, the team member said she couldn't find our order but my card wasn't charged so we reordered and waited for 45 minutes. Not only was I late to my own son's birthday party, but a different team member called 3 hours later saying our order had been waiting for pick up for 3 hours... the night leader (Brenda) apologized for the mix up and promised a nugget platter on CFA the next time we needed a platter with no time restrictions. When I asked for a gift card instead, she said they don't do that and she insisted she would give me a free platter. I called the store a month later to get the free platter, but the different night leader (Jordan) said he wouldn't honor Brenda's request because it had been too long... The lenght of cars is never a problem with Chick-fil-a they have perfected the art of customer service and drive-thru. I love Chick-fil-A, not only for its food but also for the splendid service it gives. I usually never have an issue when I stop by the restaurant but today was not the case. Firstly, I decided to go to this particular location because it was the closest from my sister's house so this isn't my usual Chick-fil-A. Upon arriving I noticed the lines for the drive-thru were very long, but, from experience, know that Chick-fil-A's system handles rushes very efficiently, so I wasn't too worried. But once in the line, I noticed the line was not moving quickly along. I tried to keep my hopes up by reminding myself that the food will be worth it but after ordering and receiving my food I noticed a couple of things: 1. I had ordered a small seasonal strawberry passion fruit lemonade but the cup was noticeably not filled all the way. There was over an inch of space left from the brim and everyone in the car even felt they'd skimped me on my drink. 2. I had ordered a spicy deluxe chicken sandwich meal and was given mushy fries. They were not crispy at all. 3. The bread on my sandwich was soggy and falling off my sandwich. I'm not sure if they had put too much butter or hadn't toasted it or what but it was hands down the worst sandwich I've ever received from Chick-fil-A. And on top of all this, upon arriving home and checking my Chick-fil-A app (because I had my phone scanned to receive my points) I realized the woman didn't scan my phone properly so I didn't even receive my points for the order! This was the absolute worst Chick-fil-A experience I've ever had and I WILL NOT be returning to this particular store ever again. I would always frequent this location as it is conveniently located across the street from my daughter's school. At one time I admired the customer services and how swift the lines seemed to be. However, Im not sure if its the hiring of new staff or what but I had to actually say hello a few times before they even came over the intercom to take my order. The fries were cold, my sandwich was even cold, and to top it off I ordered pepper jack cheese was left off of my sandwich. I called the store and spoke with the manager about my dissatisfaction and he told me to come on the next evening, give his name, and my meal would be replaced. Absolutely worst chick-fil-a ever. I don't think I've ever been so disrespected in a drive-through line in my life as I was at this one today. I went in the drive-through intending to use a coupon from the safe to save app. I asked the person on the other end of the speaker if it was OK if I got grilled nuggets instead of the fried nuggets with my buy one get one free coupon. She said she needed to speak to a manager first. Of course I said that's fine. Then she came back and said no, I could not get grilled nuggets and when I asked her why not, she said it was because it is a rip off! When I asked her why was it a rip off to get grilled nuggets instead of fried ones, she said it's because the grilled nuggets cost more. When I told her that's fine I don't mind paying more for the grilled nuggets she acted as if nothing had happened and said OK that's fine. And then she rang up the grilled nuggets. When I got to the window I asked her, "so what was the rip-off? Was it ordering grilled nuggets, or was it because I was using a coupon?" Obviously, she had no answer. Then she handed me my order with one grilled nugget and one fried nugget. When I let her know that it is a buy one get one coupon, and I intended for both of them to be grilled, she rolled her eyes and handed the girl behind her the fried nuggets and let her know I needed another 30 piece grilled. Then she told me to pull around and wait for my nuggets. I told her that was fine, but when they brought my nuggets please have the manager bring it to me so I could speak with her. A couple of minutes later, a young boy came bringing the nuggets but did not bring my drinks. When I told him that I wanted to speak to the manager and that I had told the girl in the window, he was shocked. I also informed him that my drinks had not been delivered yet. Chick-fil-a also has a good family atmosphere, cow mascot, calendars, coupons, kids nights, etc. I'm not sure about this particular place, but my experience with other chick-fil-a's has been that it's very kid friendly. Did I mention that I love their chicken nuggets? And their ranch sauce. The only downside is that compared to other fast food places, especially on highway 6, this place costs a little bit more. Every weekend this place is packed with people inside and cars waiting to drive-thru, but in all this chaos, they still manage to churn out good food and keep the place clean. I guess its because they make sure to hire enough staff to keep all the gear running, even having people outside to assist taking your drive thru orders or inside patroling the restaurant refilling your cups and taking your trash. This place even has a playgorund for you kids! All their food comes out hot and fries are always crispy. I like how the playground is set up bc we can watch the kids but still get to eat with the adults in the main dining area bc the playground is all glass walls. I almost didn't go because the line looked long, and I know chick-fil-a is always packed at lunchtime, but I had some phone calls I figured I could make while waiting.
