Was excited about trying this place out but was disappointed instead. I got a bowl with saffron rice and carved chicken and toppings. I would have tried a different meat but didn't want to pay extra. Which was different to see as most places don't do that but it is what it is. The rice was under cooked unless it's supposed to have a crunch to it? I really don't think the rice was suppose to have any crunchiness to it. Here is the worst part my chicken had bone in it! I was eating and bit into something hard ( not the rice) and there was a piece of bone. It was sharp at one end also. It was the continuation of a ruined meal. The order online process was easy. Arrived at the correct time. Order was presented with "SECURITY TAPE" as opposed to a "SECURITY BELGIAN MALINOIS". Ok. Cool. At least it's secure! Purchased my falafel bowl online, saffron rice, extra pickled onions, dill yogurt, Add **Falafels, and an extra side of dill yogurt home. Except... Whoever prepped the bowl forgot pretty much all the pickled onions (including the extra), all the dill yogurt (including the extra side), gave me double rice, and finally forgot the **Add Falafels portion of my gastronomic journey. The only reason I am not giving the place a '5' is because how long it took to get my food. I ordered it to go on the self check kiosk inside which was easy to navigate. It took over 30 minutes to get our food to go. While the front line employees were busy, friendly and apologetic, only one employee was filling the gyros , bowl and plates with specialized vegetables and sauces. I was at the Cypress Texas store at 12:10 on Friday May 23 2025. I have to say this single male employee was super busy and I wish the manager would give him some help, a raise or change the logistics to make this more efficient.
