Went to take a drink out of my half sweet half unsweet tea and brown sludge (Mold) came out of the straw I didn't notice it until I swallowed some of it and spit the majority of it out into a napkin and spit some out on the pavement next to my car. I ordered online through the app and then called when I got there to add some Condiments i forgot to order before. They brought it all to me shortly after I got to the Restuarant. From crumbly buns which were stale , to inadequate fries in package, to chicken that was missing meat,,, I mean WTF CFA!!!! Every single bun was crumbly and breaking apart. I love chick fil a but it looks like I'm going to have to go to a different location from now on. My sister stopped eating chick fil a years ago because this location has had extreme inconsistency with its chicken quality. She received a raw cooked chicken with clear red "veins" as she said and has scarred her from chicken in general. Out of all my years of going to Chick-fil-A and getting extra excellent service, today I was disappointed. I placed an order for carry out through the mobile app. The app notified me whenI was in the store that my order was ready. I proceeded to walk up to the front and the guy working at the register completely ignored me for like 15 minutes. .Going to go refill drinks pick up trays giving other orders. Two other workers popped up completely ignoring me. Also, I swear I thought I was a ghost for a second. I had to speak up and say and say hey! , is that my order on the counter which it turns out to be true. Two out of the three workers were actual managers, truly it was just sad and disappointing. I have been to this location just a handful of times for Togo orders. What I have noticed is that the staff is friendly and that the food comes out fast. Looks like the drive through is a little slower than going in. Really dropped the ball on customer service as a whole. I ordered breakfast through the app for myself, wife, and 2 toddlers. The app had a count down of "5 minutes until breakfast ends" so I figured I made it on time. Once in the drive thru I'm told that they may or may not have my food so and I'll just have to talk to them at the window. I needlessly wait in the line with 2 hangry toddlers just to be told it's corporate policy to "throw away all breakfast items once it's 1030". Obviously the app allowing me to order breakfast just for it to be thrown away is above their head, but still a frustrating inherent flaw. The initial manager was very nice and understanding. She said she would comp our lunch order so that I could hurry home to feed the kids instead of going somewhere else. She actually just took what I paid for breakfast and comped the $3 difference. Still pretty nice! I got my bag of food and once I got home I saw that they once again messed up my order. I called and spoked to 2 different managers who told me I could get the missing item replaced or I could return the food. I own that I apparently should have double checked their work prior to leaving the parking lot, but that end proposal is ridiculous. CFA is usually the best and most referenced agency when it comes to customer service. This location is an epic failure. read more

This location has been going downhill for the last several months. The food quality is no where near their usual standards, service has been horrible at best. The last several times I've used curbside, my wait has been over 15 minutes. Today it was 25 mins so I went in to cancel the order, even though for the last ten minutes my app said that it was being brought out now. The order was only half completed. They didn't have any drinks ready. I cancelled the order and got a refund but I'm done with this location. I got to THIS Chick-fil-A probably four out of five days of the week and they constantly tell me that they are unable to make my fries extra crispy. The line was long, but quick. The guy at the window said he threw in something for breakfast (I'm guessing breakfast was over) for free. I ordered curbside at this location a little while ago. I pulled in at curbside, texting the number parking spot I was in. I received text immediately saying my order was being worked on. Well, 15 minutes later, still no order. I called the restaurant and some young man answered , I told him where I was and I still had not received my order. He places me on hold. While on hold, another young man brings me my food-COLD! He tells me he just clocked in so he wasn't sure what happened. The other young man comes back to the phone and asks me again which parking lot I'm in. I tell him , and start to tell him that someone just brought my food out, but it was cold and that I would like my food hot. His response- OK ma'am have a nice day! I'm like really, that's all you have to say and he hangs up the phone. The young man that brought my food out again the second time was very apologetic, and I know it wasn't his fault. My experience with every Chick-fil-A has been positive except for this location. 3 weeks ago I had a large order which included 6 large French fries. I never check my order because they have always been spot on. Well on this particular day they left 3 large French fries out. I called, spoke to the manager, and told them what happened. He politely apologized and took my name down and said I could come pick them up any time. So last week we decided to get CFA for dinner so I went through the drive through and ordered but then told them that I needed to pick up the fries that were missing from my previous order. They couldn't find my information and refused to give me my fries. Give me a break!!! Like I'm going to steal French fries! I was livid. I handed them my CC and bought more fries separate so that my fam would have dinner. I'm mad that they didn't believe me but more mad because they stole my money! Won't be returning there. read more

Came during the coronavirus shutdown of dining room restaurants. They had 5 employees outside assisting with orders. Two lines of cars, approximately 17 cars in front of me and dis not take more than 8 minutes to get through the line. Very courteous employees and they were polite as always. Food was very fresh. I ordered $350 worth of catering thru the app for my son's first birthday party, and we asked for pick up 15 minutes before our party started. Upon arrival, the team member said she couldn't find our order but my card wasn't charged so we reordered and waited for 45 minutes. Not only was I late to my own son's birthday party, but a different team member called 3 hours later saying our order had been waiting for pick up for 3 hours... the night leader (Brenda) apologized for the mix up and promised a nugget platter on CFA the next time we needed a platter with no time restrictions. When I asked for a gift card instead, she said they don't do that and she insisted she would give me a free platter. I called the store a month later to get the free platter, but the different night leader (Jordan) said he wouldn't honor Brenda's request because it had been too long... Brenda never gave us a timeline to redeem! The poor customer service from Jordan's experience means I'll be going to a different CFA from now on. read more
