Super sad to have to leave bad review for a Chickfila. I ordered a medium sized chicken nugget catering tray, with 15 bags of waffle potato chips, 1 gallon sweet tea, and 1 gallon lemonade. I ordered it 5 hours in advance and pre-payed to have ready by 6:15. The order did not process until I showed up at pickup time. Made me uber late to event (I was hosting) and no apology or care from any manager or employee. This CFA is very poorly ran and needs some intervention from the big boys up top because I know Truett Kathy wouldn't be happy with this location at all. read more

If I could give it negative stars, I would. The food here is always cold! Every time I come in and make an order I get my fries cold and not fresh. I've sent couple of complaints through the chick fil a website stating how they're food is not fresh! I dislike coming to this location, I usually always go to the one by I-10, near target and that chick fil a is always delicious. Idk why this location can never have fresh chicken and fries, even their lemonade is sour and tastes like it's been there for a whole week. read more

This location has a slow drive-thru. I sat in line for 15 minutes and still had to pull over for my chicken strips.

I came to this chick Filay after my doctors appointment, I was super hungry and ready to eat. The employees taking the order in the drive tru were fairly pleasant. When I got to the window the drive thru girl had a bit of an attitude. I didn't mind her went home ready to eat my food they give me the wrong order. Very disappointed i called they store and i was put on hold for 23 mins. Finally the manager in charge I think her name was Jenny asked for my information and told me to come by to pick up the correct order. I got off this time went inside and placed my order gave my information, I waited 43 min to get my order I know this for a fact because I set a timer. I asked the cashier girl to check the status on my order she looked confused. Her co worker realized I was still waiting for my food he asked the ppl handling the sandwiches to make mine fast bc I had been waiting for a while. It's your average Chick-fil-A, just in a neighborhood that might be different from where your average Chick-fil-A's are. It's nice to be able to have a fast food option nearby that doesn't include beef. Sometimes I just really want a fresh and crispy chicken wrap and Chick-fil-A's are definitely my favorite with their Spicy dressing (I could drink that stuff). They are a little more pricey than the other fast food places nearby and there tends to be lines in both drive thru's all the time but I just can't fight it when I need a fresh crispy spicy chicken wrap! This store messed up my order and when I called to rectify it they apologized and said they would replace the order. The woman said she would write my name in the book she had me give her my order number and spell my name three times. I was pretty surprised the next day when my name was not in any book and I was treated rudely for trying to rectify a mistake that Chick-fil-A made. I showed them my receipt. I then ask for a manager (Christian) and he also said no after we told him this is not Normal for us to come together... which they know is from coming a lot... knowing people have different choices for lunch ... If you're used to the great customer service that Chick fil a is known for, you'll be severely be disappointed coming here. They're always so rude and the drive thru is SO slow and they always forget part of ky order- I've learned to not move from the window until I check my bag. An example of their poor customer service: I came here today with a "treat" in their app for a free chicken breakfast biscuit. I'm a little ashamed of how much we go to Chick Fil A and how many treats I've gotten, but it's been a lot. I've never had an issue making my sandwich spicy, but Brenda the "manager" Team Leader said, "if other people have done that for you, then they were just being nice" oh. Ok. So you can, but you don't feel like being nice. Got it. I asked if there was someone else I could talk to and she said that there wasn't a schedule out for next week yet so she doesn't know who I can talk to and she can't give out phone numbers, so starting Monday I just have to keep calling the store and trying to get in touch with someone. This is the WORST Chick Fil A. Rude employees for a Chick Fil A, don't say anything to you at the window (more focused on personal conversations while reaching out for your payment), I've sat at the ordering speaker in the drive thru for around 4 minutes at times before anyone comes to take my order. SLOW. I have heard the entire weekend story of an employee while sitting at the window, not being acknowledged for more than to take my card, while waiting for my food. This place is pretty good, they have tasty sandwiches. I ordered number 4 spicy chicken sandwich and I would say it's one of the best sandwiches I have ever had! This particular location is exceptionally great. They actually have people who want to work rather than hire useless unskilled workers like most other fast food joints do. And they almost always have little promotions that include free menu items. Overall great place. This place knows what's up with the breakfast too.
