Ordered a bunch of breakfast and for whatever reason they threw cheese on various items that don't even come with cheese. What a waste

I'm a little confused because I just had the most pleasant delivery order. I know Chik-fil-A always had spectacular customer service, but to fathom that they mastered it all the way from the store to your doorstep... like where are you finding these people and how did train them so well?! First off, it's below freezing outside (annual tx winter storms smh). Second, I'm a little hungover. Third, I accidentally ordered from the wrong Chick-fil-A. There's one across the street from my apartment which was why I didn't feel as bad about having something delivered in this weather. But for some reason when I clicked "deliver to me" in the Chick-fil-A app... it ended up being the Silber location that's 4 or 5 exits away. So the poor driver, Medrick, actually had to drive further 10/15 min on icy-roads just to get to me. (I'm sorry!!) I was so sure Medrick probably hated my guts. Probably cursing at me at every stoplight as I followed him through the little "track your Chick-fil-A in real-time!" link. Not to mention I only picked like a $2?3? dollar tip, cuz like I said I thought it was the Chick-fil-A beside me! I wish the app allowed you to increase tip amounts after delivery... Anyways Medrick 'arrived' in the app, and I thought I'd have to go down to get him. Apartments can be daunting for delivery drivers. But next thing I know there's a gentle knock on my door. I looked thru the peephole and there he was. But he didn't just put my food down and leave like other delivery drivers. He stood there holding my stuff.... like flowers. Which meant I had to open the door and take the food from him while he was still there. Damn. I was still in PJs. I looked like a hobo. I cracked the door open, half shielding myself bc I'm in a Patrick the Star Onesie. He sticks both arms straight out to me, presenting the bags like a gift, which caught me off guard. It's as if he made the food himself loll. Like you know how when little kids create a drawing and stick it out with both hands for you to see. "Oh.. thank you!" I told him, awkwardly reaching out with one arm from behind the door in an attempt to hide my onesie. But then he bends down and picks up my drink from the ground, and sticks it straight out to me like another gift too. I had no choice but to step out further from behind the door grabbing the drink with my other hand and revealing my pajamas. I was so sure he'd form a face of judgment since I was some lazy hungover a-hole in a pink starfish onesie that made him drive all this way in icy conditions on just a $3 tip... but instead he stays standing there, arms straight down at his sides, at attention. He looked as if he was about to salute me, but instead of a salute, he suddenly smiles the biggest, most sweetest smile. So much teeth! And so white! And the smile so.... genuine... as if someone had just given him the biggest compliment in the world. "Hope you have a good one!" he says grinning, blasting pure happiness at me. I'm literally standing there, hobo in a onesie, hungover, arms full of chikfila bags, awkwardly holding a cup. He's standing there, chest out, shoulders high, like he's about to take a school yearbook picture prouder than a mf to be a Chick-fil-A team member. Two whole seconds. Then he turns on his heel and marches away... his mission accomplished *high five!*. I closed the door. That was so... PLEASANT. That's the only way I can describe it. Just pleasant! A pleasant food delivery that's prompted a half page essay Yelp review lol. I guess bc he didn't just drop and go. I felt warm all over. You usually onlu feel this touched when you realize the car ahead of you at Starbucks paid for your drinks. But this guy made me feel this way about the delivery of my own food that I paid for myself lol. Thank you, Medrick for being so pleasant! (Good job Chick-fil-A finding this guy). If you haven't tried the Chicken Tortilla Soup, it's my current addiction. Comes with these tiny crispy tortilla chips that may look shrimpy, but pack flavor when paired with the soup. They have a hint of lime in em or something... makes each bite so so so tasty! Sooo good! read more

So disappointed today. We drove so far bc our little granddaughter wanted chick fil a. Only after we ordered did we find their playground was closed--"has been since July". No sign was posted neither outside, inside nor website "due to Pandemic", they said. We've had Covid plus shots plus boosters & made the conscious decision it was OK to play0, but no. To top it off, the almost $5 kids' meal of chicken nuggets was only 5 clumps of dark oily practically scrapings from the bottom of the pan. Not a meal. read more

I'm not happy with this Chick Fil A...them trying to speed the line up and get a constable to direct traffic in the parking lot is a joke. Drive through lines have been navigated for decades, I'm sure us small mind individuals driving our POV can manage. Especially if I'd rather go through the drive through vs being forced to go through 3 lane that lead away from the establishment and adds at least 5 mins to the wait time by your contract labor. Kept seeing the bandit ad for the chicken parm meal kit and decided to give it a try. Had it set in their app to ds end it an excite before the restaurant. I chose the meal kit for 2. I have attached all that is included. Easy to put together. Very filling. Prices reasonably. read more

This review isn't about the food. It's about how a member of the management team Fannie was her name doesn't understand what customer set she's supposed to provide!!! We came as a family and instead of taking her time to explain that the line started somewhere else she kept yelling "go to the end of the line!" We tried to ask where the line started and yet she repeated the same thing. Then walked off!! Another young guy was able to tell us where it started. Security later blocked off the section that people we driving through. She definitely was the worse member of any team I have ever came in cofactors with. Their drive thru is always really packed and they don't take the initiative to actually manage the traffic like every other chick fil a in Houston! And they take forever to take your order and even give it to you! I've had multiple items missing from my order! As well as if you order through their app they don't come out! Seriously it's the worse location! I've seen workers just sit there and eat their and not even acknowledge whoever is waiting! AVOID like the plague read more

i orders throw UBER eats and I did not receive anything I ordered i had ordered a spic deluxe with pepper jack and a Dr Pepper i Received a coby jack spicy and a sweet tea my order took for ever to get done I ordered at 11:37 and it was done at 1:00 normal this dose not get to me but the way my food was delivered I thought it would be fresh instead this is what I got cold fries and disgusting tomatos the lettuce looks old and no pickles if I cloud I wouldn't even give them a 1 star read more

Wanting a quick bite to eat I dropped by Chick-fil-A. Usually I avoid fast food but, sometimes I want a chicken sandwich. That time tends to be on Sunday's - argh. Eating here on a Friday should help me avoid thinking about having chicken sandwich this weekend. In case anyone is unaware no Chick-fil-A is open on Sunday anywhere. I had the Spicy Chicken Sandwich Meal which tasted fresh and flavorful to me. The political hoopla leftists and non-straight people try to stir up about this restaurant chain and the founder of Chick-fil-A are nonsensical to me. This Chick-fil-A serves what I consider very good for fast food. The prices are reasonable. The location I visit is kept clean with no bad odors or garbage laying around. Even the parking lot is clean and well lit at night. Smiling counter and wait staff are a pleasant sight. There is no reason not to stop off here when hungry unless you are in the mood to eat something other than tasty chicken. read more

CFA, where would I be without U, my love. Just like other CFA, this one is packed pretty much any time of the day. Plus this CFA location is in a busy plaza where there is a movie theater, comedy club, bars, restaurants, ikea, Dave n busters, la fitness etc, so the flow of traffic is nonstop. Once U walk in and follow the queue, U are greeted by a very friendly staff. Once seated, your food is brought to your table. There is usually a staff member attending to all tables to check on refills. The restaurant is very clean, and I noticed that the trash n serving trays are constantly attended to. They don't let it accrue. This particular CFA has a self serve soft drink fountain machine, which is nice to not keep bugging the cashier for a refill. Wifi is complimentary. My item of choice is the CFA sandwich and the CFA spicy chicken sandwich with FF. Can't go wrong with that. Btw, I did try their milkshake, and it was divine! read more

Wonderful service, they are always kind and the store is always clean. I first tried Chick-fil-A's Mac and cheese at this location and it was superb: creamy, cheesy, fluffy, heavenly goodness. It was the day after Christmas and my gf had to work. So I figured I'd earn some brownie points and bring her lunch on my day off. We both have been craving chick-fil-a so I swung by the closest location of her work. This location's parking lot and drive through are a mad house. You have people driving the wrong way and they have a double drive through so that thing gets packed. I decided to find the first spot I could find and walk in. They even have a roped off line to form. They have 4 cashiers working at once and it's so fast! We ordered food for ourselves and a party tray. The lady said it may take up to 10 minutes for the party tray. Before I gotten all my napkins and condiments the tray was ready! These people are fast, and they need to be with as many people who come in here for lunch each day. read more

Always fast friendly service and the food is delicious. I adore the chicken biscuit in the morning. My little one lives for their nuggets. I like that there are more options than just fries for your combos. The cookie yogurt parfait or baked macaroni and cheese are great. read more

Definitely not as friendly or efficient as other Chick-fil-A's have proven to be. The line is always very slow. Then when I called to check on an order a man put me on hold and never came back to the phone (I held for 10 mins). When I called back twice no one answered. Chick-fil-A is always amazing, but I felt the need to leave a review for this one. We sat down and placed our order online, and were relaxing in the back area of the store. One of the team members, Juan came and checked on us and he was very kind and fun to talk with! I would've tipped if they accepted them. Keep being amazing and chasing your dreams. Disappointing experience today on the lack of communication and customer service we just experienced. The idiot in front of us forgot his key fob so and so when he put his food in the back seat his car locked out. As such we were trapped in the drive thru with a screaming 6 month old for over 20 minutes while he waited for a family member to go home and get the keys. During this time no one from chick fil a could tell us what was going on nor was there an apology. As such we were left with cold food, an upset baby and two crabby and frustrated parents. read more

I have had missing items in my orders quite a few times from this place and food quality is inconsistent. Last time I come here since I got food poisoning from the peach shake I was so happy and eager to have. Customer service is decent, up to chick fil a standards you can say but the attitude of the workers doesn't compensate for the lack of quality and constant mistakes being made. read more

This is usually my go to Chicfila but this new mobile express lane was a horrible idea. I'm currently stuck in line waiting for my mobile order- while there is literally no line in the regular drive thru. The workers have to walk farther than they did when we had curbside and never seem to be in much of a hurry, so service is indeed slower, so not sure what the point of the change was. read more

Chicken strips are the best dipped in chick fil a sauce with an order of waffled flies dipped in Polynesian sauce. Petes hot sauce is also delicious and mixed with chick fil a sauce. I was here at 430pm on Thursday 26 of July 2018. I couldn't believe what I saw...flies everywhere!!! That's unacceptable!!! Well I told the manager and she told me" well that's is not my fault!! If I could leave 0 stars I would . I've been to many chick-fil-a's and this one has been by far the worst one . Im very disappointed. I was attended by a young girl who seemed very annoyed and rude . When I was ordering my daughter's meal she seemed annoyed when I asked my husband if we should get her an icecream or toy mind you we always do this at other locations.. its normal to think about what you're getting! She then rolled her eyes and said the toys free . Money is not an issue we were deciding. She completely messed up my order and I had to go back for sauces and my fries . Where do I begin ... I love Chick-fil-A .. but this location... has gone downhill. As far as cleanliness , it deserves 5 stars, but service and accuracy are seriously 2 stars or less (I was being kind ). 1. One day I went for my Cobb Salad and asked for ranch and did not receive it . ( mind you I was on my lunch break, in the drive thru at peak hours ) I didn't realize they didn't add it until I was back at the office . Highly irritated, I drove back ( because no salad deserves to be not dressed! ) the girl at the counter didn't seem too worried about my troubles , she simply gives me the dressing and walked off. 2. Another salad incident , I specifically asked for NO tomatoes and bacon, and of course they did the exact opposite ! 3. Skimp on the fries ! (Photo attached ) this happened today. When I confronted him about it he was EXTREMELY rude told me it wasn't his fault, their job was to run the food and I was in the way, and went on to tell me to get over it.
