This is so far the worst chick fil a i've been to , workers are rude it sucks really !

GROSS! I come here multiple times a week but service has gone down. The women inside that clean are the sweetest but today will be my last time coming to this location. I bought an ice cream cone for my 3 year old and I noticed that while making the cone an employee by the name of Jalisa got ice cream on her hand and licked it off and proceeded to hand me the cone. I asked her to please remake it and sanitize her hands. With a huge attitude she made another come without sanitizing her hands. I asked again for someone to remake it and she proceeded to reach back into the cone box contaminating it while talking about me in Spanish saying "me da cólera" which means she angers me. She didn't know I'm fluent in Spanish and the manager tried telling me she wasn't talking about me until I busted out the Spanish. I've been coming here since I was in college and now I'm 31 with two kids. Don't come here. They lick their fingers while making your kids food and have zero remorse. Disgusting. Every Chickfila I've ever has had super delicious food. I've probably been to this one the most because I've worked in the area for years. The ONLY draw back to this location is not just how busy it gets (all Chickfilas get busy), but that it gets inundated with high school students! There are at least 2 high schools within walking distance and when they let out (and/or let their kids out for lunch) it is a massive swarm of teenagers. Teenagers are not known for their considerate manners, so as a non-teenager it can be kind of overwhelming and annoying. But this isn't Chickfila's fault. If you can learn to love or at least tolerate the teenage crowd (or avoid this location between the hours of 12-4), then this Chickfila is great! read more

The service is quick. My food is always freshly prepared & hot. They have the best French fries to me. The people that work here are always pleasant. I usually go through the drive thru but decided to eat in. Pretty disappointed in this chick-fil-a compared to every single one I have been to. The lady taking our order was rushing our order and cutting us off, being a military kid I am used to getting a military discount and she said " We don't have that" ,so that was unusual. I usually let mistakes slide with places but this location in particular hasn't been up to par any time I have gone. We ordered a large fry and got enough fries to fill a medium size. I've ordered salads from here and they don't come with the nuts and other things on the side the other locations provide. We get less sauce than requested. The list could go on lol. I love CFA. CFA has always been my favorite fast food establishment of all time, so naturally when fun things like KSBJ Brown Bags or Cow Appreciation Day come around, I often choose to partake. Today (Cow Appreciation Day), I stopped by this CFA to grab my complimentary entree, while wearing my cow earrings. The nice gentleman taking my order on a tablet as we waited in line laughed as he saw my earrings and acknowledged that I was, indeed, celebrating the occasion. However, when I reached the counter, the person ringing me up mistakenly charged me for my entree on top of my other order, but did not tell me my total before asking me to swipe my credit card. It was after I swiped that I realized the mistake. This error was no big deal to me. When I told her that I was celebrating Cow Appreciation Day with my cow earrings, she admitted that she didn't see them at first and asked for assistance from a gentleman named Luis behind the counter. I offered to purchase something in place of what was charged to me and cover any difference, but they both seemed confused about the whole thing. Here's the part that thoroughly annoyed me: According to the CFA webpage, any type of cow accessory or apparel was adequate to receive a free entree. In addition, the website clearly lists the available choices. When Luis could not seem to decide what to do with my order, he told me that I had to be dressed head to toe in cow wear to be eligible. Then, he told me that I was only allowed to have the 8 nugget entree rather than the 12 I had ordered before issuing my refund and ringing me up again. The fact is that I have no problem paying for the 12 nuggets that I ordered, but please don't try to make up some rules on the spot because of a simple error. I have the website pulled up. Everything this man told me was incorrect, and I felt it was very dishonest. My suggestion to this particular CFA is to please fully orient your team members to promotions so that there is no confusion in the future. Thank you. read more

The last time I went to this location, HOUSTON MEYERLAND, I was charged incorrectly in the drive thru for an item I had a reward for on my app. When I drove up and received my receipt I told the lady, and instead of refunding me, she told me "well now you can just use your reward next time". Seriously? Today, I came to back to this location in the drive thru and once again was charged incorrectly when I used my app. She redeemed my reward and STILL charged me. I got severe food poisoning at this location last year. I immediately filed a complaint with the location when I became symptomatic later, the next evening. I'm a bit on a workaholic and ironically one of my jobs is food safety training. On the day in question, all I consumed was an apple, a lot of water and later that day, a 4 piece chicken strip dinner. So, I'm 100% certain that I got sick off their product. This happened on a Saturday. The following Monday a regional manager contacted me and said my case has been sent to their insurance company called Sedwig. This was a bald faced lie! After a year of at least 15 phone calls, 13 text messages and a scathing letter to their corporate office, this insurance company finally called me back. They informed me that this case was handled and resolved in-house a year ago. That means every time I talked to the regional manager, for a whole year, she lied to me. I'm almost 60 years old and me, my family and my Fraternity has spent thousands with this company. I was so sick, I almost got rushed to the hospital because I was unable to take my blood pressure medication for days. After all this, their insurance company notifies me and says, I probably got sick off the apple. It wasn't us. Then sends me a final letter saying that I probably got sick from a customer at the gig I was Deejaying. Even though my DJ booth is totally isolated. It's a shame when billion dollar companies treat customers, who are their life's blood, like this. The public should know how you lie and deceive elderly, long-time paying customers. Came on a Saturday at 7ish and it was packed. But the line went by quick and (as always) the food came out pretty much instantly. I always get the number one and it's consistently good. Fries great right out of the fryer, but gets stale pretty quick. I've switched from chick fil a sauce to the sweet and spicy sriracha and I haven't looked back. read more

Mmmmm...Chick-Fil-A.... Some people hate fast food. Not me. I'll eat at any greasy, processed, burger schleppin' place around. Especially, if it's the king of super-size-me-mart: Chick-Fil-A! These people know how to run a business. The food is a cut above other fast food places - still not healthy or natural, but tasty for shizzle. The service is great - always quick and always courteous. I'm guessing they pay their people better than other fast food joints because they are always very professional. I like the fact that they are closed on Sundays as well. Not necessarily for religious reasons, but because all of their employees know they are guaranteed one day off a week. read more

If it wasn't Chick-fil-a I would rate this location lower, but my food was still great quality. These 3 stars is for the wait, the crowd, and the rush. There were about 15 teenagers standing in line before I got to order. They were loud and obnoxious and the people behind the counter were having a horrible time keeping up with everyone's orders. I stood there for about 3 minutes after they called my name because they just slid my food on the counter and walked off. There were two kids standing in front of the food so I couldn't get to it, but futher more, I needed to ask for dipping sauce for my nuggets but no one was available for me to ask for it. I ended up at some awkward table in the corner with direct sunlight in my face because there was no where to sit. When I left some lady had pulled her child's high chair into the passage way to the door so I had to walk around the place to get out. If you are in the area and want Chick-fil-a, do yourself a favor and get it to go. read more

But I'm not reviewing the Meyerland store for the food. It's pretty much what you'll get at any Chick-Fil-A. What's amazing here is the service. Fast food workers have the reputation for being surly and unconcerned with their customers. But not here. Example: On a rainy day there was a young man shuttling folks to their cars in the parking lot with a big umbrella. You don't see this kind of concern at sit-down restaurants, much less fast food places. The owners clearly understand being customer oriented. This CFA is incredible during the day, but the night crew is another story. I went to redeem my freebie from the Rockets game on Sunday for 2 free chicken sandwiches, and the night crew employee "Diana" who served me was incredibly rude. When redeeming for free "Original CFA Sandwiches" in the past from the app, I've been able to pay a very minimal up-charge fee to make them spicy sandwiches, as I do not care for the regular versions very much. Diana refused to do this for me, even when I stated I've done it before at this very location! After that, she sent my order for sandwiches to the kitchen without even asking if I wanted anything else, and tried to take off to the back before I caught her and said I actually wanted to order more than just that. She was not friendly, and as someone who works in customer service, I could tell she just wanted to close and go home, which is understandable. I don't expect stellar customer service from the night crew, but I DO expect to not be treated poorly. Completely inexcusable. I will probably never visit this CFA again past 4PM unless they somehow hire better night management. read more

This is the best chic fil a ever. Customer service is consistently good. The place is always clean. Every Tuesday Honey Dew the clown is there entertaining the kids from 5-7 pm. One time they got my order wrong so I called and notified them and they drove all the way to my house and brought me the right order and even more food. I highly recommend this chic fil a. We ordered our orders and the person working at the register was polite, did my order correctly, and even pointed out how to make my purchase cheaper which I appreciated. However, after I got my order I forgot that I wanted some chick Fil a sauce, and my friend wanted some too so I asked for 4 of them I which the owner (a old man with glasses) looks bothered and says "thats a lot of chick Fil a sauces to be giving out. How many orders did you have?" In which I reply "two orders. It's for my friend and I." He says "Oh, that's just a lot though." And I awkwardly said thank you and left, not wanting to run my mouth.
