This chic fil takes so long I was in line for 20 min before I got to the window that's ridiculous they need to find a different system

After driving 10 minutes from the location I called and told them they forgot to give me my cookie. I told them I would be coming back for my cookie since I redeemed it and also to prepare another ice cream cup since it will be melted by the time I got home then. When I arrived the lady gave me the cookie and when I told her i need another ice cream cup and handing over the one given she rudely said "nothing is wrong with it"! Then got her manager. I then explained I just want a complete refund. Because you are being rude for no reason. I just spent $30 here I made a simple request due to your mistake. Richard I guess the manager said if I have a complaint to contact corporate. He said bring back the food and I will give you your money. I then gave him the food back and asked to use the pen to make notes on the receipt he said "I don't have to let you use our pen". I'm blown away because I never experienced such inconsiderate attitudes at this chick Fil a. Anyway he proceeded to give me a refund and continued on with business. This is a great place and close to my daughter's school. The biggest downfall is that it is always busy. The opened a second lane for ordering but that really has not helped you still wait for a while, it does help with traffic control on Beechnut. I can't fault a place for being busy that is the goal just know you will have to wait a bit for your food The food is good and the staff always kind and helpful. read more

i am quite disappointed as this has NEVER in any chic-gil-a franchise ever happened to me. i ordered the spicy deluxe and out came something that hurt the soul. my bread was half baked and just white. chicken was depressing and barely any lettuce. i always order sauces, and somehow i always never get none. there's always bad blood with this chicfila and yet i still come. still holding on to that little bit of faith. read more

Four for you, Glen Coco, you go, Glen Coco! So, I'm giving Chick Fila four stars, because while it's the best fast food fried chicken anywhere, it's still fast food fried chicken. And while it's consistently good, it's not "Holy crap, this gets five stars" good. I love that this place shares a parking lot with my gym. It makes it so easy to cancel out all of the calories I just burned. But really though, having a Chick Fila so close to your gym is really counterproductive. I just can't help myself. It's just too convenient. The service here is always friendly, as it is at every other Chick Fila I've been to, and the drive through line, although it may be wrapped twice around the building, goes by super fast. read more

Parking here is horrible! They have their drive thru system all wrong! Major hazard for those who cannot drive properly. As for the food, it's really good. Their chicken strips are my favorite, they were hot crispy and delicious. read more

Fast service, nice service, the girl that took my order when I ordered 2 medium shakes, said small, I told her medium she said okay, got to the window they were small, I repeated medium....then they tell me, there is only small and large ! If it was me I would have told the customer so that you can up sale with the large, because when you say both come on, no one chooses the small! I've been to many Chick-fil-as around the city and I still find this one to be the best. It can definitely get crowded at times but they absolutely do their best to make everything fast and efficient. It's also a plus that everyone is always really nice and not in a fake kind of way. I've used them for catering and for a fundraiser selling the original chicken sandwich on multiple occasions and every time they have been very professional. Bottom line, I have been coming here since they opened and will continue to do so for the foreseeable future. read more

This Chick-fil-A is honestly the worst one i've ever been to. They had this 3 lane thing going on and it felt very rushed and crowded. My friend and I had two separate orders and one of the guys took her order (the passenger seat) and was like "okay you can follow the car" I said "okay what about my order?" then he goes "ah you have to order at the window cause I already sent hers in" after that, the 3 lanes merged and it was honestly the most stressful thing ever! The guy directing where to go seemed kind of lost so it caused confusion between me and another car. This was our go to place. They can't handle the new covid world with curbside. Three times they messed up our order. They have forgotten items numerous times. Tried calling the restaurant and it rings and rings and then they hang up on you this is happened many times and had to use the catering number to get through to the restaurant. Once speaking to the restaurant they are not apologetic. One time I spoke with the manager who was on her way to work and didn't resolve the problem. This last time waited 20 minutes to speak to the manager and they never got on the phone. Food has been inconsistent which was not the standard prior to Covid. Appreciate the measures they are trying to take keeping us safe but not in the resolutions and not by them not picking up the phone to speak to the customers. Every time I've come to this location I've had a great experience. The restaurant is always clean and maintained and the food is fresh. My experience has only gotten better since they implemented the app to order food for pick up. I've never waiting in line more than 5 minutes to pick up my food. My only issue is that the chicken they use in the salads are what appears to be chicken scraps instead of the chicken beast pieces they used to cut up. read more

I love this place. Employees so nice and we'll dresses. Service is fast and friendly. After seating down and enjoying fresh hot food. There was employees walking around asking everyone in the restaurant if we needed any refills. As well as we were walking out to our car we notice they have someone outside the drive through taking orders and charging already before pulling into getting their orders. Also there is another employee outside the window in which you drive by to pick up your food, checking that everything just how you want it. Overall wonderful service and food!!!! read more

I have to say I'm highly impressed with this location. I was thinking I'll be waiting in line for 15 minutes in my car but got out of line quicker than I had anticipated. Also Joanna, the cashier that served me in the window was very friendly and patient with me. She had a wonderful smile and didn't mind me at all checking if all of my foods and condiments were inside my bags and as I instructed. I was buying food for people so I had to make sure everything was in order. It's so wonderful to have been served by someone like her, especially with the ugly rain today. Keep up the amazing job! Just had the best experience here! Walked in to a line all the way to the back of the restaurant so I told my two kiddos we would just go through the drive through and take it home. My son was upset because he wouldn't get to play in the play area, a manager overheard us and sat us right away and took our order at the table. We had our food in less than two minutes! Came by here today in the drive-thru and handed the nice employee two gift cards. The first had $1.51 (with the receipt providing proof) and the second had $10. I told him to use the first and then the $10 one. Unfortunately I should've checked my receipt before I left because when I got home I found that my second gift card had only $1.24 left on it (my total was $8.76). This Chick-Fil-A is always busy, but have you ever seen one in Houston that isn't? I haven't. If you eat in the restaurant, friendly employees will come around and offer to re-fill your drink or throw away your trash. Great food, and great service!
