I'm writing this as a Mom of two littles who frequent these restaurants! Every time we go to a different location it always takes forever no matter what time of day, everyone else just seems to have a slow drive-thru. This location however is always on it! I've never had a long wait and everyone is friendly as usual and the orders are always correct. I really appreciate an efficient drive-thru with kids so this location gets 5 stars! read more

I have tried this Chick-fil-A on multiple occasions, both using the drive-thru and dining on the outdoor patio, and unfortunately the experience has been consistently unpleasant. There is a strong odor resembling urine and feces around the premises, particularly in the outdoor dining area. The smell is so noticeable that it makes it difficult to enjoy a meal outside. I have visited on different days, hoping it was a temporary issue, but the problem has persisted every time. I find it hard to believe that I'm the only customer noticing this. The food and service may be good, but the condition of the outdoor environment significantly impacts the overall experience. Until this issue is addressed, I will not be returning. read more

5-2-2026 OMG - I haven't been to a Chik-fil- A for awhile.. Well, today was definitely an experience. They had an actually person take my order, whom was very polite at the drive thru. Good for a minute. After that all went downhill. Well, while I drove up to the car in front of me. That driver had words with the driver already at the cashier window. It was a bunch of profanity. I got to the cashier and was given two bags and my frozen coffee. She states all are in the bags. I got home and of course the food was there. But of course no buffalo sauce. It's on my receipt 3. But to provide me 4 forks and no sauce. Really??? This was my first time at this location. Never again. This location wasn't even that busy. I might as well had driven to the one on Beach Blvd that I've been to. They always check the order at the window to make sure they got your oder correct. Waste of time...for was just OK grill chicken nuggets, kale salad , mac & cheese. with no sauce. Frozen coffee was the best thing. What upset me was the girl at the window states that everything are in the bags. Before I can check. Do Not trust here. First time at this location and the service was terrible. I don't think the girls working the front window for the patio are suited for their roles. This was Tuesday, 8/4 around 6pm. The girl at the window messed up the customer's order in front of us. Then, we had to repeat our order to her three times. She had a bad attitude. I asked for a refill because my toddler spilled her drink. The other girl at the window acted like I was inconveniencing her by asking for a refill. They also told my husband, "Sorry, we can only do one thing at a time" when he asked for a straw. Then, we ordered a chocolate shake to go. While waiting, we witnessed the cashier mess up another customers order again. Then, they messed up our shake order and gave us vanilla instead of chocolate. Everyone makes mistakes but this was almost every order. A nice attitude goes a long way when mistakes are made. They had bad attitudes and I've never experienced such bad vibes at a Chick-Fil-A before. Usually the workers are very nice. Also, the patio was covered in trash. read more

Great experience walk up and drive thru no dine indoor option. Great outdoor seating, clear well kept area. Restrooms provided separately for Chick-fil-A Staff and the other froe customers. I order the breakfast biscuits chicken sandwich with hash browns and lemonade all delicious. My favorite was the kale salad it was fresh and lovely. My coworker ordered the chicken minis online yesterday & picked them up this morning for our work potluck. She said they were "SO NICE" there. Everyone she came across greeted her with a smile & their token phrases, "my pleasure"and "have a great day!" I was totally impressed by the great service that I decided to write a review on her behalf - she doesn't Yelp. She arrived to pick them up & was told they were just packing them up. They asked which sauces she'd like; she didn't know what folks would like, so she asked for a variety. They gave her a big box of different Chick Fil-A sauces plus hot sauce, mayo, ketchup, mustard, etc. - basically anything you can think of was in that box! Also, while she waited, she was offered a soda. Now THAT is service & this is someone who likes her job! The woman that took my order, had a great attitude and was friendly and helpful. There was a super long line both in the drive-through and the walk up. However, I got my food within one minute.! The reason why I am giving them a five stars is because of the little things. When I went to put the dressing on my salad, the package was already opened just enough so that it was easy for me to open it up. It was clear that they did this intentionally to make it easier for me. The other thing is that the staff is really on top of Cleaning. Somebody was cleaning off the tables as people were leaving, and another person was taking out the trash and making sure that everything was tidy. I love their Cobb salad. Drove by for lunch and saw the drive thru line and debated whether or not to go but ultimately turned into the drive thru. There's 2 lanes and one was empty! I was greeted by Anthony, who took my order. I appreciate his upbeat, positive attitude. I came by to get a sunjoy at the recs of some friends and he explained to me what it was. Food was good one day delicious it was so good. I went back the next day. It was terrible burnt bun. Nothing about the pretzel bun was good. It was terrible. I ordered two pretzel bun and they gave me a regular and the pretzel bun. The original was just disgusting it greasy bun dry chicken. The bun was just like mushy. I've been waiting for this Chick-Fil-A location to open, since the one off Beach/Edinger has always been a nightmare to get to, find parking, and get food. This location is owned by the same franchisee. The first thing you notice right off the bat is that there is no indoor seating at this location. There are two drive-thru lanes, and an outdoor patio - but no indoor seating. I imagine this makes cleaning easier at the end of the night, since you can just hose down all the tables/chairs, but like another reviewer mentioned - this also cuts down on employees going around to wipe down tables in between diners. The outdoor patio would be great if it wasn't so windy - there's a bit of shade, but not much. The day I ate here, it was windy, so I had to pick a spot that had a bit of a windguard so I could eat my food without it flying away. Another minus is that the pest control is a bit poor. I had no less than four ants that made its way onto my table while I was eating - one even made it into my bag. The wait wasn't as bad as the Beach/Edinger location - your order gets filled pretty quickly - but this was noticeable when my waffle fries weren't hot - but warm/borderline cold. There was a bit of a line already forming so I just dealt with it rather than try to get an exchange. Restrooms are located indoors (thank goodness they didn't resort to Port-a-potties) - but they had this nauseating chlorine/bleach smell to it. It reminded me of what Starbucks uses to clean their restrooms. There are two drive-thru lanes at this location, but I only saw one lane at use the entire time I was there, a little before the dinner rush started. read more

This review is this low because I just drove through the drive through and first of all, the setup here is horrendous (this is not the first time I see this at one of their drive through either, they need to fire their architect). Then I finally get to the menu and there's a girl standing there alone with an iPad, it's pouring rain, it's cold and they couldn't come up with a better solution? Like, this is a multi-million dollar business that claims to be a wonderful place to work at... not from what I am seeing here. Build a frigging booth with a window, air conditioned, like every other drive through in America! Come on, even my taco place has one!! Okay, so then I go to the window (yes this time an actual one) to pick up my order and he hands me the soda, and turns around. I observe that he is trying to reach for something high up, by pulling on a cord. Finally the object comes down and it's a speaker. Mind you, my order is sitting there in front of him this entire time. Not satisfied, he proceeds to try to connect the speaker. After about three attempts, he looks down at the bag in front of him and finally grabs it and hands it over to me. I mean, this couldn't be more of a two-star review if it tried! read more

I am writing to file a formal complaint regarding an unacceptable experience I had at your Chick-fil-A location on Tuesday, August 5, at approximately 8:35 PM. An employee named Leslie, who was working the drive-thru window at the time (with black hair styled in two pink ponytails), displayed highly unprofessional and disrespectful behavior that directly violated the customer service standards your brand is known for. The incident included the following:     *    Leslie handed my food order to another customer, allowing their bare hands to touch my items before attempting to give it to me.     *    When I brought this to her attention, instead of correcting the issue with basic courtesy, she responded with a rude attitude and visible disrespect.     *    She also mumbled slick, inappropriate remarks under her breath, clearly intended to be heard but not directly addressed to me -- an immature and unacceptable way to handle any situation, especially in front of customers. I informed the on-duty manager, but it was clear the concern wasn't taken seriously. That alone makes me question whether professionalism and customer care are a priority at this location. This kind of conduct is absolutely not in line with the values Chick-fil-A claims to uphold. Leslie's actions were unsanitary, dismissive, and hostile -- and someone like her should not be representing your brand in any capacity. If this is the type of employee being allowed to interact with the public, then whoever hired her and continues to tolerate this behavior should be held equally accountable. I expect to be contacted with a response on what corrective action will be taken. This should include a review of the security footage, retraining or removal of staff involved, and a proper apology for the unacceptable service I received. Thank you for your time and attention to this serious matter. I hope to see real accountability -- not just words. read more

This is my favorite Chick-fil-A location by far. Although it does not have an inside dining area, I still enjoy the outdoor seating since there are heaters and fans. The drive-thru is very efficient and quick. The team members are so kind and very helpful. Their customer service is amazing and it's what keeps me coming back here. The last time the employees were just gossiping and had me wait 5 minutes or so. There were no other cars. I was super excited for this chick fil a to open because my family loves chick fil a. However I was surprised to see this layout. They have a walk up window to order food and the seating area is all outside. No inside area except the bathrooms which has a code to use. It was a cloudy day so I didn't mind sitting outside. They service was good, they were nice however because we sat outside it didn't feel like anyone was coming by to wipe down tables or ask if we needed our drinks re-filled or trash taken. It was a little different than other chick fil as. Food was good, we got their at breakfast time so my kids loved the chicken minis. read more

I was eager to try a breakfast sandwich with quality chicken in it and opted for the bisquit combo that comes with a drink and hash browns. I used the app and it was ready when I got there. However, the sandwich was a bit too thick and heavy for me, plus it was hard to get my mouth around the whole thing. I mostly ate the chicken, which was decent, not greasy. When we got home we realized they had forgotten one of the sandwiches. (Not to mention, they did the exact same thing last week). So we then drove back and went to the pick up window and told the girl (dark hair and glasses) that they had forgotten a sandwich and handed her the receipt. She took it without saying anything and walked away. She came back, handed us a bag with the sandwich in it- still saying nothing. This is the second time I've gone to the Golden West and Warner location in order a spicy chicken sandwich and the bun literally was cold on the outside and only warm on the inside because the chicken was warm but not hot Supposed to be a steamed/heated bun as part of the sandwich versus two cold pieces of dough so that will be the last time I ever eat at Eat at any of their locations. I am SO happy that this CFA opened up! I have been here several times now and have never had a negative experience. The staff is super friendly, and I love that they hired a bunch of people from HBHS and the local colleges. The food comes quickly. There is only outdoor seating, which I think is great, as our weather does not dictate that we need to sit inside. They have heaters and fans attached at the ceiling, so it is always comfortable. The restrooms are kept clean and the food comes out quick and hot. The double lane drive through goes fast. Ample parking, as it is in a strip mall parking lot. Amazing! read more

I called back and talked with both Managers and they said that the dressing is free so we can't give you any compensation. So what's a salad without dressing!!! If I could give half stars, it would be 2.5 stars only for the day shift, the evening shift would sadly get 0 stars. This doesn't mean the day team is bad so don't get me wrong because I would consider all 5 stars as a half and half effort between team shifts, in such, the day shift is perfect, they don't miss. After 9:00 P.M., just go to the one on Beach Blvd by the target. The evening team here seems to just not care, today I ordered a fair amount of food and two drinks, a large Arnold Palmer (not gonna call it a sun-joy) with no ice and large sweet tea, no ice. I got a large sweet no ice and a large un-sweet tea no ice. A few days ago I ordered a fair amount of food too, they didn't give me any of the sauces and that's happened on more than one occasion. Extras I pay for on my meals are often missing, the drinks are often wrong when tea and lemonade or involved. If I ask for a fry no salt they give it to me with salt anyways. I'm from GA and have lived here in HB for around 4+ years, I come from where the order is never messed up and I was happy I didn't have to drive all the way up Beach Blvd and could practically walk to this location but after 9:00, unless I'm desperate, I'll be heading over to the Beach Blvd location. read more
