First time at this location and it was pretty busy. It's a good healthy food choice place and good options. But it's a little pricey for what it is. Overall good flavor and meat choices, but most bowls will be around $20 after it's all said and done.

    My way - "me-bowl" 1/2 steak, 1/2 honey chicken

Recently tried the new-ish CAVA in HB, and if you're a fan of the build-your-own bowl concept, this place delivers. They offer a few preset bowls, but I'm definitely more of a build it my way person...basically trying to pile the bowl as high as possible with all my favorites. The bowls aren't cheap, but there are a ton of ingredients and flavors to work with, so if you pick wisely you'll end up with something pretty tasty. I went with half steak and half honey chicken, which was a great combo. The steak had nice flavor, and the honey chicken added just a touch of sweetness. The hardest part is always choosing sauces. I grabbed the green sauce, which looked great, and tried to get the orange one too--but they were running low so I only got a couple squirts. Slight sauce disappointment... but still good. I also added the crispies, which gave the bowl a little crunch. Between the textures and flavors you get sweet, savory, a little tangy--lots going on in a good way. The portion was big enough that I actually had some leftovers for the next day, which held up well. Overall, a solid spot if you like the make-your-own bowl places. Lots of flavors, clean restaurant, and a fun way to mix things up depending on your mood.

Not sure what's going on at this Cava but the food seems to taste too salty now and most of the time the grilled veggies are too burnt to consume. Spoons used to be available but now it seems to always be out or hidden. Drink and tables are often dirty even when it's not too busy. Also, some servers are a bit stingy with the amount of items they put in the bowls. I'd like a full bowl. Therefore, I have decreased visits here, from a couple of times a week to maybe once or twice a month. At least the music is ok, outdoor seating available, and plenty of parking.

If you're craving healthy food that you can build your own bowl of, CAVA is the place for you. I wasn't a huge fan of what I got, but it could be because my options didn't mesh well together.

Upon entry, this Cava is clean, spacious, and super fast. There's plenty of parking. When I went, I was the only one to order but the worker who helped me was so speedy. I kept having to ask her to go back so I can get a little more since their scoops are so small. I love Cava and their ingredients are super fresh. Cava is my go-to when I want a quick lunch or something that feels healthy. Just sad since I noticed they're barely generous with their portions.

My partner and I recently heard about this Cava opening on Adams. I've never tried CAVA before since we don't have one in Santa Barbara but I was thoroughly impressed! The recently renovated the space and looks clean. The service was great since it was easily to pick up all of our orders and make any requests if needed. I got the garlicky chicken bowl with all of the free fixings while my partner got another bowl. It was very tasty, paired with their sauces and arugula, and their free side of pita. Overall, a great experience!

The service was pretty good I love their meatballs they weren't the best this time. But I experienced good customer service I did get a replacement bowl with the salmon. I like the harissa chips they're spicy and tangy. The beef steak wasn't as juicy. The salmon looks great. They are ambience e is pretty chill and casual.

Ordered online and went to pick up. Food was ready and we decided to eat in. Everything was so easy.

Chipotle goes Mediterranean. Bowls, wraps, plates. Huge amount of choices should satisfy whatever you're craving. We came here recently and decided to go the "make your own" route. Choose a base (grains, greens, both), choose a main (various meats), choose toppings (they're all good), dips, and a dressing. Excellent. Fresh and portion size is hearty. And the food quality is solid, healthy. They also have preconceived bowls to choose from. Indoor and outdoor seating. Staff is friendly and helpful. I doubt you'll be disappointed.

I came by this new location and picked up 2 bowls. 1/2 chicken and 1/2 steaks. Food 3/5 the rice was not cooked. The steak was a little dried. The chicken was good. Lemonade 5/5 very very good. Service 5/5 they are very helpful and friendly. Indoor and outdoor seating. Plenty of parking in the lot.

This is a brand new location for Cava. I went to check it out because it is my favorite fast food restaurant on the East coast. The locations here on the West coast are hit or miss. I think this location has potential once they work out the training for the staff and they get used to the fast pace. The lines were long when I was there but was happy that the portion sizes were good. They fill your bowl to the top here unlike other locations. Everything tastes just as good as I remembered. You can choose 3 dips out of 6-7 choices, you have a choice of protein (chicken is always fantastic) and the unlimited toppings. I always get all of them as they are all good. The salads taste fresh and crunchy. I don't even need the dressing with all the flavor from everything else. My only complaint is the lentils were very undercooked and thought I was chomping on sand at one point. This is in a busy plaza so it might take some time to find parking. But other than that, the food is just as good as the other locations!

I would like to say this was the best Cava experience i have to date. I've eaten at long beach, la habra, Fullerton (close second). Although tonight's soft opening was comped, I would totally come back for the same experience again as a paid customer Staff were super nice and the GM was going around checking if everything was okay. I belive her name was Devonne, my memory isn't the best. She was welcoming and offered us those harissa chips. I gotta tell you, skip the pita chips and get these instead. The only downside to the experience was the 30 minutes to wait for the beef. (But I just got chicken instead) and the strawberry lemonade was our for refills. Overall, a 5 star first time experience at this location. Terrific food , terrific staff. There's a small patio and parking is in the shared lot with stater brothers. Love they kept the table clean after every patron.

A very refreshing meal!…read more We were the first customers in the door on Mother's Day, so there was no wait and food came out pretty quick. We ordered Feta Fries for an appetizer - they were perfectly seasoned and are a wonderful twist to just plain fries. For an entree I ordered a beef and lamb kabob with rice and potatoes. The kabobs are always good, but I personally am a huge fan of their potatoes - so fluffy and lemony! I finished with Tiramisu! It was the cherry on top to a perfect meal. Their mascarpone was fluffier than I'm used to (in a good way).... maybe they whipped it or something, anyways it was delicious! Our waitress, Izzy, was very attentive and super welcoming. Checked in on us frequently without suffocating us - the perfect amount of attention. Olive Pit has both indoor and outdoor seating - they do allow pets for outdoor seating I believe. It looks like they can probably fit around 50 guest (give or take), so I recommend a reservation.if possible. Ambiance was appropriate for Mediterranean style food. Love it! I'll definitely be coming back, thank you guys for the experience! I'll see yall there soon!

Appetizers are around $16-$18. I didn't get a photo of all of our food, unfortunately, but nonetheless, I enjoy this place. It is always fresh and welcoming. $275 for about 7 people including tip.

I saw SO many amazing Yelp reviews that I had to find out if this little place really lived up to all the hype. And OMG... IT DID!!! We were two adults and two teenage boys, and ordered a medium Hawaiian pizza, the Golden Plate, an eggplant wrap, grilled sea bass, and an extra order of beef shawarma. The garlic dip, hummus, and especially the fresh hot bread were such a pleasant surprise! I normally eat very little carbs, but I ended up eating THREE pieces of bread That alone should tell you how good it was. The Golden Plate was also an amazing value. The actual portion was MUCH bigger than it looked on the menu, and every single kind of meat was incredibly juicy, tender, and flavorful. The meat practically melted in your mouth! The freshly grilled sea bass was absolutely worth the wait. By the time it arrived, we were already SO full, but somehow we still couldn't stop eating it. It was incredibly delicious with such a unique flavor. The boys loved everything, but of course their favorite was still the Hawaiian pizza They actually made me promise that I would give this place FIVE STARS! And I have to mention the service because our experience was wonderful. The young man with glasses and dark hair who took care of us was incredibly friendly, patient, and attentive. He explained the dishes to us, was so patient with the kids, and had the warmest smile and attitude the whole time. He genuinely made us feel so welcome. Even when he packed up our leftovers, he carefully chose different containers depending on the type of food. Such a small detail, but it really showed how thoughtful and attentive he was. I'm actually embarrassed that I didn't ask his name! I guess I was way too busy enjoying all the food And now that I'm writing this review, I have ANOTHER regret -- we forgot to try dessert!!! But I guess that's a good excuse to come back, because now we have even more things to try next time. If you love Mediterranean food, this place is an absolute MUST-TRY. I'm a VERY picky eater when it comes to flavor, and while this may not be a fancy restaurant with beautiful, luxurious decor, the food itself honestly tastes worthy of a Michelin star to me. Highly, highly recommended. We will absolutely be back!

We started with the mussels, served in a light garlic broth with a thick slice of charred, garlic-rubbed bread perched on top and finished with fresh microgreens. The bread alone was worth it, crispy and blistered on the outside, soft in the middle, perfect for soaking up the broth. The French onion soup was rich and deeply savory, with a broiled cheese cap that held together beautifully when you broke through it with your spoon, finished with fresh herbs for a little brightness. For the main, the grilled lamb chop was cooked exactly to temperature, great char on the outside, tender and juicy in the center. It came with a hearty herbed grain salad and a vibrant chimichurri that cut through the richness perfectly. We also had a couple of their cocktails, one with a sugared rim and both really well balanced, not overly sweet like a lot of happy hour drinks tend to be. The atmosphere is warm and intimate, wood tones throughout, low lighting, lively but not overwhelming. For a first visit, this blew my expectations out of the water, and I'm already planning my next trip back for happy hour. Highly recommend.
