Craving Wingstop, so we grabbed it for dinner. The wait was about what I expected, roughly 15 to 20 minutes. It always feels a bit long, but the food makes it worth it. I ordered the 10 piece boneless combo with lemon pepper and garlic Parmesan, plus fries, which are always so good. We dined in and were able to use the soda machine while waiting. I tried Barq's orange crème and it was delicious. The dining area was decent and I liked that they had TVs on, which made it nice to watch some sports while waiting. One downside was that some teenagers were messing around in one of the restrooms, so we ended up not using it. For first timers, you choose your combo or individually, bone-in or boneless, sauce (can do half and half) and inform whether it is for togo or dine in. If togo, recommend downloading the app so that way don't have to wait for your food. Atomic is their spiciest level but enough to tickle your throat if you are spice lover. went for 8-piece bone-in atomic and mango habanero. You can upgrade to Louisiana voodoo loaded fries (basically just melted cheese and ranch) for 80 cents more if you order the combo. Can't complain of the wings since it's fresh and hot and juicy. The loaded fries is tasty but stick with regular fries if you don't want to splurge. I remember back then that the wings were huge. The only complaint is that they give one sauce. One sauce? Today, Giovanny was the guy at the register who would not speak to me until I repeated the greeting. No smile, didn't offer to assist me just stood there looking at me, waiting on me to talk. He had an explanation for everything despite me repeating they don't charge me for a side of seasoning salt on side because lemon pepper seasoning was being put on fries. He wanted to argue about it. Then the fry cook pulls what looked like an overcooked piece of chicken out of the fry basket. She shows the so-called manager and they laugh about it so I tell her I don't want fries from that batch. I would like a fresh batch. She gives me a nasty look and continues to make fries. As I watch her ignore my request, I repeat my request to the cashier Giovanny who tells me "you need to tell her!" WOW! I guess he thought that was customer service. After I tell him his attitude is inappropriate he then goes to tell her what I said. After her approaching me with a nasty attitude and explanation she proceeds to finish what she was doing. At that point, I no longer want the order. Since Giovanny yelled to the back that he was going to the restroom I notified another worker that I don't want the order but a refund. He told this manager and instead of her asking me why I wanted to cancel she explained that someone was going to be upset about the refund yadda yadda yadda. Very nasty piece of work. Of course after finding out it was a cash refund, she stalled me out by working on Giovanny's time card, work hours, made a phone call, etc and never said a word to me. The management choices for this location are so disrespectful I will start visiting the Fountain Valley location. Wingstop! So says the lovely missus. We walk in and the dining area is packed. We will order to go. Yes the menu board has lots of items and combos and lots of sauces and tastes to choose from. Makes it kind of difficult to pick. But, we really got great help from Samantha. She patiently described the differences. We ended up ordering the 15 piece boneless Combo Lemon Pepper and Vegie with both cheese and blue cheese. We get cups and find ourselves helping at the corner of the dining area as we waited for our order. There it is and we take it home in a large brown paper bag. The Mango Habanero has an excellent flavor it's not too spicy, and it's not too sweet, which I like it has a sweet heat to it which I love. The Cajun has an extravagant taste to it and it's perfect on the spice, and the heat, which I enjoy and it has a little zesty flavor to it which makes it even better.
