On the way to visit my dad we stopped by Chick- Fil-A to get my husband breakfast. This store is always very crowded with cars wrapped around the building and several near miss fender benders make the morning trek somewhat hazardous. Today the line was not as bad as usual, 10 cars in line, which isn't bad. He ordered one Egg White Grill for $5.29. The wait today was unusually long as a car three spots of us had a very large order. In the past customers were asked to pull forward or park to the side of the building and an employee will deliver the large order. Today we waited 8 minutes for the large order to be delivered at the drive thru. That wait time is very long for CFA. Hubs Egg White Grill was hot and freshly made. The egg whites were browner than we like. I was very surprised at how salty the breakfast sandwich was. We order these at the Whitesburg restaurant and they are not brown and definitely not salty. CFA is a good restaurant for any meal. We will return. read more

Not going to this CFA anymore. Twice in the last week they got my order wrong. Happened a couple times in the last 3 months too. For a week or two they had no coffee. The errors always short me on quantity of what was ordered and what I paid for. It's not a busy restaurant (why I dropped in) which might be due to getting things screwed up for others. Maybe they get confused missing what I order while asking me a million questions about what I don't want. And maybe they should spend more time getting the order right instead of saying, "My pleasure," a hundred times. Not my pleasure. And web site has no way to send feedback. Not bothering anymore. I found myself at this chick fill a near Mom's memory care because woefully, I missed my rapid order Panera breakfast and lunch combo on the way to work due to parking lot style traffic that prevented me from stopping. Yes your standard car accident that turns your commute into one sheer hour of Combat Commute. I digress. 3 food choices (fast food) by mom's. BK, chic fill a and Wendy's. Went with CFA and they delivered! The staff were friendly and as busy as Santa's elves! They never stopped! Not one slacker in the crew! If they weren't sweeping they were washing windows or taking out trash all with a lovely happy smile! I enjoyed a fast grilled chicken wich w/ mustard, lettuce and tomato (tossed the bun) and a Greek yogurt w/ fruit and granola. All this goodness for 8$-ish and dined in and out in under 10 minutes. Always busy. There are plenty of workers so that they are never understaffed but at almost all times, there is a line. The line, however, moves really fast. Occasionally they might forget something like "no pickles" but it's not often. Employees are also generally showing a bright side even if they're under lots of stress. read more

I would never have wanted to leave this review, but after the total disregard for Huntsville PD's request for their help in trying to solve a case to find the person who stole my over $800.00 IPhone , and the disrespect by Mr Barlock for responding to messages I left with his under managers to call me or contact the detective on the case, I feel it's important that he feels some responsibility for his actions. This incident occurred at the end of June, and as of today, he has never addressed the issue. I never in my life thought I'd leave an average review for CFA, but unfortunately, I am. I've ordered Curbside many times because of what's been forced upon us, so I know the process and clickstream. I arrived just before noon. As I watched everyone get their orders around me, I called the restaurant. I understand from the gentleman he would complete my order and bring to curbside. Nothing. I'm finally able to flag down someone. She was very gracious but essentially tells me it was either my issue or a system glitch. When I determined no order was received and no charge, I left. I did call to speak to the Manager. My expectation is they would realize there was an issue, bring out the handheld order/payment device and complete my order. I came to this chick-fil-a with my boyfriend because he just wanted a milkshake. I opted to get an ice cream cone. The cone was good, but the milkshake took forever to come out. I have been coming there for years mainly through the drive through or app. Countless time they get my order wrong or we get home and the chicken is not cooked enough so it is tough to eat. My most recent visit I did a mobile order for curbside pickup. After waiting 20 minutes when I was the only car in the pickup area I went inside to see what was the matter but they couldn't find my order. So I ordered again and after getting home I see that they changed me for the mobile order as well as my in store order. Through the years this store has been open I must have visited it close to 50 times and have never experienced an issue. Chick-fil-A in general is a well ran company and all of their employees seem to always be on the same page. This is one of the cases where they say if you are great at service no one will mention you but if you are bad at service people will tell everyone they know about how bad you are. Terrible experience and terrible customer service from this Chic Fil A today, June 29, 2021. I ordered a Cobb salad and there was a 1 foot long hair tangled around one of the pieces of chicken. I held it up and the teenage girl at the register saw me dangling the chicken and was embarrassed when I brought the salad back. She passed it to another worker and said there was hair in it and another teenager got a gray shirted manager who simply said, "What do you want to do?" I said I wanted another salad and she said they'd bring it out to me. No "we're sorry" or even an apology for a 1 foot HAIR in my food. It was obvious she could have cared less. When the new salad was brought out, same reaction from the dude. For a company who's employees constantly say it's their pleasure to serve you, they dropped the ball big time. We visit this location on a weekly basis as I travel that way every Thursday. I've never seen another chick fil A start mopping down the floors 45 minutes before closing. The floors are literally covered with water so makes it very difficult to use the restrooms and also to me very dangerous. This is not a one-time event but most times I visit this is going on. In the men's room the urinal has been out for about 3 weeks so far and the past 2 weeks they have been out of lemon for the tea. Last week I noticed the sign outside which should be lighted was out so it was hard to tell that there was even a chick filet a there. I am not use to this kind of visit at a Chick fil A. read more

I went in and there were SO MANY EMPLOYEES! To many to count! My family and I ordered a frozen lemonade, a kids meal, and a chicken sandwich combo. The Employee who took our order was rude, which came as a huge surprise to me, because it's Chick-fil-A? Like there supposed to be nice. She was coughing while making our drinks, ew. I then asked if we could have some sauces and she simply and rudely goes "uh-huh" she looked to be in her mid 50s and I didn't understand what her problem was. I'm not even joking when I say it took a good 5 minutes for her to make 2 drinks. Now we are waiting for our food and we are seated next to cash registers waiting, and waiting, and waiting some more. We were watching these employees working trying to spot our order in there somewhere. As we were looking we noticed how there were so many employees that many of them were just standing or doing simple tasks as a group. There were a group of 3 girls fixing the trays with there papers. The simple task that can be completed by one person is being done by THREE GIRLS? More and more employees were pouring in to start there shift. Despite the odd amount of employees that made no sense to me but what really pushed me to make this review is the one small, but expected thing that the Chick-fil-A chain has made themselves famous for. When I was leaving I stoped to get a refill and of course it was the rude woman out of all the employees there who came to fill my cup. Not in love with the fact that they are not open on Sundays. I eat on Sunday, and I don't think that is an odd habit of mine. Having said that, Chic-fil-a is running away with the fast food market because of two things. First, customer service. I think we all used to take that for granted 15 years or so ago. Every other fast food restaurant I can think of has cashed out on customer service. They treat the customer like a nuisance. Not Chic-fil-a. I appreciate that. If the drive through line is getting long, they deploy folks out there taking orders on ipads. They repeat your order to make sure they got it correct without you having to ask them to. And they always get it correct. This particular Chic-fil-a, just outside gate 3 at Redstone, offered me a free desert because they were out of honey mustard sauce. They didn't make excuses, they apologized and tried to make it right. Unheard of in today's service industry. Whenever I have a manager from the service industry contact me about a negative review, I tell them "go figure out what Chic-fil-a is doing. And then go do that." Oh I almost forgot - they have delicious food. Again, shoulders above every other fast food. Try the spicy chicken sandwich meal. Don't get me started on the sweet tea. If I were the Chic-fil-a management team, I'd keep an eye on your stores in Huntsville. Very fast growing area, I think you have plenty of room for expansion. When folks file back in after lunch at conferences, they complain about a lot of the fast food in this area, either service or the food or both. But not yours. Folks in the office, same thing.
