Lonnnggg wait times at breakfast especially in the drive through but the staff and quality of food at this location is worth coming down (or up) the cape for if you've got that craving. Went there the second week it was opened. About a twenty minute wait or so. Crowd was mostly kids, older folks, unemployed, shoppers before Christmas. I went on my lunch break from work and was picking up for some co- workers. Drive thru was long, but moving, took the gamble and walked inside and the line was near the door. Oh well, committed at that point. They had plenty of staff on from food runners, to cleaners, to cashiers and order takers, everything was running smooth. As in and food of hospitality establishment you have those nasty people you see in front of you and behind you and walk up and complain. This was my first Chick Fil A visit in ten years maybe ? So I was looking forward to it. Placed the order and it took roughly 6 minutes to receive. Grabbed plenty of chic fil a sauce, and other condiments. To the owner, travel to NYC and learn how to be efficient. Also, forcing cars towards drive-thru to exit is a major issue. To patrons, be prepared! Bring your patience and forgiveness. I'm a CFA addict and based upon today, I won't be returning to this location. Parking: Park as far away as you can and walk to avoid traffic congestion. Cars are forced towards the exit so drive-thru and exiting cars merge. Ordering: Download their app, use once parked and pick up food upon arriving from your walk. There are 4-5 order takers and they work alone. They are slipping and sliding to make your beverage after giving you this ridiculous popcorn looking container so "someone will find you" to deliver your food. 17 minutes later I was found. Don't forget to tell them what sauces you want or if you want to up charge to lettuce, tomato and/ or cheese. Recommend paying few cents more for those delicious waffle fries too. They won't ask so remember. Seating: Surprisingly, people were not standing around for tables as I anticipated. There is a communal table at the far end from the registers that I found quiet and a full condiment station is nearby for those items you didn't want to fight the crowd to get at the other one. Yes, only two stands. Food: Receiving my OCD talent from being an employee of CFA in school, I give them 5 stars for food. Grease is fresh, chicken is golden (not hard to screw up unless you aren't waiting for the timer), hot food was hot and cold food was cold. Overall - only 3 due to lack of being efficient. Friendly staff and prompt service. Lack of add ons to a meal is somewhat disappointing. I ordered a #1 chicken sandwich and waffle fries. Sandwich was a medium portioned thick white meat breast with two pickles between a lightly buttery bun... good but unexceptional. Waffle fries were ubderdone but they tasted good paired with the chick-FIL-A sauce which has this peppery/eggy quality to it. A lot of people had a difficult time figuring out the entrance since they had multiple doors that led to mild confusion in the parking lot. Nobody tried converting me to their religion or forced me to swear a blood oath to eat here. Frantic news cycles may have tried convincing me otherwise, but it wasn't the case. Clean, welcoming environment, decent food that tastes fresh. The pictures of cows telling me to consume more poultry didn't seem necessary as if there ever were a war between the two despite being vastly outnumbered I think the cows sheer size would be too much for the chicken to overcome. I mean unless it's germ warfare. Bird flu v mad cow? Who wins that battle... I pray we never need to find out. read more

The Christmas decor was beautiful too The layout of the inside makes it feel more fast casual than fast food which is nice. Awful went there on 08/16/20 had not been to this location for a year and was very surprised how bad it has become. The person taking order in drive thru barely spoke or understood english. I've never been to a Chick-fil-A prior this one coming to Hyannis. I was expecting your typical fast food service place your order wait around the front counter for your food but was pleasantly surprised to find spectacular service and the workers actually bring the food to your table. I've made several visits since its opening and the service is always consistently A+. Half day at school always demands a visit with the kids and a special frozen lemonade treat for me! I come here literally like 5 times a week and I've noticed the portion sizes getting smaller and smaller every time. I always get grilled nugget meals and the container used to be filled to the brim with thick juicy pieces of grilled chic and now they put the smallest possible pieces, filling the container hardly half way. It's also ridiculous to get 2 chic fil a sauces when I ask for extra. Not even 3.....they're now giving you 2 at most. Also the amount of times they've messed up my order (ie: giving me mac&chz when I order fries) and then making me PAY for the fries after is actually astonishing. I didn't order Mac and cheese I don't even want it and now I have to pay for it??? My friends and I will start driving to Plymouth or wareham or wherever the next closest one to cape is. I eat here a lot because I work nearby and the food and service are consistently excellent. This is frankly the only restaurant in Hyannis where I don't fear contracting Hepatitis. The drive through is always insanely long, so I always go inside, where the wait is never longer than you need to decide what you want. The sweet tea is actually supposed to be that sweet. I hear a lot of people say they will never eat there, for an early political reasons, or because they close on Sunday. Mr Cathy, whom I met many years ago, was a very old man, and certainly very set in his beliefs, but the man has been dead a long time, now. The owner of this store is fairly liberal in her beliefs, and not even a Christian, I think. This is the only place in retail now that you get Sunday off. That is a plus in my book. read more

I've been to a few different chick-fil-a and I enjoyed it. This time I went with the whole family. My daughters wanted to go because they're favorite you tubers go there all the time. This time I was a little disappointed with the service. There was a line and only one register open and the girl at the register was overwhelmed. Finally about 10 minutes later more staff showed up to help her and then the line started to move and we got our food pretty quickly after that. My daughters loved the grilled nuggets . I usually like the grilled chicken sandwich but this time my chicken was tough it had a vein right through the middle of it so I did not finish mine. Overall my experience was ok . Ok so I lived in Florida for years and always loved Chick-fil-A, was so excited they opened one in Hyannis! But I have to be honest, this is the worst Chick-fil-A I have ever been to. Not that it's bad, but they have a very high standard to live up to. Problems are as follows: 1. Culture. Chick-fil-A is the anti fast food place, down south it's so good and the workers are genuinely friendly. Up here it's just another fast food place, falling into the same traps as the others, a lot of the workers try to act nice but it isn't genuine. For the most part, not saying every person there is rude, but they all haven't embraced the Chick-fil-A spirit, and that matters. 2. Worst parking lot/ drive through ever created! That is not an exaggeration, the parking lot sucks so bad it severely takes away from the place. Whoever designed the lot needs to be fired, for real. 3. Inconsistent. Sometimes the fries are wicked starchy and almost inedible, fries need to be perfect every time, sorry no excuse. I have received stale bread, and the chicken portion varies, one time you get a nice big juicy piece of chicken, sometimes you get a measly little piece of chicken, it's a crap shoot. My advice have a standard size for chicken breast and the tiny breasts just make nuggets with or throw on salads. Because it's so busy I think they rush the food so sometimes the fries are undercooked and the bun isn't grilled enough. Overall I love Chick-fil-A, great rewards program/app you get free treats. Every business/restaurant should reward loyal customers. Also you can order ahead through the app. Great job there! The various sauces are excellent for fast food, I could drink the avocado lime ranch. Shakes are good. Sweet tea is great. Couple tips, don't waste your money on grilled nuggets, they are tiny little pieces of wet (marinated but wet) chicken, actually kind of gross and terrible value. No standards like hey this is a tiny nugget we will give you an extra one to make up for it, no just be prepared to be disappointed and underwhelmed. The nuggets are really good quality though, blow any other fast food nuggets out the water, because it's actually chicken. The wrap is the biggest rip off going, it's like $7 and it's tiny with almost no chicken in it. I would need to eat 3 to fill me up. Price needs to be dropped to like $4. My advice stick with the basic chicken sandwich, it's usually awesome. Or grab a salad. read more

First time at this chain fast food place today. There were a lot of cars in the lot though my friend said this was a small amount from what he's seen. Upon entry, I felt a warm friendly atmosphere and the service was impecable and fast. One thing i found annoying was the fact the lettering was so small on the menu i couldn't make out what came with what until i was at the register. I have perfect 20/20 vision. Another thing I found amusing was that they give you this upside down traffic cone looking thing to find you when your foods ready. At first I thought there must be some kind of tracker device that finds you inside but no, the employees are sent on a wild goose hunt to find the table the food belongs to. A few different times I saw employees asking random tables that had already eaten, "are you so and so?". They did get to my friend and I about two minutes after we sat down. The only real problems I ran into were when it came to the food. I ordered an 8 piece nugget with sweet and sour sauce, a chick filet, a small waffle fry, and a lemonade for a total of 11 and some change. I thought the chick filet sandwich was juicy, not a fan of the pickles but the sandwich itself was tasty. the waffle fries were very dry (though seemed quite fresh) and had zero salt on them. The portion of fries was very small for just under $2.00. And unfortunately, what I thought what was going to be my favorite part of the meal, the chicken nuggets, turned out to be 8, 1/2 inch cubes of chicken breast with barely any batter and firm as a grape. For the 4 bucks they cost you could make yourself 10x the amount at home, probably better. Thankfully though, the lemonade was spot on and tasted like grandma made it herself. Though a healthy option compared to other fast food, I don't see myself going back in the foreseeable future based on price and taste. read more
