Ever since they've remodeled, I don't know if it's a completely different staff, but they have managed to mess up my order EVERY SINGLE TIME! I come here before work to get some breakfast and my usual is the chicken, egg, cheese bagel combo and my routine is to get my breakfast and drive to work and eat it in my car so to my surprise when I unwrapped my sandwich it was missing a bagel slice and the cheese was all over the wrapper.. Okay not trying to be a hater because I normally love Chick Fil A but its funny how bad this location is. when ordering I asked for a cool wrap and this man literally turned his tablet around and said where's that and had me click it? And then on the launch day of the cherry berry drink they were already out? Also asked for sauce and they never gave it. Lastly there was like 3 cars in the drive through and they spent like 10 minutes standing around talking and then had me pull forward for my food. Consistently horrible experience in the drive-through. Be prepared to wait in your car while cars pass you by to get their food because of lack of attention to what cars arrive first. This is a common theme and happened several times to my family. I have noticed when it's not happening to me, it's happening to another customer creating frustration. They took my order wrong from the beginning, but didn't want to make a big deal about it. I initially wanted 3 different meals. I just moved along and accepted the order as shown on the receipt. However, I got home and Realized that what was in my bag was different to what they charged me for. I was missing my 12 piece chicken nuggets and got 3 fries instead! This is the closest Chick-fil-A to me and prior to the upgraded drive thru, the staff was always on it. Not to say that they aren't friendly because they are but for some reason they ALWAYS mess up my order. Every time I come I have to make sure that I have everything I ordered or that they add the sauces I requested. It's a little annoying because if I specifically ask for it or place it in the online order, it's clearly listed on there. read more

Finally it opened! Went there to get dinner. Ordered my food at the drive thru. They messed up the order so they had to get another worker. They took over and took my order. Pulled up to the window, gave my order but forgot the fries so I had to wait for fries. Got home to find out my salad was wrong. What even. Not a single redeeming quality at this location. I noticed chick-fil-a in general has gone downhill but boy, this location takes the cake to worst value of any fast food restaurant. We came on a holiday afternoon and it was packed (to be expected) but I guess the manager didn't get the memo and seemed overtly stressed trying to manage everyone. I feel for that and it's unfortunate situation but it's not super professional. In addition, the cashier rung us up incorrectly and by the time we got out to the car to eat, we would have needed to tack on 15-20 mins to get the order corrected. Besides service - food is straight up not good. Chicken sandwich looks like airplane food and the "fresh" market salad tastes like a clearance bag of romaine. Just bummed, I'd steer clear. read more

I was here with my grandson, and we met one of the most disrespectful employees I've ever met. I believe her name was Layla. she was talking back to my grandson. she was rude and she was also try to charge me extra for my order. then my grandson was there with his friends, and they were scared to go up to her because she was not being welcoming as the other employees were and she kept on trying to get them kicked out. Update: once again annoyed with my order. The kid who took our order, who I believe was the same as the last time we had an issue, specifically put in our order WRONG. In addition to our other meal He charged us separately for a drink, a sandwich, and a fry, when we had specially asked for NO extra fry. Only the drink and the sandwich. He once again did not read back out order to us and so we didn't know it was wrong until we paid for it. Ordering those 3 menu items separately instead of a meal overall made it more expensive, not to mention we didn't want to extra fries in the first place. But the fact we were charged extra was the most annoying part. Especially since we said multiple times to the kid that we did not want another fry. Much like last time it seems he maliciously our our order in wrong. I hope to find out this kids name next time. Disappointed with this location my last few visits. I was just there and the guy taking our order was clearly not listening and got 4 things WRONG on our order. We didn't know until we got up to pay, because the kid just walked away instead of reading us our order back to confirm and telling us our total. Then when we got our food it was clear he didn't even pay attention to what we had said... both the sandwiches we ordered were incorrect cheeses/toppings as well as the fries and the drinks. All WRONG. Chad is one hardworking dude. I'm saying that because I just spent 3 hours at this location and he cleaned up 3 messes for me. Toddlers are fun. :) The line to order moves very quickly but they never rush as I have 2 hard -to-rustle toddlers. Check in for points with their app to get freebies. Because I didn't have any free hands, the person behind the counter offered to walk to my table with my drinks. This is where we encounter Chad the 1st time. He was sent to my table by the counter person to wipe it down. Awesome personality and quick service. My food comes along, the best bang for your buck is the children's nugget meal, ask for a soda (refillable) instead of the boxed drink. I was there to let the kids burn energy out in a safe(ish) place. The winds and fires were keeping me from the park. They give me 2 water cups with straws and my daughter promptly squeezes it and spills it everywhere. 2nd Chad encounter; he mops up the water cheerfully and leaves a caution sign next to our table (smart). I take advantage of the Purell wipes to decontaminate the littles and they both promptly refuse the food and knock it off the counter. Chad promptly appears to refill my drink, cleans up the mess, and hands me by to go bag with a smile. Thanks for making a momma's day a little easier, Chad and Chikafila. Swing by this Chick-fill-A at Jamboree with my wife and 5 year old son. I'm a big fan of Chick-fil-A and every meal choice they offer so tasty. I'm not a big fan of chicken, but Chick-fil-A some reasons taste so good compared to other fast food chains. I had Spicy Chicken sandwich with Mayo on it. My 5 year old son enjoys his grilled chicken nuggets while my wife enjoys chicken noodle soup. Customer service is always excellent and no hesitate to give 5 starts! read more

For fast food, the chicken is pretty good and the service is more than what you'd expect, with them coming to you asking for refills and providing you with additional condiments. Not much else to say though, it's pretty much another run of the mill Chick-fil-A. I do quite like the lemonade here though for some reason. Too many mistakes from this location. Last time, I ordered a salad and they forgot to include... dressing! It may not sound like a big deal, but it was basically eating dry, raw vegetables--not appetizing at all. :( Today, I ordered a chick-fil-a sandwich with extra pickles, and guess what was missing... yup, pickles. Again, dry ass bread with chicken. Ugh. Another thing is the two-line drive-thru seems highly unfair. I arrived around the same time as this Fiat, but by the time the two lanes re-merged into one, it was like 4-5 cars ahead of me. Don't know how they manage their drive thru ordering system, but it's not as streamlined as it should be. My kids and I love chick-fil-a and eat it at least once every couple of weeks, but from now on, I will be going to the Woodbury location. read more

It had been awhile since coming to this location, I usually go to the District location. But lately remembered this location and started coming here since it's a bit closer to home. I always order via app and pick up via drive thru. Both times I have done that at this location an item was missing from my order. First time was chips, 2nd time was fries from a MEAL that was ordered. I did file a complaint via app since that is where I ordered from. It would be better if they would just give extra rewards points or a code for some discount or free item, instead I got a call/voicemail 2 wks later from the stores manager. I am not taking to someone about missing chips. Just fix the problem because from reading other reviews...this location has a problem in more than one place. read more

My typical CFA experience is usually great - organized, order correct, food good and fresh. This time I was greeted with poor service at the drive through. The young man who approached my car assumed I knew what I wanted, but this time I wanted to see the menu and there were no menus to be found. He finally found one and I placed my order and had my phone app open to scan for rewards, but I was hustled along and didn't scan my barcode but then I remembered I could manually apply to get my points from my receipt. Got my food and turned to the server to ask if the sticker was my receipt because I saw no receipt in the bag, she replied "yes". And now I see that is inaccurate. Terrible service today!
