I love Chick-fil-A and the food is great, but the service I experienced here was so unprofessional. First of all, I pull up to the drive thru at 10:00pm, so I understand that it's the end of the night and the workers are probably tired and ready to go home. However the service I received was so uncalled for. There was an employee named David, and another employee who didn't have a name tag (?) who took our order. They were waiting at the drive thru sign when we pulled up, and there were no other cars. We asked David to see a menu, because we weren't sure what we wanted to order yet and wanted to see all of our options (which is a normal thing to do I thought?), and since they were waiting at the drive thru sign, we weren't able to see the drive thru menu. We figured it was probably difficult for the employee to pull out a menu, so we suggested just ordering at the light up drive thru menu so we could see our options and have some time to order. David tried to find a picture of the menu on his ipad thing, and when he couldn't, he asked us "Have you guys not been here before?". We gave him the option of us just pulling up to the drive thru intercom, but he insisted on finding a menu on his ipad or us just automatically knowing what we wanted. He reluctantly followed us to the drive thru intercom area so we could look at the menu. I ordered a kids meal and asked if I could just not have a drink because I didn't want one and I didn't want to waste a cup/drink, but he told me "it comes with the kids meal anyway so" and wouldn't give up until I told him a drink. I just agreed and threw the drink in the trash right after. Then the other employee who wasn't wearing a name tag, received our payment and didn't say a nice ending greeting, he just walked away? Not the usual service I receive from Chick-fil-A or expect from such an establishment, no matter the time of day. This is my very first visit to Chick-fil-a and I am very DISAPPOINTED. I used the drive through to order a chicken sandwich & nugget meal. When I arrived home, South MV (20-30 min drive), I was taken aback that I didn't get my sandwich, instead there were nuggets and chicken TENDERS . I immediately called this store and an employee named NADIA answered. I asked to speak with a manager,...she said she can help. I explained the situation. She didn't apologize but just said she can put me in their "system" since she has my Order Number Information and I can return to get my sandwich but I need to use it within 2 weeks. Say...WHAT? I'm seldom in that area and it's a drive for a dumb sandwich. She wouldn't credit my card for the sandwich either. The good: food is good, lived up to expectation. The bad: the one time we decided to dine in tonight! We Ordered 3 meals. We sat and waited for a total of 22 minutes. The guy that delivers the food to the tables said twice that "it's coming out" --once after 10 minutes then after 15 minutes. terrible location I do bot recommend this place. stopped by here on 11/14/22 I ordered 2 meals 8 nugget meal and Spivey deluxe meal. I asked for the fries fresh and they weren't asked for not pickles came with pickles and on a wheat bun that came out ripped. I received a 6 count instead of an 8. I called the next day in the morning and was told the person Dulce who handles this would be in later and I'd receive a call but she never called me I called later that day and they said she only in in the mornings so I call the next day they said she'll call me. She calls me with an attitude and says "whatsup they said you requested to speak to me" as if she wasn't aware of the issue with a rude tone I said "yes did your co workers tell you about the order" she tells me "they said you checked the food before you left so it couldn't have been wrong" i told her how are you going to tell me if you weren't there and if it was wrong and I Checked why wouldn't I tell you guys then. She refuses to remake the order and tries to rush me off the phone and says "we're just gonna agree to to disagree so you can call corporate or do whatever you want to do I don't care" I ask for corporate number and she refuses to give it to me and lied to me saying I have to type is letters on my phone then while Im on the phone with her I google the number and I repeat it back to her and she says "yeah that's the number" and I asked her why did you say you didn't have it and that I have to type in letters she was spechless and had nothing to say and became more rude and aggressive and ended up handing the phone to a girl named stefanie I told Stephanie who was rude as well that I was speaking with Dulce and it's rude and unprofessional for her to get off the phone with a customer like that instead they both put me on speaker and starting speaking over me rushing me off the phone and saying things like "ok it's that it are you done now have a good day bye bye now bye" and hung up on me. Dulce is very rude and disrespectful and should not be working for chik fil a she does not meet the standards and if beyond unprofessional. Stephanie was also very rude and disrespectfu. both of these workers behaved in an unacceptable manner where they felt it was ok to be rude and disrespectful to there customers. The kid who came up to our car was like "alright what do you want" and I'm absolutely no where near the board. We had placed an app order and had to wait a few minutes in the very busy store for it to be ready. When I got home, I discovered that they had given us an 8 piece nugget and a 6 piece nugget, when we had ordered a 10 & 12 piece nugget meal. I called the store and the manager offered to run it out to my car, but I explained that I was already home. He told me that he was leaving the store to run some errands and that he would bring the food to my house. I couldn't believe it! A few minutes later, he pulled up to my house and brought me a new 12 pack of nuggets and some cards for complimentary food to use at another time. I've had it with this Chick-fil-A. I had so many bad experiences...too many to count. The drive thru is a nightmare before the construction and even after the renovation- both for the SAME reason. It's not first come, first serve. It's based on pure luck. Their 2 lane system is a sh*t show. I can understand one or 2 cars that come after you in another lane going first...but more than that, it's inexcusable. We normally have the best experience at Chick Fil A but for some reason every single time we come to this one we don't. The staff are really unprofessional and goof off with each other all the time. They might say the words "my pleasure" but they mumble it and rush every order. Today we had a couple of issues with our order, and the staff were still the same. Rushed, rude, unprofessional. Our drink came dirty on the cup and we saw the employee look at it and get a new cup and pour the same drink into the new cup! If it was dirty it's dirty and could be on the inside as well! What are they thinking? We see the same staff always fooling around in the parking lot as they take orders for the drive thru and I get it they are probably just out of high school but today even the inside staff in the window were exactly the same, laughing and joking while ignoring us customers who have missing items from our order and dirty drinks. Even our shake looked like it had been sitting for a while it was melted down the cup. We definitely won't be back to this location, it just been too many times of bad experiences. This may seem strange but I've always avoided Chick-fil-A due to a peanut allergy; after learning that they fried all of their chicken in peanut oil, I was beyond worried that eating one of their sandwiches would cause my throat to close up in agony. After hearing from a friend that their peanut oil does not include the protein that usually causes an allergic reaction, I decided to load up on my meds and give one of their classic sandwiches a try. After trying their classic sandwich I definitely understood people's obsession with this place. The chicken was juicy and pretty flavorful! As a veggie lover I was a little sad that the sandwich didn't include vegetables like a normal burger would but I definitely left feeling full and content. More so than their chicken, I'm a HUGE fan of their Chick-fil-a sauce!! I've never been much of a sauce girl but I can put this sauce on ANYTHING and will finish every last drop. It has a honey mustard-y taste to it that tastes absolutely phenomenal on their waffle fries. Though I might not come back often for their sandwiches I'll definitely be back for their waffle fries as sauce. Breakfast: If you serve breakfast one thing that needs to be right everyday is the coffee. Unfortunately, this location has an issue with brewing decaf coffee. Often there is a wait for them to brew it. I've waited for them to brew it. After, ordering it and waiting over 5 minutes to get to the window only to find out the coffee was not ready. So I still had to wait about 10 minutes for it. I asked for a refund instead. This morning I was informed that they aren't brewing decaf. So I get a regular coffee that is so hot I can't drink it. Chick-fil-A has always been consistent with their wonderful food and service. This place is no exception. Everyone is so friendly! The Chick-fil-A sauce is like crack! Tip: download the app so you can collect points for rewards! On my last visit I got a free order of fries. This location has a small little play area for kids which my daughter enjoyed. I always enjoy the spicy chicken meal. Their shakes are amazing as well, try the Oreo shake and you won't be disappointed! I wanted to get a tray of the chicken biscuits for a work potluck one morning but it wouldn't let me pick up the tray in time for me to make it work on time. I called the store explained what happened and they were able to make it for me within 20 mins. Terrible customer service. Working in EMS, I've been to a bunch of Chick Fil As in OC and LA. This is the worst one I've ever been to. Literally waiting for 15 minutes at the drive thru window for 2 spicy chicken sandwiches. And this happened more than once. I go at a decently busy time (10:00pm) so I decided to order to-go through the app. Nope. Staff will ignore you. I have to flag staff down to help the people who are waiting to be helped. A different time, a girl walked up between me and the window while waiting for food because she had her phone out when taking orders and accidentally paid for it (wow!). Very fast service, during the Covid lockdown they have really stepped up their game here. They process orders so quickly and are very organized. I don't know why they don't give more than one packet of granola with the parfaits. I order them all the time and always ask for extra granola and if I ask for 5 I get 2 total. If I order 2 parfaits and ask for extra I get 2 packets total. 1 packet for each parfait is not extra. Today I was extra disappointed that not only did they put extra granola on the receipt and not give it to me but they only gave me one spoon for two yogurts. When it's my turn, she didn't know how to apply the reward program. She asked the manager, Jackie, for assistance. Jackie took her time to come to help. I thought everything went through correctly even though Jackie was very unfriendly. When I was waiting for my order, I saw my receipt and realized I didn't get the discount from the reward program. Horrible customer service. I ordered a bunch of items for bfast including yogurt parfait for my kid using my mobile app. I pick it up and come home to find they forgot the granola for the parfait - so basically it's just plain yogurt for $5.00. I called the store to see if I could at least get a store credit for my next visit bc my kid was starving and it wasn't worth driving all the way back to pick up the granola. This has happened with other orders from this location where they forget a sandwich and they usually just give me a credit if I can't drive back the same day. Both the manager and director on duty today (11/25/22) did nothing about it, didn't apologize and said if I want granola I have to drive all the way back and pick it up. Not even an apology from either of these two. I started to get in the car to go pick up the granola but in the end I refused to waste my time and gas yet again on this store. Someone needs to double check their togo orders and improve the costumer service skills of the director and the manager. Or don't call it a parfait just call it plain yogurt on the menu.
