Terrible customer service. Working in EMS, I've been to a bunch of Chick Fil As in OC and LA. This is the worst one I've ever been to. Literally waiting for 15 minutes at the drive thru window for 2 spicy chicken sandwiches. And this happened more than once. I go at a decently busy time (10:00pm) so I decided to order to-go through the app. Nope. Staff will ignore you. I have to flag staff down to help the people who are waiting to be helped. Thank goodness they changed the pick-up so that you don't have to talk to anyone there. They are rude and poorly mannered. One guy bumped into me and looked at me confused when I said "excuse me?" A different time, a girl walked up between me and the window while waiting for food because she had her phone out when taking orders and accidentally paid for it (wow!). This is the nearest Chick Fil A so I usually go here. If I ever get the chance, I go somewhere else where they actually act like the Chick Fil A you see on TV. read more

I ordered from DoorDash tonight, it was a spicy chicken sandwich, a large fry and a large drink. They gave me about 1/4 of a large fry portion. I could literally count the fries I got on my fingers. The war in Iraq was a disgrace to our ideals as a country and tens of thousands of dead and injured later, not to mention the fascist reactions to whoever disagreed with the conflict, I'm at a loss to say what was really gained from that horrific expense of treasure and life. But I digress). They do get two stars though because the service is always great and the soda tastes the best here of any major chain. But I am in the minority for sure about this chain because it was very busy even at 1:30 on a Tuesday during Thanksgiving week. I guess a lot of fowl is being consumed this week. My buddy and I Went to Chick-fil-A for lunch today, as a typical thing on a weekly basis, it's cheat today + holiday decided to go all out! Ordered Two spicy deluxe chicken sandwich Two spicy chicken sandwich + extra pickle 30 piece grilled chicken nugget. Got Two spicy deluxe chicken sandwich Two regular chicken sandwich no extra pickle 12 piece grilled chicken nugget 30 piece regular chicken nugget Paid $45.38 at this point I realize that more than half of my order is wrong..... went back and spoke to the representative that took my order, he came back to explain that, we don't carry 30 piece grilled chicken nugget, I pointed to the menu it's on the third line of number six, his explanation is " it's just there but we don't serve it"..... what? He comes back in three minutes and says I can take the 30 nugget back and bring a 30grilled, I told him I opened it I touched it, are you going to throw it away? You can count on this place for having the best chicken in the town but what makes it the greatest is the customer service. all the staff here are sup awesome and very nice. they pride in the work and with the high volume of customers coming in, the customer service is always the same, I wish other places trained there employees like they do. Went here for the first time the other day and I surprisingly like the food. It's not too pricey and they have kids meals that can satisfy a small hunger and they have large combos to feed the inner obese in all of us. I love the "cow" marketing campaign going on right now... they basically use cows to publicize their food to make it a joke that cows love their restaurant because it promotes the consumption of chickens. My only problem with this is that they spell everything wrong... saying that cows are dumb? But also confusing little kids to think its spelled "CHIKIN." I got the chicken strips kids meal and I love the fact that they have ALL their dipping sauces out in the open so you can grab as many as you want and not pay $.27 like you do at McDonald's. read more

Chick-fil-a is a somewhat elusive fast food for me being grown in norcal and not having any near me in SD but when I do see one, I don't mind going a little out of my way. This location is clean and new. They have a great staff and the first time I went here, they had a cow going around to pose with the kids. Spicy chix Sammich is a must. Free wifi at the Tustin location :) sweet!!! Chix nuggets are still the best out if all fast food joints. Get it!!! Their waffle fries are good and would be excellent if they would give them a dash of salt or two before serving as I always find myself reaching for the shaker with these bad boys but try them none the less.. No only I wasn't greeted, the staff in training let the other person cut in front of me because they were friends and took his order first. When it's my turn, she didn't know how to apply the reward program. She asked the manager, Jackie, for assistance. Jackie took her time to come to help. I thought everything went through correctly even though Jackie was very unfriendly. When I was waiting for my order, I saw my receipt and realized I didn't get the discount from the reward program. They are always giving out free stuff: chicken sandwiches, lemonade, and today...a free mini cow stuffed toy! Chick-fil-A on Jamboree, I freaking love you. I have stopped here on at least three occasions in the past few months on my way home from Disneyland. It's kind of becoming a routine because the chicken (especially at this location!) is just so dang tasty. Sandwiches are always hot and made to order. I'm a creature of habit and always order the same thing: spicy chicken sandwich - well done. It's extra crunchy.. to die for. After spending $15 per person, per meal all day at the Happiest Place On Earth, I'm happy to spend $5 on an amazing sandwich. I finally tried their sandwich when someone brought takeout from this location. It was the saddest looking sandwich (see photo) with no more than a cheap floppy bun and a sort of hard chicken patty. It doesn't have that nice thick skin like KFC and it's not nicely grilled like El Pollo loco. I don't know why people think so highly of this place, I'm very disappointed. read more

By Far the worst Chik-fil-a i have ever been to. Corporate needs to come in here and take a serious look at the staff but especially management. As this is the closest to home, we've gone here 6 or 7 times and each of time they have gotten the order incorrect. One of the times they had given us the wrong food which caused a severe allergic reaction and a trip to the ER. Instead of an apology, we got a "what do you want us to do" and a report taken down in case we decided to sue so corporate could reach out, which we never got. One of the managers in particular has poorly kept standards of personal appearance, hygiene, and cleanliness which was a consistent appearance each visit...at least it was consistent i guess Staff prefers to joke around with each other and chat instead of helping people waiting also. Horrible customer service. I ordered a bunch of items for bfast including yogurt parfait for my kid using my mobile app. I pick it up and come home to find they forgot the granola for the parfait - so basically it's just plain yogurt for $5.00. I called the store to see if I could at least get a store credit for my next visit bc my kid was starving and it wasn't worth driving all the way back to pick up the granola. This has happened with other orders from this location where they forget a sandwich and they usually just give me a credit if I can't drive back the same day. Both the manager and director on duty today (11/25/22) did nothing about it, didn't apologize and said if I want granola I have to drive all the way back and pick it up. Not even an apology from either of these two. I started to get in the car to go pick up the granola but in the end I refused to waste my time and gas yet again on this store. Someone needs to double check their togo orders and improve the costumer service skills of the director and the manager. Or don't call it a parfait just call it plain yogurt on the menu. I should have read the reviews before going to this location. Drive thru staff didn't want to work but rather socialize with each other. Took 20 mins for one salad, 6 pieces nuggets and a chicken club. All the while the boy in the vest had his back turned. Had to ask our name twice because he got distracted in other people's conversations. Had to ask if we got our drinks even though he never once faced or served us. However I learned that they're using duo lingo to brush up on language skills, that everyone should thank the boy in the vest for them making $15.50 an hour and everyone should check their paychecks, and lastly they all gave each other hugs because they missed each other... it was like a scene in high school. read more

Yum, yum, I love the chicken sandwiches here. I jokingly told my husband that they put crack in their recipe since the chicken is so flavorful and tasty. I looked it up and apparently there's TONs of additives in all of their chicken except the grilled. Too good to be true :( However, I still still eat this a few months a month and try to eat more of the grilled chicken. Love their waffle fries since they're filling without being overly greasy. Terrible location! Do yourself a favor and drive to The location in orange across the street from Villa Ford. This location in the marketplace at TUSTIN has screwed up my orders multiple times and I just sat in the drive-through for almost 30 minutes just for a large iced tea because they work so slowly. When I got to the window to get my drink they had to look for it and didn't even have it ready. When thisLocation first open they had excellent customer service but over the last several years it has declined drastically. Typically, I do not review chain restaurants or fast food joints. I want to specifically review this particular Chick-Fil-A because I've received the best customer service from the employee staff working here. I've come here so many times that their employees are easily recognizable. The reasons why I want to rave how well their customer service is here are the following: 1) I forgotten to print a coupon for a free breakfast sandwich. One of the staff gave me their store email and he printed out the coupon reservation for the free breakfast sandwich. 2) I had misplaced my wallet while going through the drive-thru. The manager gave me a free pass and gave me my food order. He entrusted me to let me pay the next time I go there. With the amount of trust he placed on me, I did return and paid for my meal later. 3) While dining in, their staff on most occasions will come up to your table and offer to get refills for my drink. As for the food, you already know what to expect and never comes short of the expectations. The only CON I have particularly is their recent change on how their sauces is provided per request fro behind their counter rather than openly placed on the counter behind the line. I've always enjoyed my meals here and I've made a point to be a regular here at least once a week or bi-weekly. read more

WOw! Great first time experience! I've been wanting to try chick-fil-a for a while now and finally got to try it yesterday when picking my sister up from UCI. This place has great service for a fast food place. It seems so upscale, they bring you the food and also refill drinks for you. You are greeted with a smile once you walk in. The place is clean. The restroom are very clean! Food is simple. They have regular chicken sandwich, spicy chicken sandwich, chicken strips, grill chicken and salads. The regular sandwiches only comes with the chicken patty and pickles. They have deluxe where its upgraded to lettuce and tomato. So we ordered the regular chicken sandwich & deluxe one, spicy chicken sandwich and chicken strips between my sister, cousin, BF and I. Had 2 combos with the drink. The sandwiches are very tasty! chicken was crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. Pretty amazed that the chicken breast is not dry. Chicken strips was very good too. You can choose different dipping sauces and comes in these cute small containers. We didn't finish the sauces so I took some home! Love their ketchup packages also. read more

Really can't go wrong with Chick-fil-A!!! I just wanted to make a statement on how AMAZING their service was. Went today for "receipt day" during lunch (1 PM) and it was PACKED! The line was at the door when you walk inside and the drive thru was pretty long as well... My group of coworkers and I stood in line, ordered, and got our food within like 5-10 minutes. WTH?! HOW?! And all the workers there were so sweet! We were welcomed by one outside who was taking out the trash. I feel at home people! The waffle fries were so crisp right when we got our order. Dipped them into the amazing ketchup packets (why doesn't every restaurant have this style of ketchup packets?!) and gobbled them right up! The chicken was well done and well seasoned... I don't know how else to describe chicken nuggets. That polynesian sauce sure does wonders though! My cookies and cream had the right amount of oreos. Every slurp had a bit of center of oreo and i can actually chew on the cookie! I went the the drive through on a Friday night, Around 7:30, Alexis who was taking my order had a nasty attitude. No greeting whatsoever. I am severely disappointed In this Chic Fil A. I have been coming to chic fil a for years and one aspect I've always loved was the amazing customer service. The past three times times I visited the Tustin Marketplace location, the workers have treated me less than. Whenever I order, they give me short and jarring answers. Whatever happened to "My Pleasure"? On top of that, tonight I had ordered a couple of sandwiches and none of the cheese was melted. Tonight was my first time at this location and I had the worst experience here. At the drive thru as we ordered, the guy who was taking it repeated everything correct, an order of chicken nuggets, a deluxe sandwich and 3 piece chicken strips. As we are getting our meal, the gentlemen at the window started off nice but was rude when hand us our drinks. We weren't taking long so I don't know why he had a sudden change of his voice. As we left, I will admit we didn't check our food right away, but half way home I did and noticed they didn't put the chicken strips in the bag. I then checked the receipt and the guy who took our order NEVER put it in the order but yet repeated it!
