I visited today and ordered only mac & cheese and fries, making it clear I did not want the chicken strips. Despite this, the cashier kept charging/adding the chicken strips to my order. The cashier was polite, but she appeared unsure about the menu and didn't seem properly trained on the new item. It turned a simple order into a frustrating, time-consuming experience. I hope management provides better training or clearer prompts at the register so future customers don't have the same issue.

Cleaning staff needs to be better trained and more diligent. We waited for a while to get someone to clean the table. He did a very sloppy wipe down and the table and seats still have dirty stuff on them. We also noticed that he didn't clean the other tables that were empty and dirty after he cleaned ours. Breakfast food was still good but they ran out of honey again which is what we like to put on our breakfast sandwich. Overall, it's still an excellent option for chicken sandwich.

Clean, clean, and I mean Clean. That is what I like. The employees take pride in working at this location. They place flowers on the tables, will come around and clean up your used items, or they will refill your drinks for you. The service is better than a lot of restaurants in the area. They upgraded the take out drive through. This is a showcase location for Chick-fil-A. The bathroom are too small for how many people go to this restaurant. The high school kids who frequent the place can get too rowdy for some of who like it quiet, however, this is a great place for lunch.

Cookies & Cream Milkshake

Got a milkshake kids in the store were just messing around laughing not making a single small milkshake. Made me wait over 20 min for one shake. 1 star because shake was good though.

Given ice cream before the meals were ready. Every time I go my expectation becomes lower and lower.

15 minute wait at the window for a single sandwich and didn't say my pleasure or smile. Feels like this chic-fil a could be better organized

Pacific Catch did not disappoint!…read more We landed one of the coveted outdoor dining tables for lunch, and the whole afternoon had the perfect Aloha Friday vibe. We started with a pitcher of Mai Tais, which were definitely a little boozy in the best way -- and somehow lasted the entire length of our casual two-hour lunch. Our server, Erin, was extraordinary. Friendly, attentive, and made the whole experience feel easy and relaxed. My table guest and I split everything, which was the perfect call. The guaca-poke was so yummy and a great start. Then we shared the two-taco platter with sea bass and steak, plus a side house salad. Full flavor, fresh, and the perfect size to split without feeling too heavy. And because we clearly make excellent lunch decisions, we finished with a one of a kind dulce leche spring roll . Worth it. Will I come back? Yup. Pacific Catch continues to be a solid go-to.

Totally agree with Gene H's review on the recent menu changes. I am a regular here and called it my…read morehappy place, but the recent menu changes have me looking for another happy place. Like Gene, the serrano ahi poke bowl with wontons was the "go to" for every visit. Another fan favorite was the guac-poke with wontons. Well, wontons were removed from the menu altogether, and the serving size of the ahi is half of what it used to be. Not sure if this was a local decision or corporate decision, but it was a bad one! Second faux pas on the new menu is the removal of black beans with the taco plate. Now your options are fries or a salad. Who orders fries or salad with tacos? Black beans are so cheap. Even if you charge $1 for them, you're making money. Doesn't make sense to remove them. Oh, and the 3 taco plate is no longer an option. You can only get 2 tacos now. Third questionable decision ... eliminating the miso salad. The bartender told me that the house salad on the menu is the same as the miso salad. They mean the same thing. When the runner delivered what I thought was the miso salad, it looked different. So I asked her if this was the miso salad. She said no, that is no longer on the menu. So .... ya. Another big change for me was the removal of my favorite wine, the chenin blanc. The other whites are subpar IMO and not worth the drive over there ... especially with all these really poor menu changes. So now you know why I'm looking for a new happy place. If you know of any open air, fresh fish places, please DM me. Thanks! P.S. I went back and forth between giving 2 stars and 3 stars. The employees here are really exceptional. And I didn't think it was fair to give the whole restaurant 2 stars because their culinary executive is absolutely clueless.

Overall, food was presented beautifully and was cooled well & flavorful! The service wasn't terrible but also not the best. When i first arrived i wasn't sure id be seated or if there was a different process. An employee clearly saw me standing at the register a bit confused but didnt offer any help until i had to ask how it works there. You have to order at the counter first and then grab a table. Unfortunately there isn't a lot of seating indoors and the last table available was snatched by a group of people who hadn't ordered food yet. There is plenty of outdoor seating but can definitely get hot. Overall, I had a decent experience and would consider coming back!

came here recently and wow... that sourdough is no joke…read more we ordered to-go and sam said the guy helping him (maybe the owner or manager?) was super friendly and genuinely delightful. that already made the experience feel good before we even took a bite. we tried the french dip and the garlic turkey pesto. let me just say -- the TEXTURE of the sourdough??? chef's kiss. crusty on the outside, perfectly chewy inside, exactly how good sourdough should be. it honestly makes other sourdough spots taste a little mediocre in comparison. the french dip was my favorite. the au jus wasn't overly salty (which I appreciate), and everything just felt balanced and well executed. sam loved the garlic turkey pesto -- the mustard threw us off at first, but the more we ate it, the more it all came together in a really nice way. only con is the price. it's definitely on the higher end for sandwiches, which is the main reason I wouldn't order it super regularly. that said, you can tell the bread is baked in-house and super fresh, so I can't be too mad about it. overall, really happy we tried this spot and would absolutely come back when we're craving legit sourdough.
