They legit mess up every. single. order. without fail. I've messaged corporate and spoken to the manager, but nothing ever seems to change. I keep thinking I'll go to another location, but then think at some point they might get it right. Sadly, this has yet to happen. I at least know to not pull away from the window without checking, but when I ask for the corrections to be made, they act very put out. Today, I asked for the correction and the person at the window offered me something different ...ummmm...no....I just want what I originally ordered please. I really love this place. It has good customer service and good food. But the reason i didnt give it a four star was because one time i went there, there was one lady that did the order for us but didnt even do anything right. We ordered 2 large waffle french fries but she did just one fries. Then we said it WASNT togo and the next i saw was that she put all the food in a togo bag. I've been going here since I was 9. Now ten years later I drive on over here when I'm in the chicken mood. So why I'm writing this review is because a few days ago I was having the worst day, just an absolute bad day. I went through the drive thru at chick fil a for a quick lunch. They wouldn't give me my total and I was like ????? I pull up to the window with my puffy, freshly cried out eyes and I was the 100th customer or something so my meal was free. I want the staff and management to know that this made my day. Just a little bit of kindness can really cure anything, even if it's just a free meal! Not much to say about their food. There is a reason Chick-fil-A is always busy. However, the service here is awful, and I do not think the franchise intends to do anything about it. My order is always incorrect or missing items, and I am not even ordering anything complicated! Management never apologizes for their mistakes - they just seem irritated that they have to fix it. in the area and actually hungry for chicken. thank goodness for groupon. i wasn't that hungry, but since i had to get 2 complete meals i opted for a regular chicken sandwich deluxe and a spicy chicken sandwich deluxe, and ended up paying an extra $1 or so. first thing's first... i have to address those waffle fries. they suck. seriously. you get them warm and soggy, and it's downhill from there. people who order fries don't care how healthy they are, they just want hot, crispy, and seasoned fries. use a different oil or cook 'em a little longer and i can almost guarantee people may be more tolerant of the premium prices. they don't overdo the sandwiches so the flavor and texture of the chicken stand out. the soft white buns, fresh lettuce, tomato, and pickles were the perfect costars to the hot, juicy, and flavorful chicken patties. funny thing is, i really like their new ketchup packets. they're these big suckers that supposedly equal to 3 of the normal packets. they allow for dipping or squeezing and i was simply enamored by them. :-) the service was fast and friendly, and the place was spotless. overall the food was good, just overpriced. if they can fix the fries, i'd be back in a heartbeat. otherwise i'm patient enough to wait for a groupon type deal or try this place's saturday nite BOGO deal... whatever that is. read more

4 star only because they sometimes forget my second order of fries when i order through drive-thru otherwise i looovvvee chick-fil-a! chick fil a sauce is like crack and even their bbq sauce tastes better than average i'm a huge fan of their cobb salad (mainly because of the fried chicken), chicken nuggets, chicken sandwich, and waffle fries! I usually get the salad with light italian dressing and those sundried bell pepper crisp things that really step up your salad game. The new waiting line in this store is so confusing. I followed the sign and was waiting for a few minutes without being serviced. Then another customer came in and was immediately served. I told the cashier I was waiting first and he yelled and said rudely that, " I would have to have you wait in line!!" What is that? Sometimes they mess up for drive thru, but overall if you eat inside the employees have fantastic customer service and go the extra mile. I really like this Chick-Fil-A. It's really clean and service is good and after you finish your meal, they have these mint candies that you can grab that are really good. I love the Chicken Deluxe Sandwich Meal. This is the sandwich that comes with vegetables inside (If you just get Chicken Sandwich, you just get a piece of chicken between two buns). The waffle potatoes are good too! Especially with the honey mustard that they have there. Chick-Fil-A is a fast food restaurant but it feels more healthy than regular fast food restaurants. I've never been inside, always a drive-thru experience and each time has been quick, friendly, and prompt. The food is always hot and never tastes like it's been sitting out for a while. NOT the healthiest choice to eat but is a splurge on cheat day for me! I love the chicken nuggets and waffle fries. I also noticed they offer healthier alternatives like salads, wraps and grilled chicken which I SHOULD try but can't help but stick with the yummy nuggets! I'm have been going to Chick-fil-A for as long as I can remember. A couple weeks ago I came to this location to get breakfast for my managers and a few others on my team. When I came to the line there was not a single person in the drive-through except for me and I was instantly treated with rudeness and hostility. I couldn't see the menu on the iPad and reached a little for it and I was yelled at telling me I can't touch the iPad which makes sense due to the pandemic. I then asked if I could move forward so that I can look at that menu to order and a lady then starts telling me I need to take my order with her even though I can't see the menu. I then start placing my order and I ask about an item on the menu and the lady told me it's on the menu can't you see. That's super rude. Furthermore after I placed my order the same lady then is asking me to pay and for some reason my card won't read she then snatches my card out of my hand to pay. you just tell me that I can't touch your iPad? What makes you think you can snatch my card out of my hand. I then wasn't told the total when she took my card and paid wasn't given a receipt even though I asked for it because my manager needs it and then tells me my order will be ready at the next window. When I approach the window I let the manager know what happens and she asked me what do you want me to do? Youre a manager why don't you tell me what you think you should do. A few items in my order were incorrect and I let her know and she then items and chucked them into the trash made a sigh of annoyance towards me and then remade those items. fairly upset back after work to talk to a manager to let them know about the situation I was then treated as though it didn't matter and treated with disrespect and that I was an inconvenience towards them. it goes to show that I will never be returning back to this Chick-fil-A and this location and its employees has tarnish the reputation that Chick-fil-A stands for. The ownrr should definitely look into rehiring individuals who are capable of delivering the message that Chick-fil-A represents. I went in and bought 4 piece chicken strip. One of the chicken strip was so small compare to the other 3 chicken strips. What a rip off for the price that they change. I called them and they didn't even do anything about it. They are all nice to you when you buy from them but it is a different story when you have a problem. The Irvine Market Place Chick-fil-A location gets 1 Star for poor customer service. I had a long day at the office, went through the drive-thru where Biri the employee (not the one taking my order), she was the one taking my cash was SUPER grumpy. Forget a basic greeting! NO "hello" and certainly NO "thank you" from her. I asked for ketchup to go with my order of 4 fries, she gave me ONE! I asked for another, she gave me ONE more. When I asked for her name, she said it was "Janelly." Turns out its Biri, that's what the store manager Florence told me when I called to make her aware of the poor service. Florence was under-whelming too. But, I did suggest to her that she consider making immediate changes- like walking up to Biri to do a quick intervention since this conversation was in RealTime. Florence apologized for the situation but seemed disoriented about what staff were on duty so I suspect not much of an intervention happened.. Today's disappointing service cost me, my money and time. read more

This is one of the closest Chick-fil-A by my house and it's my least favorite. My family always pre- orders chicken mini catering and when we went to pick it up, they said they do not have the order in and asked to wait about 10-15 mins. This was NOT the first time its happened to us!! As I was already frustrated, I said that's fine. After 30 mins our order is finally done. Let me repeat 30 MINUTES! They should have told me how long it was actually going to take instead of saying 15 mins. If it was busy I would totally understand, but it was NOT. There were only 3 customers and we were 1 of the 3. They have so many employees working at this location I don't get why they can't get the orders in correctly and give people their orders in a timely matter. When I spoke to the manager letting her know that I've been to many chick -fil-a's before and all the other ones I get excellent service no matter how busy it is but I can't expect the same here, she did not seem to care and just said they will do better next time and walked away before we were even done talking. I will no longer be coming to this location unless they train their employees better. I'd rather drive further for a better experience and service. I've lived in SoCal for life so I've always seen this logo on ads at sporting events, etc. but had never tasted the Chick-Fil-A before. When they opened this location, my wife, who lived in the Midwest for several years, was STOKED and talked it up to me. After having tried it now, several times, I am quite the fan. Great tasting chicken, moist, fresh, love the criss-cut fries and all the condiments. It probably isn't the most healthy of meals but if you're craving a chicken sandwich, this place is the In & Out of them. Don't waste time with Carls, BK or McD's. I needed some breakfast yesterday as I attempted to see the outside world after being sick for the past week (and still am). I wasn't sure if they'd consider NYE to be a holiday, so I was thrilled to find out they were open. This was the first time I've been to this location. It's huge compared to my closest location, and has the same great service. The guy who helped me actually made my day. He engaged me in conversation (even though I'm a people hater and hate making small talk) and made me not feel like a loser for having breakfast alone on NYE. Anyway, I ordered the #1 combo with an orange juice and substituted fruit cup for the tater tots. The orange juice they give you is a personal sized "Simply Orange" bottle. So cute! I was expecting OJ in a foam cup, which doesn't sound appetizing at all. I've never tried their sausage biscuit thing because I'd feel weird NOT ordering chicken from Chick-fil-A. I have to say I do not eat at Chick-Fil-A as often as other places. I stopped by here after getting gas nearby. It was love at first bite!! I ordered a number one which was Chick fil a's chicken sandwich, waffle fries and a coke. The chicken was so big it was spilling out of the bun. The Waffle fries were fresh and not too salty. I love that this place always subbed grilled chicken strips instead of breaded and fried. My gluten free daughter loves it too! They also will wrap a grilled chicken sandwich in lettuce.
