We had two young grandchildren staying with us. They ordered the chicken strips children meals. All the different sides let them customize their meals. We ordered the salads. We ordered on line using the app and found it very easy. The pickup was easy and the staff was helpful. All of the food was excellent. The lettuce was fresh and care had been taken so you did not get the unedible parts of the lettuce. Great meal. read more

Don't see what all the hype is about. It's no better than a gas station chicken sandwich. Very soggy bun with a thin chicken breast that sat under a heat lamp for way too long!! Big time overpriced!! The soft drinks have zero carbonation. They only offer Waffle fries which is pretty lame but they were the only decent tasting thing. KFC or Kwik Trip is a much better option! read more

I just ran through the driveway to grab some fries because it's been a rough day and my errands are taking much longer than expected. After I paid, I realized I should have gotten some water so I asked for a cup from the woman who was busily taking payments and running out orders. She responded without a hint of inconvenience and brought my fries and a cup of water with genuine kindness and a big smile. Maybe it's because I'm having a rough day, or maybe it's because most customer service sucks these days, but it really surprised me and improved my day. And obviously the fries are the best, so yah. read more

Went to Drve Thursday on Saturday at 11:22 pm. Ordered the Classic chicken sandwich with a Strawberry shake. The Styrofoam cup broke at the bottom and spilled all over me and my car. Very upset. Had to come back home wash clothes and clean car. You need to check your Styrofoam cups, they aren't strong enough. They are handled too many times before the customer get it. Come on Chick-fil-A. Dont know what everyone else is talking about. I've been here for breakfast about 10 times now. The workers are always nice and high energy. Always gotten my order right with fast service. The place is clean, bathroom included. Only reason its not 5 stars is one time the food was ok, not great. But I feel like if I said something the workers would've given me a replacement. Maybe it's just the morning shift thats great? Or maybe some of y'all should try a Chik Fil A in the south. Then you'll know what a true 1 star restaurant is like. I ordered a number one with pepper jack cheese and got a full deluxe sandwich meal (did not want that and realized after that they charged me for that). I also asked for Buffalo and ranch and they gave me barbecue. My friends number one came without pickles (she did not say no pickles) so she had to ask for them. The trash was overflowing and no workers came to clean the tables after they were left a mess. Not a great first experience here. read more

I've been there twice both times they've got the order wrong. Today wrong sandwich even though it was labeled correctly. Hash browns had a strange flavor old oil or something. We have been to several Chick-Fil-A's when traveling and all were wonderful. Janesville just can't get it together. read more
