It just seems like it would be more natural to me to walk in at the ramp and order then continue walking into the store to pick up your drinks. Today I watched about seven people lined up on that ramp waiting to order before was mentioned that they have to go through the crowd of people waiting for their drinks to the other side to get in line to order their drinks. I just think it would cause a lot less confusion and maybe frustration of customers if you were to flip those two areas

Somebody in my party ordered the Swedish Pancakes, of which were slimy and tasteless. The Chorizo Breakfast burrito was OK, once slathered with enough salsa to mask its natural taste. Met at table by friendly owner. Pleasant server with bottomless coffee, regularly refreshed. My corned beef skillet and English muffin was very good, with crispy hash browns as I requested. My wife enjoyed her French Connection Special of French Toast, bacon, sausage and eggs. One of the cooks came out to discuss the Packers and upcoming game after seeing our Packer shirts. Staff chatted with regulars calling them by name. Very friendly hometown place. Highly recommend.

I bought a 50/50 Fish Fry Card from 50/50 Friday's on WJVL. This was our 3rd card and so I know how…read moreit works. You pay $75 on the website for the card and you get $150 value at 6 different restaurants. We went to Milton Family Restaurant. When I sat down in the booth there was a bad smell like body odor. I asked the server what we could order because I wanted to make sure it was included on our card. She was condescending and said the fish fry. I knew that but there were different selections on their fish fry menu. So we ordered and the food came out. The food was good but not great. We got our bill and it was illegible. I took it up to pay and they had charged us for one of the fish dinners?!!! I explained I had already paid for one when I bought the card. The woman was confused and talked to the server. She said this is the way they always charge when you use the Fish Fry Card. I said why would I buy the card for $75 and then pay for the other dinner at the restaurant? That would mean I'm paying for 2 dinners. They two women couldn't understand and told me they would get the owner. I waited 10 minutes and he finally came out to speak with me. He too said I had to pay for one of the dinners and when I explained to him that I already paid for one when I bought the card he kept saying the same thing over and over again. I called the restaurant next door that is also on the Fish Card and they said you can order whatever fish dinner you want and they give you $26 off your check. (Their lowest price dinner is $13). The Milton Family Restaurant still couldn't understand! He finally said I didn't have to pay for anything. I told him I wanted to pay just not get ripped off. He finally took off $25 and I paid the rest of the check. I also overheard another person ask our server what the ham steak was and she condescendingly said "it's a ham steak). We won't be going back.
