I always do the drive thru mobile app as I pick up for several and they always pay me to fly. Today I went away from the usual and got the Chicken noodle soup. Never had it in all the trips I have never had a chicken noodle soup the was chock full of... yup CHICKEN and noodles this stuff is awesome. I visited my local Chick-fil-A this morning for a chicken biscuit. So good. I always order a couple of honey packets to put on mine. By far superior to the Whataburger honey butter chicken biscuit, really no comparison for me. I also ordered the seasonal banana pudding milkshake and it was delicious as well. The operator of this location should really question if he has the right leaders in place. Our family loves Chick fil A! It's a crowd pleaser for all. And we always seem to want it on Sunday even though we know they aren't open. This location always has great customer service, the employees go above and beyond and the store is always clean. You will always be greeted with a smile whether you choose the drive thru, curbside or dining inside. Dedric always has a funny joke or encouraging message to share when he's working. Many of my mornings have been turned around from the kindness of the employees when I'm picking up my morning drink. Sometimes an afternoon drink too! I love their involvement in our community. Especially for school spirit nights when you have students helping. It's wonderful to see how important serving others is to them. The mobile ordering system on their app is a huge plus for our family. We love the rewards system they have in place and enjoy getting special treats every once in a while loaded on our account. The ease of ordering our meals ahead is convenient. *One tip* Don't be steered away when the drive thru or dining look backed up! Then asked them if they would like for me to move forward so all the cars behind me who were served could be free. Two Fridays in a row I took my 10 and 9 year old girls to dine in the Barry Road location. Both times they had entire baseball and softball teams (20+ people) in line with only one register open. They used to have five registers for closed three, and instead of opening another it was a long wait. They have the staffing (dozens of employees in parking lot assisting drive thru) but don't care about in door diners. I made an online complaint and after two weeks Jasmine from the restaurant called back and didn't seem interested or fixing the issue at all. I thought they were known for their customer service. We won't be back. It's not worth the hassle. Plenty of places with better food and much better service. read more

Everybody always has a smile on their face and is willing to help. If something were to be wrong you can bet that they will make it right. The food is always hot and fresh. The facility is always well kept and clean. In that regard they consistently clean off the tables almost as soon as they are vacated which is something I definitely appreciate. They are giving away free treats 3x a week for the next 3 or so months. Needless to say, I am eating there way too much. Today, we got a Chick-fil-A sandwich. Yesterday, milkshakes. Before that, a delicious chocolate chip cookie. And it is all soooooo goooood! I love the play place for kids. It's a great place to go on a hot day to shake up the scenery, get a snack, give your kids a place to play. I met the owner, Andy, once and he was super kind and helpful. I've seen him working in the front with carry out, and in the heat of the day on drive through. Same great people, but the prices are almost 40% higher AND the food is just from an insulated box andddd no fries available. Went through the drive thru at 10am on a Wednesday, no wait to order. When we got to the window, the girl was more interested in the boy coworker inside the window than serving the customer. As soon as she gave us th bag, she turned her back and leaned inside through the window with her rear towards the guest. We asked for ketchup and the boy inside the building had to tell her we needed something because she wasn't listening. There was no sauce in the bag as requested.
