Popeyes, you have officially lost a life-long customer. The last 3 times I have been to this location they have either missed something or had some other issue (wrong item given, cold fries, etc) today takes the cake, however. I decided to give you another try and I take my daughters and my mom through the drive through. I get home only to find that I'm missing one of the meals. I call the store and explain what happened and they told me that even though I was JUST THERE. They would not replace my missing meal that I paid for. I wasn't given a receipt so I could not give them that. When I tried telling the associate that, she HUNG UP ON ME! Mind you, I wasn't cursing, yelling or being hateful at all. I would give a zero to this place , very unethical , poor customer service. My story is that I waited in line like a dummy for 30 plus minutes to order fried chicken in the drive thru , no one ever greeted or answer several of the vehicles , so I pulled away and drove up to the window next to another car that was having problems with their order . The employees were hiding , laughing and acting foolish as I was trying to get their attention. There was a tall guy with shoulder length hair that was drinking his drink and ignoring the line of car in the drive thru and me as he looked and turned away. What kind of business are they running here. They were very rude and I will be calling corporate, if they can't handle drive thru close it down. I also called the restaurant and the girl answered "hello" kind of rude as well , rather then the name of the business, she said were slammed and it will be a minute. Placed a door dash order on 7/21/22. Food took 40 mins to deliver and did not receive half of our order (drinks, meals, sauces and the food was lukewarm). We personally drove to the restaurant only to find the lobby locked and a line around the store for drive through. We looked inside through the windows to see at least 3 employees jacking around, sweeping, and doing the bare minimum. We had to call numerous times to get anyone to acknowledge us. There were TONS of chicken piled up so clearly waiting for food to be cooked is not an issue. I see why now this location has 2 stars. We will not be back to this location. read more

Never go to this location! I ordered 2 blackened chicken meals, with blackened ranch and mashed potatoes with no gravy. I was initially handed a bag with only one order of strips and NOTHING else. When I advised the cashier she didn't apologize and only told me to pull forward. Finally got home with the meals to discover this burnt, overly seasoned chicken, both mashed potatoes with gravy, no dipping sauce, no straws and no receipt. The chicken was inedible. Wow! Terrible! We got in line at 12:49 There were 3 people in front of us. Only 1 ordering station open. It took us until 1:26 to place our order. We finally got our order at 1:50. We went through the drive through placed our order for mild chicken, we could hear in the background someone say it would be 10 minutes before it would be ready. We were expecting them to tell us there would be a wait. They handed us our bag of chicken, with not even a thank you by the way, and we thought great they must have had mild after all.
