I enjoy coming to this location, the staff are friendly, sweet and work quickly to complete your order. I was able to try variations of their seasonal drinks (their pineapple dragonfruit lemonade and pineapple dragonfruit sun joy). The drinks were complimentary from the chick fil a app which was a nice surprise. The drinks balance tart and sweet and are refreshing on a sunny spring day. Out of the two, I preferred the pineapple dragonfruit lemonade, the sun joy drink had too much going on for me (flavor wise). I love getting their Mac and cheese and chicken strips as well. I really don't write reviews but this is the 3rd occasion something was left out of my order - I called, asked for a refund to my card this time (was willing to provide order number and anything needed from receipt), and was told I would need to drive back to get one- zero response on Team training and QA to prevent this from happening again- nothing else offered as a result of the inconvenience - this location lacks basic management skills. This is a decent restaurant. The food is normally on point, and the overall atmosphere is very welcoming. However, if you're wanting accuracy with your order and it to be right at least most of the time, don't come to this specific building. They've gotten my order wrong at least 80% of the times I go there, and the most recent time was the worst. The person who took my order was extremely rude and very condescending. She seemed almost put out by just taking an order. And for clarification, I'm typically a laid back person, and I've been told I'm very kind but she was just rude off the bat. Like I said 7 years ago, Hey it's Chick-fil-a. Same food quality as most other Chick-fil-a. Employees are generally friendly, drive thru line works like a well-oiled machine, and people seem generally happy with orders. Just like most humans, they make a mistake here and there. In the past 7 years I think I have had to take back 2 orders and I have come here fairly frequently. The lower star rating is due to mask wearing amongst employees. This review is being written during COVID Delta variant surge. CDC guidelines still state for indoor establishments that mask wearing should be enforced to prevent the spread of this virus. We are big fans of Chick-fil-A, but we went into this one this morning and have never seen this level of inefficiency in a Chick-fil-A. We arrived at 0845 and did not get our order till 0920, no drinks..no explanation...just waiting. While we were there we witnessed four different people come in and cancel their orders due to the wait. What makes this aggravating is that the drive thru lane did not slow down, they were business as usual with that. It looks like we'll go south or east to the next nearest Chick-fil-A next time. For the second time I have taken out from this restaurant and got home only to find out that I am missing something. Ordered out on 3/15 and when I got home, no sandwich that I ordered. I am done with this location. I recently received a call from Will, a customer service representative from this establishment. He was very nice and professional and seemed truly concerned about my previous experiences at his business. I have since been back to the store on several occasions and have received very good service. I went here at noon on a Thursday hoping to find a nice indoor playground for my granddaughters age 1 and 2. The playground would be great but it was extremely crowded and there were 5 or 6 older kids running around screaming. The one year old wouldn't even let me sit her down. She was terrified. The two year old climbed up and then got really scared by the kids and started crying. I had to coax her down. There is only seating for 4 adults inside the playground. There are no tables to eat at inside the play area. I would say this is a good place for older kids but not little ones. I do have to say that the workers were really awesome. They helped me get our food to the table. They put placements down that stuck to the table so the kids could eat off the table. Really cool. The kids love their chicken nuggets. So, the food is great but avoid the play area fir young kids. read more

Love the 12 piece nuggets with honey mustard. Always on point. Their breakfast is good too, if you haven't tried it - I recommend the new breakfast bowls with hashbrowns, eggs, cheese. You can also add bacon, sausage or chicken to it. PLUS their egg sandwichs are great, along with their hashbrowns (come in crown shapes). I'm not really a fan of Chik-Fil-A per say, but this location is a cut above average. Not so much for the food, which is exactly what I expected, but for the service. It's been a while since I've eaten at a Chik-Fil-A, so maybe the level of service I experienced is normal, but it impressed me (compared to other fast-food dining experiences). My sandwich and waffle fries, were exactly what I expected. What I didn't expect was someone coming around with condiments (What-a-Burger style) or my drink getting refilled. Upon reflection, I suppose both should be expected, since I saw neither condiments or drink machine for customer access. Nevertheless it was a good experience. Food Review: Chick-fil-A Macaroni & Cheese I take pride in being a Mac&Cheese (MC; for the sake of this review) connoisseur. I absolutely LOVE MC! It is, without question, my favorite food in all the land! In my 38 years on this earth, I have tasted some amazing MC, and I have also avoided some poor attempts at MC. To validate my knowledge of amazing MC, those who have tasted my favorite MCs will understand that I know an amazing MC when I see one! My all time favorite MC makers are my mother Sheena Royston, Mrs. Roberta Mobley, and a great friend of mine, Nicole George (I apologize if you have never been blessed by their MC). If any of my family and friends have ever tasted their MC before, then you KNOW that I know amazing MC! All 3 of theirs are somewhat different versions of MC, yet absolutely amazing!! This leads us to Chick-fil-A. Chick-fil-A recently introduced MC to their food menu! Now, I must admit that I am always skeptical when fast food chains pull a move like this. I just believe that...if you are a burger joint, there is no way you should be MAKING TACOS!! You know who you are. Stay in your lane, mane! Whew...glad I got that out of my system! Well, Likewise, if you are a chicken sandwich establishment, then I see no reason why you should be stepping out of your box to Introduce MC to your menu (Note: This refers to fast food chains. Not places like Gus's...although their MC has become pitiful as of late). This is what Chick-fil-A decided to do...and I am glad they did! Now, before you take this the wrong way, let me qualify that statement as i dive into my experience with their MC. Before I eat ANYONE'S MC, it has to pass the eye test. Listen, I have no time to waste tasting a MC that looks like old newspaper...just dry and inedible! I won't do it. I WON'T!! So it must pass the eye test. I need to see juiciness, melted cheese, heck...EFFORT for crying out loud (you'd be surprised). Chick-fil-A's MC definitely passes the eye test. It looks like someone's diabetic grandmother (with herbs, spices, secret recipes, and years of cooking experience stored in those jiggly underarms of hers) cooked this at Big Mama's House for Sunday Dinner! It looks moist and the cheese proportion that is stuck to each noodle is spot on. It actually smells like MC too (yes i sniffed it...sue me). Now, I have seen many people have complaining on social media about how their MC from Chick-fil-A looked different from the next person's MC. Well, any time you dip your large spoon into a pan of MC, each serving is going to look different, because the spoon is hitting that MC from all types of angles...Mm! Some people may have a lot of that top layer crunch that we love our MC to have. Others may just have the innards with small traces of crunch. So everyone's servings May look different. Well, today, as I finally tasted Chick-fil-A's MC, I instantly said to myself: This MC does not compare to my favorite MCs of all time. But i never expected it to. This isn't Big Mama's house. This is Chick-fil-A. Although it looks like Big Mama's, it wasn't made by Big Mama, and that is a big difference in what we taste. There will always be a difference between homemade and store made. Even so, i wasn't let down by how it tasted. I think that it was a good MC and i will definitely try it again. If you want to know just how good it was, allow me to give you this MC tier level, and you'll understand how good it tastes. Tier 1: My All-time MC favs or your Big Mama's version Tier 2: Fleming's Restaurant or Stony River Restaurant (both here in the Memphis area) Tier 3: Ryan's Restaurant (back in the day when their MC was ) Tier 4: Abbay's or Gus's Tier 5: Some of these awful food plates that y'all be posting on Social Media like y'all did something Chick-fil-A's MC is Tier 3. "Well, if it is Tier 3, then why are you glad they made it?", you may ask. The answer is simple. I can't always expect my mom's MC to be readily available whenever i have a taste for it. And I'm not always able to make it to Fleming's when I want a high-end quality of MC. But i can always make a quick stop at Chick-fil-A to grab a nice serving of MC, and I can also be sure that my kids will enjoy it as well. And if you have a smart mouth and say "But You can't get it on Sunday though", well...that's what Big Mama's house is for. Food Rating: 3 out of 5 stars. It was nothing to scream and holler over, but it 'was' something to be happy about due to the now instant availability of a pretty decent MC. read more

I'm usually blown away by chick Fil a service at all other places (heritage has one run like a boot camp!) this one let two lanes of cars wrap around the building almost without outside order takers. I did see one but she never once took an order. Just sat at a podium. It was so odd. I ordered 30 nuggets a number 1 sandwich no pickles (hate hot pickles) 2 mayo 2 pickle packs. 2 large order of fries and 4 bbq 2 ranch 2 buffalo sauces. She repeated order but not sauces and made a mental not to double check and ask for ketchup. Got to window. All the food was stuff into a small bag that was already wet with steam. I asked for a bigger bag to put it I. So I wouldn't spill it all as I couldn't even close the bag. I then asked about the 2mayo, 4 ketchup,2 pickles pack, 4bbq 2ranch and 2buffalo sauces. He said oops ok one moment. Came back with another bag that had sauces in it. Remember the lines were crazy and I'd been in line nearly 20 minutes so I didn't sit there going through it all. Feeding a family of 4 2 adults 2 kids. Everyone wants a different sauce. 30 nuggets 3 ways. I got home and drum roll. I had 2 packages of SALSA RANCH SALAD DRESSING. 1 siracha sauce (neither I requested) ,1bbq, 1 ranch and that was it. No buffalo. No where near enough sauces. No mayo no ketchup (I had three orders of large fries), no pickles. Maybe some think it's a little thing but truly it ruined our meal. 27$ and a bunch of dried nuggets and bland fries and dried plain sandwich. I thankfully had ketchup in fridge but the rest of it was eaten plain and grumpy people complaining. First world problem maybe but still I paid for it. Asked twice and still ignored. Fries unsalted and under cooked. Basically chick fil a is amazing. I can not ever remember getting a wrong order. Nothing wrong. Ever. Southlake and heritage and Roanoke are the three we go to and all amazing. This one just sucked against the other three. I called and the response from manager is there was nothing she could do but she'd tell the owner. Still waiting to hear from him. She said he may give us a free meal or something. That was a quote. This location closed down for apparently what turned out to not be "inclement" weather. Presumably this was done so that the employees could park in covered parking under their awnings. Sadly no notice or signage just cones in front of their store and a bunch of employees standing around. Poor customer service! Ordered breakfast on the app when there was 6 minutes left to order breakfast. I waited in drive thru for 15 minutes to get my order and the app said pull up to the window. I bypassed the menu screen, since the app told me to go to the window and by the time I got there they said my order was canceled because breakfast was over. So let's start off with we couldn't order large Frosted Lemonades. Something about the chicken being lower and they can't get the supplies fast enough. Mind you,this is the second time at this location they have said oh we can't do that now. But when I go to other locations it isn't an issue. Then when we get to the window they forgot to ring up one of our frosted lemonades. Most places when they screw up the order you don't have to pay they fix it. We were in a pickle with our fridge, so we had to get fast food. We opted for Chick-fil-A. We drove through to make it fast and had a few sandwich meals and a 12 piece nuggets. We got home and looked in the bag, only to find no fries. We called Chick-fil-A and we were cutting some slack because they were busy. They said they'd have our fries delivered for free to make up for it. About 30 minutes later (again, they were busy) our hot fries came with free brownies to make up for it! I love Chick-fil-A but for some reason this one tends to not get my order right. I always get lemonade without ice and tonight I drive through and drive away only to realize it had ice. I had to drive back and go through the drive thru to get some without ice. The pitcher they poured it from looked disgusting and they reassured me it was lemonade.
