[[HIGHLIGHT]]Casual and clean with lots of cowboy vibes![[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Philly steak sub is truly delicious! I'm not a big fan of cheesesteak sandwiches but I'd definitely order one after tasting this! The beef is extremely tender. House made chicken salad is sooooooo good! Wings were decent. Breakfast, lunch and dinner options. Definitely worth a stop if you find yourself on 377 at N Tarrant Pkwy.

So, I had heard that Dave had been the original owner of another philly place in the area. Which I have been too but only had found out about that place after he had sold it. Then he ended up opening Philly Dave's. I had been meaning to stop by here because I kept reading on social media that they were glad to have Dave's open up ... so when my kiddo had a make up class during the day we swung by for lunch. My kiddo demolished his kids chicken tenders and fries. I got a half of a hot philly, meaning with the peppers. It was the perfect amount of food with a good helping of fries. Someone had to help me finish them. We got a thing of onion rings to try, and while both are good I'll probably get those with my half sandwich next time. When we have more of us in our group next time we go, we plan on trying some of their other items!

I have seen this place driving by and always wanted to stop and try it out. Today I did and my tummy thanked me. Let's start with the service. Dave himself took my order, with a side or humor and within a few minutes my authentic Philly cheesesteak and fries basket was delivered to me. Which brings us to the food. Holy cow was it ever good! Again, authentic and plentiful. Absolutely delicious. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The place has a chill vibe and so the ambiance is great, with both inside and outside places to eat.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]One nice feature is a roll of paper towels set on each table (you will need them!).[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] So, 5 stars from me on this experience. If you are in the area, it is 100% worth stopping in and giving them a try. They also have burgers, breakfast stuff and they even have a kids menu. I will absolutely be back to sample more of the menu!

I've been waiting to try this place since it first opened, but wanted to wait until the rush slowed down a bit. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Arrived during lunch hour on a Saturday, the place was packed. There were maybe a few tables left to dine in.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I ordered to-go, and it took about 15 minutes for the food to come out. You can tell the food was cooked as you order. Both the hubby and I went for the 10" Philly cheesesteak loaded with everything, and it was delicious! I can't remember eating such a memorable sandwich in a while. The sandwich was packed with savory meat. The seasoning was also perfect - not overly salty. I finished everything in one sitting. I didn't realize they serve breakfast, which is next on my list. Will definitely be back!

I was in the mood for a Philly sandwich. I saw online Philly Dave's was a good place to go for a Philly. We went for lunch to check them out. They had a good crowd at lunch with only a few tables left to sit. We ordered at the counter then sat down. Nice diner type restaurant with a help yourself drink station. The drink mix was a little too sweet, but that could just be my taste buds. The food took a while to come to the table. They only had one guy making the food. The food is made to order and like I said they were very busy. If you have a short lunch, you may need to call ahead. The Philly was very good I got the 1/2 Philly with onion rings. I really enjoyed the taste the hot peppers were a great addition. The onion rings were good, I would have liked more but they were still plenty. We enjoyed eating at Philly Dave's look forward to going back.

Best Philly in Ft. Worth. There are tons of options to customize. The owners are very nice too.

The first time i wanted philly cheesesteaks, i tried calling on the weekend. No answer. Next i drove to the place and found out it was a 45 minute wait for take out. I didn't wait, and decided to go during one of my off day from work for lunch. I'm glad i did. I ended up getting a small philly cheesesteak with a side of onion rings. I got a bunch of stuff added to the cheesesteak along with cheese whiz. Let me tell you, the cheesesteak was so damn delicious. The onion rings were also really good. for the price you pay for the 1/2 philly with side, i think its a really great deal. I'm not sure if the older gentlemen who sits at the cash register is the owner, but he's very pleasant to deal with. I'll definitely be back.

Best Philly cheesesteak I've had ! Delicious bread, meat and flavor. Authentic food, reminds me of when we visited Philadelphia! Would highly recommend. Also, owned by a very nice family. Always a plus to give nice hardworking people business in addition to delicious food.

While we were there, I observed employees loading whole oranges into the fresh orange juice machine. Several oranges fell onto the floor, and I watched the employees pick the oranges up and place them back into the hopper to be juiced. I asked to speak with the owner but was told the owner was not there. A man who identified himself as the general manager came out. I explained what I had observed. The only question he asked was, "Do you know how many oranges fell onto the floor?" I replied that the number wasn't the issue. My concern was that oranges that had contacted the floor were being put back into the juicer. I did not feel my concern was taken seriously, and I requested the owner's contact information. I did not receive it. Because I believe this is a serious food safety concern, I reported this to the Highland Village Code Enforcement Division for investigation. We were excited to celebrate a special occasion here, but instead we left concerned about the restaurant's food handling practices and the response from management. Based on what I personally witnessed, I cannot recommend this restaurant.

Bland, flat, and in desperate need of seasoning, we reached for the salt shaker, which helped, but shouldn't have been necessary. The pickles, to their credit, were doing their absolute best and were genuinely the only flavor happening on that plate. Skip these. The pickles deserve better supporting cast. The Cheeseburger with Wasp Sauce on a potato bun, however, is a different story entirely. We ordered it medium, half expecting the kitchen to interpret that however it pleased, but it arrived cooked exactly as requested, which felt like a small victory worth celebrating. The pollo Frito was delicious, the chicken was seasoned well and maintained crunch even within the biscuit. Duck fat potatoes were also good but were even better after adding some salt.
