While in town to visit my daughter and son in law we decided to visit this location to bring lunch home. I wanted to try the new jalapeño ranch sandwich. While the sandwich was delicious what was better was the customer service. We went through the drive through, it's a chilly say here, the girl who too our order was very nice what made our day was the gentleman who brought our order out. I seriously just wanted to have a Texas experience but like many other Chick-Fil- A, it was typical going through their drive thru. I hardly go to Chick-Fil- A so I'm unfamiliar with their menu. I got the most basic and asked them to just give me what they thought was their favorite sauces. I got their basic Chicken Sandwich and tried their Polynesian, ranch, chick-Fil- A and barbecue sauce. Updating a review from over a year ago since the restaurant recently went under major updates for both staffing and construction. I have noticed that the speed and quality of service as well as the quality of the food has significantly improved over the last few months. Since reopening I haven't been disappointed -- a complete 180!! As a person with a gluten allergy the options for fast food is super limited and I am please with the improvements and have added this Chick Fil A back into a frequent stop. read more

I recently tried their breakfast and there was no disappointment for me. I'm not sure what I was expecting to be honest but I definitely enjoyed my breakfast bowl and the hash browns. They could definitely use more work on their iced coffee or cold brew is how they presented it, because it was straight dookie! Like a lot of other places, they put more ice than the actual product but theirs did not have any type of flavor which sucked and of course its in a small cup. Play Area: Thank you for this indoor play area! My daughter loves to play and be around children. I love taking her to the park but the Texas heat is brutal. This place allows my daughter to burn off that energy in a secure and air conditioned space. Food: I didn't grow up eating this but I've grown to like it. My favorite is the chicken nuggets with Polynesian sauce and waffle fries. Delicious. I've also tried their deluxe chicken sandwich and it was one of the best tasting chicken sandwiches I've ever had. Service: Amazing! The manager always walks around the dining area and asks how everything is going. She'll bring out more high chairs and refill your drinks. The staff will bring your food to you, refill drinks, clean tables and are very friendly and courteous at all times even when it's packed. The only downfall to this place is its always busy around lunch time. Parents just like me are taking their kiddos for lunch and then play time in the play area around the same time. If I could give this place zero stars I would. Unfortunately every single time we come here something is missing out of our order or the food is so burn/stiff we can't finish our food. We keep going back hoping it was just an accidental thing but it is an all the time occurrence. Tonight when we went we ordered the 8 piece nugget meal with sprite and the chicken sandwich meal with a sprite. The chicken nuggets were so over cooked I ate one and it took me over a minute to chew fully to swallow. The chicken sandwich only had one pickle on it and it too was way over cooked and our sprites were out of syrup. All around was just a not pleasant experience. Ive been to this location 4 times in a month (gross i know) because I just moved here and its close to my house Well the first 2 times i had the salad and it was great. There's always a long line at chick fil a so I wasn't shocked or upset. I was actually really happy with how fast the line went, they have employees out taking orders and they get your food at a decent speed. Today I was assisted by a very rude employee by the name of Xavia who rushed me through my entire order and gave an attitude when I told her what to omit on the sandwiches. The interaction continued to be very sour, specifically when she reached for my card (method of payment). Please note that we are going through a pandemic and are trying to have as minimal contact a possible. When asked if I can swipe my own card, she responded in a very rude tone "go ahead". To top it off, she got frustrated with me when the card reader gave an error every time I swiped the card. This was a very disappointing experience and I truly hope Management sees this as an opportunity to train and re-train staff on how to properly treat customers. Pulled up on a Wednesday evening around 6. Drive Thru was a double lane one, with probably close to 30 cars in it. I interacted with 4 different employees during from the time of ordering to receiving my food. All four of them were 100 percent professional and polite. My order was correct. And even thou they were slammed, I was out in just under 10 minutes. Amazing job, 10/10 definitely going back. this is exactly what customer service looks like. Keep up the good work. read more
