    Cane's Coleslaw!
    Tate V.

Had Chicken for Lunch! The service was amazing! It was good chicken and the sides were good. We all had THE BOX COMBO - 4 Chicken Fingers, Crinkle-Cut Fries, 1 Cane's Sauce, Texas Toast, Coleslaw, Regular Fountain Drink/Tea we added an extra sauce to each order! The Chicken had a good flavor but had lost its crunchy texture due to taking order home. Everything is different when you drive home with your order! Fries, Chicken, and Toast were not crunchy due to the drive. Things taste much better when you can eat the meal at the restaurant! All food was good. I just look forward to being able to eat it there. Good solid food at a good price.

Raising Cane's raises the bar! Are ya' feelin' for some chicken? Say "yes" if you're coming to this place. Easy fast food, but freshly fried chicken that's flaky and crispy. Sure it's fried, except you don't see all that gross grease. What makes it easy? An uncomplicated menu, quick and friendly drive-thru service, and an excellent sauce; which may be the reason you'd keep coming back! Our usual is The Box Combo - equipped with Texas Toast, cole slaw, and wavy or crinkle fries. We went into this place once and I can say that their interior was VERY clean. I didn't expect the theme to be sporty. The first time I tried Raising Cane's was in Las Vegas. Glad to have one close by. They've managed to keep a customer.

Drive thru Made with love as we social distance.

One of our favorite places for chicken. Always good and served by super nice people. The sauce is amazing but the chicken strips are what brings it home. Always crispy, hot and juicy! We're all stuck at home so we hit Canes Drive thru and the food is still fun, the right temperature and so good! We get the kids meal, three piece meal and box meal. Lemonade is solid too.

    Small tender

Service was good, food was hot but the chicken tenders were really small! Overall not a bad experience just wish they wouldnt serve extremely small tenders compared to all the others

Always great. Raising Cane's is one of the best chicken joints I've been to. Always excited to visit a new one.

Lollipop curtains added to the fun. We were seated right away. The staff were friendly and polite. She explained the menu and how some dishes were made. We started off with the Honey Garlic Sauce lollipops. The batter was crispy and the meat was juicy and flavorful. Will definitely try different flavors! We also had: Shrimp Bowl served over a bed of red beans, Louisiana dirty rice and topped with our famous brown gravy and Shrimp. Also a side of Macaroni and Cheese. Very flavorful. Catfish Atchafalaya, Fried Catfish with crawfish Sauce served over Rice. Crispy and flaky catfish. Served hot and fresh. I also had a side of Fried Cabbage. All the food was made hot and fresh! Thanks to the owners and staff for making our experience wonderful this includes the cooks and anyone else that made our experience memorable. We will be coming back for more great food! Thank you

Lollipops is the spot!…read more Have you ever gone into a restaurant with manners and decorum, but the quality and flavor of the food was so exceptional that you quickly lost all of your sensibilities and devolved into a mindless animal hell bent on devouring everything? Well that's what happened to me at Lollipop's this evening, and I'm not even mad that I stained one of my favorite shirts while shoveling handfuls of these otherworldly morsels into my greedy pie hole. Their food was so spectacular that it straight up awoke something primal in me. From chicken "lollipops" covered in sweet honey garlic sauce that I would seriously consider bottling to later take home and chug in a dark corner where no one could judge my hedonism, to creamy Mac and Cheese with a tiny kick of spice that makes your taste buds swell in ecstasy, and perfectly seasoned shrimp bursting with flavor, these folks throw down in the kitchen like that is what God put them on this Earth to do. From bite number one I became a ravenous creature whose only objective was "Give me more!" Halfway through this gustatory adventure, I was able to focus on my surroundings long enough to see how my husband was enjoying his little slice of Heaven. That question was quickly answered when I noticed that he was so lost in the absolute bliss, that his beard was covered in some beautiful gift from God that we lovingly referred to as "Cajun queso". He got an open faced chicken poboy that was drenched in this mythic nectar, and he was clearly so overcome by his basic need to devour more, that his hands and mouth were wearing most of it. My son, normally quite verbose and animated in dinner socialization, was so hyper focused on his next bite that he couldn't be bothered to acknowledge either one of us until the finale of the meal. Next time you want to go somewhere and lose yourself in a gluttonous haze of decadence and flavor, do yourself a favor and make your way to Lollipops. Put it this way: On the way home I found a rogue piece of chicken stuck in the recesses of my back teeth with my tongue, and the only thought I could muster was how elated I was to have another taste.

I did however go back to try their burger and that was pretty substantial and good, I would recommend that along with their fries. I wouldn't mind maybe going back to try their chicken sandwich or something else. This is a fast casual take out business only. It helps to call in and place the order so you don't have to wait inside to get your food. The food is made to order which is good, so you can count on the food to not be stale.

It became a nostalgic staple for me, particularly during my college years when I visited El Salvador. However, I must say that there are notable discrepancies between the Pollo Campero locations in El Salvador and the one I recently visited in Killeen, Texas. When comparing the Killeen location to those in California, I noticed distinct differences in both taste and quality. The pricing at this location is quite reasonable, especially considering that an 8-piece chicken meal can comfortably feed 4 to 5 adults. This meal also comes with two sides, which adds to its value. The drink options are diverse, featuring favorites like horchata, mango, Jamaica, and various Pepsi products. Upon entering, I found the establishment to be clean and tidy, which is always a plus. However, I did encounter an issue in the restrooms, which had a strong smell of weed and a non-functional light fixture glowing with a red light. This aspect stood out as somewhat sketchy and detracted from the overall experience. On a more positive note, the customer service was exceptional. The cashier, named Edward, was extremely helpful and caring, making my visit all the more pleasant. His attentiveness and friendly demeanor truly enhanced my dining experience. In summary, while Pollo Campero continues to evoke fond memories from my childhood, there are areas for improvement at the Killeen location. Nevertheless, the reasonable prices, generous portions, and outstanding customer service are reasons enough to give it a second chance.
