You walk in and they have a designated area/monitor that you walk up to and let them know you're there. Food has always come out quickly, is good quality and accurate. I drove all the way over here before breakfast ended.. I wasted gas and waited in the line just for it to be exactly 1030 on the spot and I'm not at the people who get to your order yet. I had placed a Mobile order before 10:30 and Chick-fil-A canceled my breakfast order and I had to wait through the line because I didn't want any lunch items. This Chick-fil-A is very connected to the community. They often host community nights that include bingo, mommy and me night, and more. They also have College Tuesdays for students. They are always super fast with our orders and rarely make mistakes. The associates are really nice and always have a smile on their faces, even in the rain. I don't often use the drive thru but the line splits into two. And there is staff with tablets taking everyone's order and it definitely speeds up the process. Not sure if it's because I came during lunch time but the line moves pretty swiftly. My person was a cute elderly man named John. He was so nice and helped me with my order. I got the spicy chicken (fried hot) Cobb salad with no bacon, an extra egg, with avocado lime ranch dressing. I also got waffle fries because I know I can't come here without bringing fries home for mom. Also got to redeem my birthday rewards for their chocolate fudge brownie. It's pretty nifty that they can scan your rewards with your mobile app. As I was pulling forward after my order and paying. John was so sweet and asked if the rewards I redeemed was for a birthday treat. And I said yes it was! And he wished me a happy belated birthday. It's the little things that totally makes my experience and day. Thank you John! Now as for the food... I've never had their salads before but have seen my friends order this specific order. And what can I say... it's pretty filling!! Delicious! Chicken was hot because well ... I asked for fried hot. Not sure if you're able to mobile order that way. I'd have to ask one of these days. We're longtime fans of Chick-fil-A because it's one of the few places where our whole family can enjoy a good meal and our kids can play safely afterward. Unfortunately, the past three times we've visited, the play area has been closed--with no explanation or clear signage. This has been really disappointing, especially since we specifically choose Chick-fil-A over other options because of the food-and-play combo that works so well for our family. When the play area is closed without notice, it takes away a big part of what makes the experience enjoyable for us. We hope this is something that can be addressed consistently or at least communicated better, so families like ours can plan accordingly. Usually stopping at Chick Fil A is unremarkable, however it's really gone down hill lately. There are two lines in the drive thru. I happened to be behind someone who has never ordered at a drive thru of chick fil a in their life before apparently. The line next to me was empty. Logistically, it's hard to back out and re enter the other line. I also didn't imagine the woman would read through and ask about every item on the menu. The gentleman servicing the other line sat down and watched the spectacle rather than take my order. I wanted to maybe wave him down, but thought it would be rude. EDIT: The way we always ran our Chick-fil-A is to go above and beyond of what's expected (I'm talking smile, "my pleasure", service with a big heart). This is definitely one of the lower ranking Chick-fil-As. I've been to McDonalds who say My Pleasure now and check how you're doing when you're dining in. Anyway- long story short: we're addicted to Chick-fil-A. Go at least once a week, if not more. Our Large fries don't get filled up and we pounded it into a Medium cup just to see- low and behold- I'm paying for Large's, but getting mediums. They always forget our straws or sauces. Today, for example. I made sure the and sauces and utensils were there- because the last time those were missing... and totally forgot to check for straws and dressing (which were missing). I've ordered cookies before that were missing or sandwiches where I asked the bun to be switched from multigrain to regular. Triple checked the order AND wrote it in the notes, only to hit the road with NO buns at all!!!! There's literally always something with this place. What an absolute waste of money. Pulled into the drive thru. Not a large line by any means, straight to order taker almost. End of long work day. Order my food from person, person short of customer service skills, charisma and friendliness, no good vibes, no big deal. Go to window, order was delivered two cars behind me, wait a brief time, minutes? Also no big deal. Check order everything there. Get home 6 minutes later. Fries are scorching hot salted right on top of the bag. 2 spicy chickens are ACTUALLY cold, I am amazed, food sitting under a heat lamp is at least warm, but COLD? buns not warm and pretty much almost stale, chicken although cooked was equivalent the temperature of being pulled out of a fridge. But when I went to the window to obtain order, I was told it was my fault and that they would need to refund my whole order and reorder due to mistake. Plus, the Manager "Austin" was very rude. When I questioned, we why would need to refund to add a fry, he just asked rudely do you want the fries. After refund and reprocessing order, I requested the phone number for corporate and his name. He stated his name is Austin like in Texas and I could look it up on google if I wanted phone number. The experience wasn't bad, and it usually isn't with Chick Fil A. However, this location is TERRIBLE. Chick Fil A always brings a lot of traffic to their locations. This parking lot is pitifully small and the drive thru backs up quickly. This leads to the drive thru line winding through the lot and to the street. The worst part is when the drive thru doesn't move, there isn't enough room for people to back out of parking spaces and leave. If you have to come here, I highly recommend waiting in the drive thru line. You'll have a really hard time exiting any of the parking spaces in the parking lot. read more
