I absolutely love this sandwich!! It's packed with so much flavor, and the bun absorbs all of the juicy goodness, making every bite incredibly satisfying. Runner-up for me is the Uncle Nikki. This one has Genoa salami, pepperoni, capicola, provolone cheese, also topped with their house slaw. I've only ordered from here through Postmates, and every time their packaging is excellent--they wrap each sandwich in this cute wrapper, which adds a fun touch and keeps everything neatly intact and fresh by the time it arrives. Each sandwich is around $12 (as of June 2026), and I honestly think it's worth the price because these sandwiches are huge and so good!!

Today was different and I'm writing in hopes that maybe our experience will be heard and help avoid situations like this in the future. At 5pm today I used the app to place an order and selected the drop down option of pick up at 6:30pm since that was the earliest I could get there. At 5:53 I received a text telling me my food was ready to pick up. Which meant that the hot burger would sit for almost 40 minutes and the salad with hot ahi tuna would sit and get the salad warm for 40 minutes until I arrived. I called the phone number listed for the store and was stuck in a web of AI answering. Everything I asked to speak to someone I was told by AI that I could leave a message or go to the website. I kept insisting to speak to someone and after the fifth time it finally put me through to someone in person. Not at the store. Apparently there is no direct line to the store anymore. The best the person could tell me was to go at 6:30 and ask them to remake it while I wait longer. I hurried to get there by about 6:15 and asked to speak to the manager. I tried to explain as politely as possible, but my concern was brushed aside with a dismissive, "We'll remake it for you. Hold on." In lieu of any sort of apology or owning of the problem, he said (direct quote), "Well, another lady just before you had the opposite problem." I have no idea what that meant or how it was an answer to my situation. He also told me, "The order came through and we just made it." When I asked if that was normal when you order through the app and specify a time, he reluctantly acknowledged it wasn't supposed to happen that way. So as I waited, he came over and asked, "What dressing do you want? It says no dressing." I double checked my order on the app and it clearly said "Ranch dressing: no change." So I'm not sure what made him think I hadn't ordered dressing. When I opened the order to check, the ahi tuna that was supposed to be seared was cooked well done all the way through and dry like chicken, but by that time I had just gotten home. We will still keep eating at the Habit. We really like it. My hope is that the manager would hear our experience and consider a different approach to hearing regular customers who offer a legitimate concern and constructive feedback. Additionally: when we opened what was supposed to be a bbq bacon char it was a single char with no bacon or cheese or bbq sauce.

That said, there were several things I did enjoy. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and I appreciated the variety of drink options. The Strawberry Watermelon drink was my favorite. I also liked that they offer multiple dipping sauces for both the fries and burgers. My husband absolutely loved the fries and couldn't get enough of the chipotle sauce. I personally preferred the garlic aioli, and the creamy jalapeño sauce was surprisingly delicious as well--though a little too spicy for me to enjoy more than a taste. Despite my issue with the seasoning, I wouldn't write this place off. I think the burger could be really good with less salt, so we'll probably give it another try and ask if they can go lighter on the seasoning next time.

Chick-fil-A is well known for superb customer service. NOT at this new location! When we approached the window to let them know about our missing strips, and burnt fries a manager or shift lead was sent our way. When we explained he rudely walked away, and we heard "it's not the time it's the oil change". At that point a friendly young man explained nation wide chick-fil-A has changed its oil, it has nothing to do with the time in fryer. He was very polite, and I thers should learn from him! On to our food. Our strips also seemed over cooked. Our order was missing chicken strips, and we asked for lite on the ice, and we received extra ice!!! We had to pullover, to wait for our food. That took quite awhile, so when we did receive our food it had cooled down, so we had lukewarm food. Oh but the Mac n cheese was hot. The food all seemed tasteless. This location needs to up their game to the rest of 5 star locations! read more

So, I've eaten Chick-fil-A twice and both times are from the same restaurant. The chicken is over salted for my taste. Even with the sweetness of the ketchup, it's still too salty. The chicken is salty. Maybe other Chick-fil-A restaurants are in control of their seasoning, but this restaurant has their chicken too salty. Also their Chick-fil-A Sauce is super sweet. It taste like 1/5 Mayo, 2/5 Mustard and 2/5 bbq and the sweetness of the BBQ sauce overpowers the mustard and mayo. The "fries" taste pre cook, which I wouldn't mind if they were crisps. But they're soggy and cold once you received them from the drive thur. It may be because of the current epidemic, but other smaller restaurants have manage to keep the quality higher. I will not eat Chick-fil-A again. read more

Excellent Customer Service !!! Stopped by for the Grand Opening of the new Chick-Fil-A in La Mirada. The food was fresh and delicious. The employees were extremely friendly and polite. I ordered a breakfast chicken biscuit combo. This was my first time ordering breakfast at Chick-fil-A. I would highly recommend this location. The restrooms were cleaned and well stocked. They also have a new play area for kids to play. If your in the area stop by and enjoy a fresh bite to eat at this new location. I would give them 10 STARS!!! read more

We came in for dinner the other week. Salads were good, fries were hot and order was right. The line inside was short and the dining room was empty. The playground is open and the kids were occupied throughout with that. Service was straightforward and they brought everything to the table. I'd recommend this Chick-Fil-A it's not super crowded at night inside and there is easy parking here for trucks. read more

Great service tonight. They were fast and the woman at the window was Chick-Fil-A nice. Spicy delux is the best item on the menu and they make their fries well done if your ask. Line was shorter in the drive thru unlike many others. Maybe a 10 minute total wait. They have lights up for the holiday with cows on the roof. It's right off the freeway, but there is still construction on the off ramps. read more

I remember when the first few Cane's locations popped up and they were all the rave, with customers that expanded outside the establishments, but now it feels like this franchise is stretching too thin! Now the food, why does it feel like I am being served with smaller than usual chicken fingers? Sizes are inconsistent, I'll give them credit that the chicken fingers alone DO have some flavor, good crunch, and a juicy center, but that's just as far as compliments will go. The fries are also a hit and miss, sometimes you'll get them fresh from the fryer, other times it's stale and cold in the middle, you really are pulling a lever of a slot machine after you place your order. The Texas toast is great, I have no issues with that. We don't talk about the coleslaw, 9 times out of 10 it's being substituted out; I- don't know why it's even default in the combos. The sauce is the only thing that's holding the meal together, seriously; that's why they're charging you, because they know that you'd be asking constantly for it because of how bland the food is. Now to follow up with inconsistency, their sweet tea. It's either heavily sweetened or makes you do a double take that if you accidently poured from the unsweetened tea dispenser. The staff is fine, they do greet you and take your order. It's so disappointing that this Raising Cane's has the more appealing dining area than other locations, a great variety of seating choices from high stools to standard chairs to patio seating to outside stone scenery with picnic style tables, but these are rarely utilized as there are barely any customers to fill up such a well decorated establishment! What I find ultimately concerning is that this brand is living off on nostalgia and brand loyalty, I can safely say that based on the mixed reviews on every Cane's location.
