As a diabetic it is very hard to find fast food options that are healthy. I come to chick fil a for the grilled nuggets. The girl messed up my order and gave me something I cannot eat at all. I'm not sure if she couldn't hear me but she should have asked me to pull up to the window if that was the case. The Coke Zero I asked for was flat with no gas at all. We picked up the food on the way home(20 mins out) and I did not notice until I got home. Very disappointing and gives people with dietary restrictions a hard time. Do better. read more

Some False promotions going on here. We tried to claim a coupon they sent via mail for a free meal. We came in early am, we were one of the first ones there. While in line, one of the workers (maybe the manager? Different uniform) noticed my wife holding the coupon card and said that they no longer take the promotion, And the cards no longer scan. It has not even expired yet. She did not try to scan it either. Of course, out of shyness, my wife stood there getting ready to order. Out of pure pettiness, I told her that we should just go somewhere else. We felt cheated. They lured us in, provided a fake promotion probably knowing that some customers will end up paying anyway. Avoid this Chick-Fil-A location - they are not fast food and customer service is F. I had an App/mobile order placed, waited in the drive thru lane, the staff glossed over me and took order from the other vehicle. I went to the window instead of apologizing for the error, the staff by the name of Daniel argued with me to say he only skipped one car ahead of me. My order took another 7mins to get. In total I waited 14mins to get my two sandwiches and a large fries at 3:07pm. The window staff never apologized for the delay and this is contrary to the customer service I expect from Chick-Fil-A. read more

Huge fan of this franchise, I probably eat Chik fila once a week at various locations. Have eaten at this location two times already in the last two weeks. The first visit my wife found a piece of hair probably 2-3 inches in length in her sandwich and today my chicken sandwich was raw/cold asf. I understand that it can take a significant amount of time to cook/fry chicken(I meal prep with chicken often) and lately with all the fried chicken sandwich craze, this is unacceptable. My wife complained to the manager at this location during her last visit and essentially her complaint fell on deaf ears. I even mentioned to the drive thru associate about our complaint from the last visit and in essence nothing was offered, she basically asked that we pull up to the front and that was that... The latest was yesterday afternoon, around 4 pm, the employee taking order inside was the same one who I encountered in my previous trips using drive-thru. I like the place when it opened up since it is near my house. However, if the seems not fond of her job is none of business. However, if the same attitude will be rendered to the customer or customers, I don't think gaining more business in the future is feasible. Definitely, this place lost my family business.
