First time here
Brandon D.

First time here and figured hey there's numerous Chicken places these days and I haven't tried this place yet, until today. First off. Hats off to all staff who work there, they're amazing and very professional, brought us our food and made small talk. 5 stars !!!! As far as the chicken goes. I had the sandwich which is literally 3 chicken tenders in a bun. I guess all they do is strictly chicken tenders. The sauce was made the meal, the chicken was flavorful, but nothing to get hyped up about. The sauce was delicious. It's basically a bun, sauce and chicken. No lettuce , pickles or cheese. So your really banking on the sauce the make the meal. They serve Lemonade which is a small fee for a refill, but I can go to chick-fil-A and get refills all day long of lemonade and it is better. They do offer a sweet tea which is amazing! So basically, go for the great service, I'll definitely go back, but I don't think I'll crave it.

I wish I could give negative stars because I would! I went into raising Cane's on Valentines night and purchased a three finger combo with the large sweet tea! Nicole, the cashier amazing Customer Service! I ordered my toast as B.O.B, my chicken extra crispy and I requested no cane sauce. Nicole doing with a good customer service representative or cashier would do saying that it was considered a special order open. The box saw that it was not as I had requested and told the kitchen staff something! I cannot speak on what she told them because I'm only observing and could not hear. The two females and the two men look over at me. The younger female had a lot to say, as well as the other female who went ahead and made the toast the way I requested! I saw them scoop up my food, my chicken and walk wherever with it. In the midst of this, Nicole had walked away, and I did have an encounter with I Believe they were two managers, a male and a female asking if I need any assistance and I was like no I was already being helped. Nicole walked back from wherever she was to look at the food and you can see that they still had something to say! The person who made my toast was very mouthy because I guess it was an inconvenience for her to make the toast away I asked! When I receive my food because I cannot see past the counter on what they did with it when they scooped it up cause that's literally what they did And walked away. I went ahead and took the food that I had already paid for and proceeded to walk out the door I get into the car. I examine my food. Chicken was not extra crispy. It was actually kind of soggy. My toast was correct. My fries were fine however, seeing the type of Actions that were displayed, I didn't feel like my food was safe enough to eat! So I took it and I threw it in the trash. Yes I threw away $13! Is it because I'm rich, no?! However, there's a saying "trust you're good! I will never frequent that establishment again! Because on the day that is supposed to be filled with love, even though that should be any day of the year, there was clearly no love being displayed in that restaurant. The worst part of it was the store wasn't busy! They had had a large party prior to me coming in because they were already done eating and they were leaving. It was clear that they were saying their goodbyes! So there was no long line no rush no nothing of the sort for them to be so rude and inconsiderate

Canes sauce. Quickly gets old.

Raising Canes is mid. I remember when they were first coming up in 2017 and their menus haven't really changed much. They serve the basic 3-4 chicken finger combos, or a chicken burger with is also made of chicken fingers. Craving chicken fingers with ranch? Not here, ketchup? you may get some in your bag to go. They really only have one sauce and it gets old pretty fast. Craving other sauces? Go somewhere else *couch *chil fl a *cough. Their service is always good because, i mean, they really only sell chicken strips.

The food is always good. But for this particular location, we went through drive through and got two extra sauce. Sadly they only gave one. Also they didn't give us straws for our drinks or utensils for our food. We had already left before we realized. We got the caniac, a side of fries, and 3 finger. The chicken was superr juicy at this location. And the fries were perfectly salted (usually I feel like they don't add enough salt)

Honestly this canes is better than the other canes by pizzamania RIP This canes has fresh made chicken and the customer service here is top notch Shout out to Johan too he's great worker and deserves a raise Will definitely be back

Three finger combo. $10.89

Bought the Three Finger Combo and took it to go. The chicken was very tender, though the lacked flavor. Very skimpy on the french fries. The sauce warm. They shouldn't put it inside the box with the hot food. Bread was yummy. Food came out pretty quick. At $10.89 the value just isn't there. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. Dining room and self-service area was very clean.

Don't let the long drive-thru line fool you. They are quick with taking orders and getting the line moving. Everyone from the person who takes your order to the person handing out the food are very polite and courtesies. We went during the holiday season and they had cute Peanuts cutouts on the lawn portion of the drive-thru. I asked two employees if I could have the Snoopy cutout but both said no. I tried.

The Box Combo

We had been craving Canes all week. The juicy, tender fried chicken. The lightly salted crinkle-cut fries. The buttery crunch of the Texas Toast. But tonight's visit left us disappointed. We understand how fast food works - they churn and burn Box Combos all night to have them ready to go for the mass amount of orders they receive. However our food had clearly been sitting for a while. The chicken was soft from sitting under the heat lamp. We asked for the toast to be buttered on both sides - it was not buttered, nor very well-toasted. The fries were alright but that's not saying very much. Needless-to-say we were disheartened. We love Cane's on occasion and this was not one of those occasions. We will be back, but we hope the next time will satisfy our cravings.

Brought the Princess and the drive thru was incredible. We parked and wales in. We were greeted. She knew what she wanted, she should since she eats this five days a week. Inside was busy on a late Sunday night, but nothing like the drive-thru line. The place was clean and there were not any dirty tables. Not that we had a chance to sit down and wait for her order to be called. It was ready within five minutes.

This is what was in my box. Tiny chicken
Tiffany J.

I specifically asked for FULL sized pieces and ended up with this. I had to go back and get a replacement for the 2 tiny pieces of chicken. Luckily the staff was prompt to replace it but I shouldn't have to get out of my car from the drive through and be of inconvenience.

4 piece tender combo!

SHOUTOUT CHRIS & SHAKOBI I already love canes as a whole , always loved the food. Always great customer service, great lemonade, food quality and taste. Chris being a great communicator, assisting me well with my order. While Shakobi just being great vibes and preparing my order perfectly for me. Made my night. Thank you guys. This was a good 15 minute before closing. Vibes .

Hair baked into a chicken tender
Daniel J.

UPDATE - I'm embarrassed to write a glowing review (below) and then doing a 180, but I unfortunately had a very poor experience on my last visit. Found a human hair baked into my chicken. The rep manning the counter took a look and nonchalantly said "Oh sorry, we will get you a new one". Now this tells me two things. 1. This location, and likely the rest of Cane's, do not have proper food health safety measures, and/or lax enforcement. 2. Cane's has poor management training. For cases like this, they should have gone the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction. No, I don't think a paltry concession of a free tender piece makes up for human hair in my chicken. Clearly, they don't give a f***. I'm sad that I won't be visit Raising Cane's again - the chicken was great the first 5 times. __________________________________________________________________________ If this is the future of fast food, sign me the hell up. Raising Cane's was the most pleasant surprise I've had after my move. Yes, it's a chain, but it's been a rare find for me. This location has a chic interior, lots of parking and seating, and good service. The chicken tenders deserve special praise. Whatever oil they are using (or could it be air-fried?), it works for me, because the clean, juicy chicken at Cane's blows KFC, Popeye's, and Church's out of the water. You absolutely need to try Cane's at least once. Cole slaw is less sweet than KFC's, but fresher and less watery. The toast is a treat, but remains a curious addition to the mix, imho. The fries are among the better ones that I've had at various restaurants. One thing I was disappointed in was their choice for hot sauce. Cane's regular sauce is indeed boss, but I like spicy for my chicken. They offer "The Original Louisiana Hot Sauce" - I could see why they chose it, as it doesn't drown out the flavor of the chicken, while still providing a kick. However, it's more salty than spicy, and I think good ole' Tabasco may actually work better.

After a morning hike with my best friend, we decided to stop by CAVA in Whittier, and I'm so glad…read morewe did! From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with exceptional customer service from Angie. She was incredibly sweet, welcoming, and genuinely made us feel valued as customers. It's not every day that you come across someone who is not only friendly but also takes the time to make your experience feel personal and enjoyable. As for the food it was absolutely delicious! Everything tasted fresh, flavorful, and perfectly prepared. After working up an appetite on the trail, this meal hit the spot. The ingredients were vibrant, the portions were generous, and every bite was packed with flavor. Ambiance inside was a 10/10 but it was a nice day so we decided to eat outside. Between the outstanding food and Angie's wonderful customer service, this visit exceeded our expectations. Employees like Angie are the reason customers come back. We'll definitely be returning to this Whittier location soon!

If you're considering getting your next bowl from this location specifically, please go to the next…read morenearest Cava. There are some things I'd like to mention that have already been said in other reviews, if you just scroll down. The portion sizes are ridiculous compared to other Cava locations I've been to. It's almost like a joke to even serve the sorry a** bowls that they do. Make no mistake--this is not the workers' fault. I feel like a lot of the heat gets placed on the workers, but they're only doing what is required of them. It's the managers, the boss, and the team that comes by to train the workers to serve a specific amount of each ingredient. This is a slap in the face. You're playing with people who work hard for their money, giving them ridiculous portions at full price, all to pocket more money. I know there's someone from the business side of Cava on here who responds to these reviews telling us to submit further critiques on their website, but what good is that doing if you still haven't listened to the concerns of your customers and changed the portion sizes? It angers me because I see what this business is doing, and they're doing it right in front of our faces while the workers take the heat, all for extra profit. I'm not f***ing with it. I'm passionate about this review because this feels like straight-up robbery of people's money, and this location does not care. PLEASE GO TO A DIFFERENT CAVA until this one actually listens to its customers and makes changes.

The buns here really make it stand out from other local dinners. It's really good because they're big and have a different texture than other smaller plain buns.
