My coworker ordered lunch for online pickup at this store yesterday. We were working on a project and wanted something quick and easy since no one brought in their lunch. Ordering online is very easy and our food was ready at the estimated time, which was great. Unfortunately, there was two errors with our order. When my coworker was divvying up the meals to the group, we found that I only received one sandwich when I ordered two and my coworker received a plain chicken sandwich when he ordered a spicy one. Well, when I bit into my sandwich I realized I got the spicy one and did not receive pickles like I ordered. My coworker got lettuce, tomato, and pickles on his sandwich when he didn't order any of that; that is what I ordered (x2). [[HIGHLIGHT]]I honestly didn't want to eat lunch from here to begin with because this place is always so packed that you can't barely get into Home Depot parking lot to get work done.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I don't understand the craze about this place, the food is just ok and they charge .20 per topping when they only give you one tiny piece to lettuce, one slice of tomato, and three pickles. My coworker could have done a better check on what was ordered versus what was in the bag but we were feeding 5 people and everything was stuffed in one big bag with fries and a drink carrier, ready to go so he trusted they got everything right. Came for breakfast.. it was a maze to find the drive thru line. As expected the staff was bubbly and friendly. First time trying the frosted coffee and I loved it. However, my hash browns were not hot nor crispy which was disappointing. The bacon was also gross, I had to throw it away. I ordered breakfast on the app. I arrived and checked in on the app at 10:29. I waited in the drive thru line and got to my person to give my order after 10:30. I did not get my breakfast sandwich. You just be THERE and speak to someone before 10:30am to get chick fil a breakfast. This location replaced my breakfast sandwich with a lunch sandwich. The drive thru and curb side services are always incredibly efficient, even when the lines are insanely long. The orders are usually right, but I have experienced a few times where an item has been left out. They have handled refunds or free items on future purchases very well, though. Yes, I have had Chick-fil-A before. It is great. But, would you believe I have never been to a Chick-fil-A before? Yes, this is my first time going to one of their locations, and it was to the drive through. As someone else noted in the reviews, the flow of traffic here is not very clear. Thankfully, well, maybe not since I did not have anyone to follow and thus guide me, I was the only one in line. I felt like I had zero clue as to what I was doing. Anyway, I order the Chick-fil-A Grilled Chicken Club Sandwich (which was great), and then where do I go? You need to drive around to the complete opposite side of the building to pick up your order. I absolutley love Chick-fil-A! I don't come often, but when I do, I am never disappointed. I am a simple purest, and all I ever order is the Original Chicken Sandwich- so good, and I love the way the bread soaks of the juices. The staff are always friendly and smiling, which is amazing considering how busy they always seem to be. The one other item I love is the Chick-fil-A Nuggets, a friend of mine always has them at her Christmas party and they are always a hit! Please do something about your curbside parking before there is going to be an accident. Cars are cutting through the curbside parking which is supposed to be one way according to the signs to get to the drive-through to cut the line. I almost was hit today so please do something about this. While I was waiting for my order within two minutes, I at least saw eight cars go the wrong way into curbside parking. It's just a matter of time. If it hasn't happened already, it will be an accident and someone will blame Chick-fil-A for their parking lot structure. read more

Like at many other CFA locations, you need a certificate in logistics to be able to manage whatever bastardized way that the store has for getting on/off the property. If you've ever been to any CFA then you know that they do a horrible job at designing the stores. Even newer ones are built with far less square footage then they actually need for parking & seating. This of course means that stores especially since the beginning of the pandemic have gone out of their way to reroute the flow of traffic to accommodate how insanely busy they usually are and attempt doing a double drive thru that the store wasn't initially built with. At this the location the road with the arrow for entrance to the property has been rerouted with cones/signage as the exit road and for mobile orders only but for the drive thru you need to head two parking lot dividers down and then parabola loop back to the store to find the start of the line. Kind of crazy, but they don't have the space and the surrounding lot is super busy with a PetSmart and a Home Depot. On to the food. Usual set with two regular nug meals and a chicken sandwich meal. Even though I asked for no pickles on the sandwich they were there anyway and unlike most CFA locations that give copious quantities of sauce for nuggets, this location I guess is enforcing a new rationing policy at 1 sauce for a 12 count nugget meal. Womp-Womp-Womp. It was middle of the day and the on/off property time was give or take 10ish minutes which all things considered wasn't too bad considering how busy they were. Not a big fan of the sauce rationing and getting on/off the property was harder than it had to be, but overall we knew everything would be all right when the staff made sure to tell us to have a blessed day when giving us our food. I figured I should update my review since I have 53 check ins, lol. Even though I hated this location being closed for renovations I'm ecstatic about the changes made. They closed one of the entrance/exit which caused not only traffic buildup, but frustration between customers trying to enter and others trying to leave. The dual drive thru is also a plus. I enjoyed this perk at other locations and with this location being as busy as it is this change was a must. The employees are always friendly which is what this restaurant is known for. This doesn't pertain to only this location, but I love the rewards program. With the amount of times I frequent Chick-fil-A it's nice to get freebies. This location was recently renovated. They tore the whole thing down and rebuilt it. Now there are two drive through lanes with real assistants. Parking spaces are a little trickier to get to now though. Service was fast. I ordered a chicken sandwich without pickles. I didn't have to wait very long. Drive through staff were friendly and called me by name! A chicken sandwich is less than $4. Not a bad deal. They even offer you a choice of sauce if you want some. There was no pressure to buy anything else. I got the sandwich for free. They are always giving out promo cards and they partner with Orlando Magic. Great company. This newly renovated Chic-fil-a is a great lunch and breakfast spot in the area. With that being said, if you're coming during those times, be prepared for a crowd! I highly advise on downloading the Chic-fil-a app and ordering your meal, and walking in to pick it up, instead of doing the drive thru. This is not my favorite location. Even though it was remodeled recently, the whole drive thru process is still confusing and I watched several cars that were behind me get their food before me. I only had 1 meal so it was not a large or confusing order. The chicken nuggets were good but I don't think the fries were fresh so that was disappointing. My frozen lemonade was delicious as always so at least that was positive. I think I'll stick to the Casselberry location I normally go to, I always have a positive there. read more

This is my favorite location, it's the busiest one I've been to but still my favorite. They've recently tore down and rebuilt this location making it more convenient for the heavy traffic that comes through at breakfast and lunch time in the corporate Lake Mary area. The staff are friendly and extremely fast in providing the orders. They deliver to your table and even chat with you a bit making it feel like anything but a fast food place. I always grab the grilled chicken club meal, it's my favorite, but I've recently discovered their chocolate chunk cookies that are simply amazing. Highly recommended for those indulging Fridays!
