So, I'm leaving this review as someone who has only had Arby's once in 2007, and never again because I thought the food sucked. Fast forward to 2023, and I thought "hey, why not. I like roast beef, let's give it another try". I should've kept driving. My sandwich was RAW as you can see from the photo. And the one with the cooked roast beef? That was my THIRD sandwich. I had to go inside and ask them to actually fully cook the meat. And it STILL tasted disgusting. The one star is for the service only. The kids running the drive thru, and the wonderful folks inside the very clean restaurant, really made a difference. I'll probably only be back for the crinkle fries. Special sauce was empty, but they had packets to hand out...if you asked. TP, both rolls ... empty in the bathroom. Ordered the new garlic ribeye sandwich because it looked great in the window pictures and behind the counter...no where near the looks in the pictures when we unwrapped it. I am actually pretty impressed with this location. I hadn't been to an Arby's in probably over a decade, but when I started hearing about the new wagyu burger I told hubs we had to go. We stopped by at lunchtime this past a Saturday. We both ordered burger meals with curly fries (I requested no lettuce and my burger well done - large sign on menu states burgers are cooked to medium). We also ordered mozzarella sticks and jalapeño poppers because YUM. Our large order was correct, fresh, and tasty. Staff was accommodating and nice. It was a bit expensive but what isn't these days. The burger was tasty and I enjoyed the sauce on it. We both ordered lemonade as our drinks, hubs regular and I went with strawberry lemonade. Y'all. I will be back for that lemonade! Grabbed food in the drive through after not visiting an Arby's in many years. I got the market fresh turkey club, chicken bacon Swiss sandwich, curly fries, white cheddar Mac n cheese, and mozz sticks. Firstly, the crew that works here is very kind and patient since I was a bit slow ordering. Second, the food was great! My favorite was the turkey club sandwich with ranch and curly fries. The only miss was the chicken bacon Swiss burger as the chicken was not edible, I couldn't bite through the middle. But I am willing to give it another shot because sometimes chicken is like that haha. read more

What? Paul's writing a review on fast food? "Might as well ask me to drown in the Dead Sea!" (Hope you don't mind me quoting you there, Ms. Armatrading : -)). Not being snobbish or anything - it's just that I really don't do fast food. My last experience and Yelp review was on Steak n Shake, and it wasn't pretty. But scanning through the Sunday paper, I came across a BOGO deal from Arby's. Anticipating that I have to eat fast on Wednesday, I socked the coupon away. While the line was out the door for Chick-Fil-A 3 doors down (strictly speaking, all drive-through lines are 'out the door', but you know what I mean), crickets provided the soundtrack at Arby's. A shame: service was fast and accurate, and the sandwich - something they call Grand Turkey Club or something - was fine. The bacon was not the most smoky variety I've ever tasted, but there's a good quantity of sliced turkey, and the sandwich was well put together, looking almost like the picture. The bun's more interesting than your usual enriched white flour bun as well - it tasted almost like a brioche hybrid. It comes warm, with just enough mayo mixture to accompany. Lettuce and tomato were both fresh and unblemished. All in all I'd put it at least on par with the quality of the afore-mentioned out-the-door restaurant's sandwich. At $4.65, it's an OK price; but for TWO, it was a bargain! read more

Cruising down the street in Lake Mary looking for a quick bite to eat! I keep seeing the same restaurants extremely busy and I'm seriously too hungry to wait in line at a fast food restaurant. I look over and see this Arby's and see, they barely have any service! I take a quick turn into their parking lot and head straight to their drive thru. With absolutely no waiting in line, a nice cordial gentleman assists me. I place an order for my favorite, the turkey gyro with everything on it and a fish sandwich special for my hubby. My order was quick, hot, fresh and served with great customer service to include, no waiting time. People please, don't sleep on Arby's, I was extremely happy to head home with hot fresh food. As I'm leaving, I look over at the other fast food joints where the cars are still waiting in the same spot! For fast food, I'm pretty amazed how well my turkey gyro tastes and for only $3.99, I can't complain! So visit this place, they have great sandwiches also and they give great customer service! read more

We went there today to eat and the place was so dirty. I ordered ans specifically asked for fresh fries because if you don't they will serve them cold. Today someone was even asleep on the bench. Every table was dirty and the drink station was covered in spills. We got our food and they served us cold fries yet again. So disappointing when you spend $25 on 2 meals and they serve garbage. The staff was friendly and we got our order very fast. The Arby's app provided me a $1.00 roast beef sandwich coupon. I was very happy with the deal I was able to snag. We didn't go inside but the drive thru was pretty quick and my order was accurate. I was overall happy with our experience. The food is your typical Arby's so fast food quality. Stopped in with the hope of enjoying a Roast beef sandwich combo meal, it always bothers me as your walking in you see the guy who's slicing up the food, standing outside probably smoking but whose to tell. Getting back to this fast food joint " Stay Away" dirty as hell I was eating my meal and the top of my table was invaded by ANTS , as I approached the manager who was very nice gave me my refund and replied " Our Exterminator has not been doing a good job" . I've visited this location many times over the years and have not had any bad experiences. The drive thru is sometimes quite slow so I recommend just walking inside for fast service. They recently re-did the entire restaurant and it looks very clean and nice. You can't go wrong with a nice beef n' cheddar and a turnover. read more

Due to my clumsiness, after I got mine and my girlfriends meal, I spilt about 10 fries on the ground, without me having to ask (and I wasn't going to) the manager saw and within 10 seconds she had me a small fry sent to me and the mess cleaned up. This is by far the most run down dirty Arby's I have ever been to. It should be shut down for possible health code violations. They get your order right but they do not great you at the door and are very talkative about personal business at work. I would seriously recommend this place be shut down, rebuilt and after a good health inspection, reopened. I highly encourage yelpers to go elsewhere. read more

This location is one of my mine and my coworkers favorite places to eat lunch on Lake Mary Blvd. We visit at least twice a week. The service is accurate, fast and polite. The manager is amazing, they run very smoothly as we usually go at lunch time when the drive thru and the inside are very busy. They get your order correct every time, your food is always hot and there is always a smile to greet you when coming in and leaving. Even after the recent hurricane, where there were only three places to eat on lake Mary Blvd., we didn't have to wait. Thank you to the lunch time manager! read more

Favorite fast food in the area by far, service is always quick and staff is nice. Decent variety, never a huge line (cause everyone is infatuated with the Chick-fil-a next door), but food is always great and since the remodel the building looks fantastic. Don't listen to the bad reviews, maybe they used to have slow/bad staff years ago but I go here at least a couple times a month and always have fantastic service from everyone.
