I hate to do this because I love Bojangles. This morning would have been funny if I wasn't in a hurry. O ordered a steak, egg, and cheese biscuit, a country ham, egg, and cheese biscuit, and a biscuit with gravy. What I got was a biscuit, a country ham biscuit, and a steak biscuit. I noticed the gravy and went back and got that. When I pulled the biscuits out there was neither egg or cheese on either. I took them back to the counter waited 5 minutes and was given an egg and cheese biscuit. It took them another 5 minutes to figure out how to put egg and cheese on the biscuits. I love the Bo berry biscuits , they are my absolute favorite and even better when I visit North Carolina in the fall with a cold breeze lol. I know I'm late but WHY are these Bo-Tato Rounds sooo good?!? It's like is an onion ring and hashbrowns had a baby except the hash browns had the stronger genes (90% hash & 10% onion ring) They were perfectly round, crispy and absolutely delicious! I was genuinely excited when I heard Bojangles in Sanford was reopening after nearly a year of being closed due to an electrical fire. I've always loved their breakfast biscuit sandwiches and sweet tea, so I made a point to stop by on their first day back. There were a few familiar faces working, which was nice to see, and while there were some trainees on staff (understandable on day one), the delay in the drive-thru was minimal and handled well. I ordered a chicken biscuit, bacon, egg & cheese biscuit, and a sweet tea--my usual go-to order. Sadly, that's where the excitement ended. The biscuits just weren't the same. They used to be soft, buttery, flaky, and had that homemade taste that set them apart. Now, they seem pre-made and bland, missing that fresh, comforting flavor. The chicken was also noticeably smaller and lacked the crispy, juicy texture it used to have. The bacon, egg, and cheese biscuit had barely any bacon, and the eggs were paper-thin. Even the sweet tea, which I used to rave about, tasted off--less sweet and not as bold in flavor. It really feels like there's been a decline in quality, which is heartbreaking for a place that used to be my go-to breakfast spot. On the way to a high school graduation, I was able to stop by Bojangles. The double drive thru was open and the waiter was nice. I asked for a menu and he had no problem going to get one. I would never eat here. My granddaughter applied for a job, and the manager made rude, discriminatory comments about her hair -- one side dyed blonde, the other natural. She's smart, talented, and just wanted a fast-food job, yet she was shamed for her appearance. This behavior is completely unacceptable and unprofessional. This place really surprised me in a good way. A lot of the chain fried chicken places have gone so downhill that I don't even bother going anymore. First off FYI: there are no chicken pieces here or at any location in Florida they let me know when I visited this location. Only strips, chicken sandwiches and breakfast sandwiches. So at first I was a little disappointed but I said hell I'm already here. I ordered the 3 strips meal, dirty rice and it comes with a drink and biscuit. The chicken was nice and crispy, great taste, a little spice. I was shocked, these strips taste like white meat chicken pieces. Then I took a bite of the dirty rice, very tasty with pieces of meat in it. The biscuit is soft, moist and buttery. I am excited at this point that everything is hittin. The tea was very sweet but it's sweet tea, that should be expected. The service was awesome, they explained everything to me as a newbie with a smile and I had a lot of questions. The food was fresh. This isn't really a true Bojangles. It's a limited menu place that doesn't have actual fried chicken, just tenders and boneless sandwiches. I would have just driven away if I wasn't so hungry, but I definitely will be going to a traditional competitor that serves what I enjoy (breast, thigh, wing, drumstick). The rest is great. They have terrific sides and fries. The biscuits are delicious as always. I don't know what was happening at this location this morning but this food was not it. Asked for lite ice and the cup is literally filled nearly to the top with a slushy type of ice that kept getting stuck in the straw. Had nearly no soda in it. Ordered a chicken biscuit and they added a slice of nasty processed cheese to it, which was not asked for. On this great Tuesday Afternoon, I went to this Bonjangles location for bogo tender Tuesday. But this bogo deal turned into a terrible experience. I was met with the rudest and most terrible store manager I could have ever met. As a frequent Bojangles customer and somebody from the Carolina, I have never had a experience like this one, and if you great service, just like you'll get a Chick-fil-A, do not go to this location, it is the worst one you've ever have. I stopped by for lunch on Wednesday, November 23, 2022. I hadn't been to a Bojangles for some time since the chain left the Orlando area a few years back. This is their reentry into the market and I had to give the Charlotte, North Carolina based company a welcoming try. I was greeted warmly as soon as I entered and the cashier, Kimora, provided me insight as to their menu. I was itching to try their bone-in chicken however, I was advised this location only carries boneless chicken products...so chicken tenders it was. I ordered the three piece chicken tender meal which comes with a dipping sauce, side, and drink. For $8.99, this was a veritable bargain. The chicken tenders were crispy, juicy and with just the right amount of Cajun batter seasoning. The biscuit was fluffy with a nice, crisp exterior. The coleslaw is mayonnaise-based and had a light creaminess with a sweet taste. Yum all around! I'm looking forward to the opening of additional Bojangles locations in the Orlando metro. read more

All I saw on their menu were kids meals and the chicken tender combos. I opt for the 3 piece tender and a side of Mac and cheese with a biscuit. If you need a menu they have paper ones and its set up like Chick fil a so you don't actually use the loud speaker someone is standing outside to take your order. This is a brand new establishment and they provided excellent customer service. You could tell their staff was trained very well. This is a new establishment and they are very busy. Finally got our Bojangles fix! They only have tenders (no bones) at this location, but the manager had me try it and it was delicious! Fresh, moist inside, crunchy outside with just enough spice to set them apart. We are visiting from Texas and Sanford is about halfway between Orlando and Daytona Beach. It's worth the exit from I-4. Sides are the same as we remember from NC over 30 years ago and broke newlyweds. Staff was super nice and friendly listening to this old lady, especially Tiffany and Shania! We took a big box to go and then added the blueberry biscuits for dessert with our grandkids later!! Very happy, and more than a little nostalgic! read more

As a native southerner, I am used to having a Bojangles nearby. Now that I live in Florida, there are not many, so I am always excited when I get to go to one. This Bojangles is very clean, and seems to have it all going on. I noticed they have a double drive-through, although we ate in. The food was hot and yummy. My only complaint was that they did not have country ham biscuits, like they do everywhere else. I guess people in this part of the country do not eat country ham. Honestly don't remember the last time I had been to a Bojangles. Maybe that partly plays into the fact that I am giving the 4 stars. Went at a time with no one in the drive-through and the person that took our order was friendly and answered any questions we had. The food was instantly ready when we got to the window which was great. No complaints at all about speed of service. The food was pretty solid. As others point out they serve tenders and sandwiches here and no bone-in chicken. The sandwich was great and competes with some of the best fast food chicken sandwiches. Also their fries were decent as well. Not my favorite fast food fry but not the worst. Had to get a sweet tea and can't complain about it at all.
