This is the slowest CFA location I've ever been to. We travel nationwide for work and CFA is the one constant when it comes to drive thrus for us. They're known for being friendly, fast, and having high quality "fast food". I've given this location 3 attempts and every time it's taken me 40+ minutes to get through the line. Why?! Twice about 2/3pm and just now at 11am. We've been in much bigger areas which are a lot busier with zero issues and even with Covid the Reading locations have no struggle keeping their line moving. First off, I ordered online so that I could have my meal ready. I continued to stand there for another 20 minutes waiting for my order. Mean while people who ordered way after I arrived were already getting their meals. So much for order without the wait. Second I watched the "hospitality" manager chastise a customer because the kitchen got his order wrong! She was overly condescending and rude. More or less called him stupid and that he didn't order it right. Even though he showed her the receipt. Luckily one of the nice underpaid counter girls had already taken care of it. Third, my good friend, a Navy Vetern who served our nation, was made to feel as though he was a liar because he ordered a 30 CT nugget for himself. The cashier, and the hospitality manger scrutinized this as if it were a federal crime to eat a lot of food. You're the ones who offer a military discount at 50%. Maybe you should do like everyone else and 10-15% and then let them use it for their entire family. If they're paying for it, I can't understand where the is even a problem. But that's besides the point, the 30CT was all for him. He just finished it actually. I have been going to the East York location for over 4 years because of the way Cathy and her staff treat people. Both times I have been to this Chick-fil-A I have gone through the drive thru. It is a dual lane drive thru, then it goes to single after you place your order which is very convenient. This location was very busy both of my visits. However it is brand new so that's to be expected. As for the service, let me say that they have done an excellent job hiring people with positive attitudes. Both times my order taker and the cashier were extremely friendly, which is how all QSR service should be. They asked for my name and when I got to the window asked if it was me and repeated my order. Very accurate and helpful to make sure everything was right. As for the food, both times the sandwiches and fries were hot. So the wait is well worth it for the friendly service. I'd definitely recommend visiting this location if your nearby or after a day of shopping at Belmont! read more

Wow I hate to leave a one star review but I am done with this location. I would come here often but the service is not what it used to be. Not only is it the slowest CFA to ever exist but the first problem was I ordered a frozen lemonade and it was literally half full and melted. Now I just go back and ask for the ice cream with chocolate syrup and they give it to me completely melted and smashed shut in a tiny dish with a lid completely liquid like it had been sitting there for a while. I tell the rude lazy employee in the window it's melted and I want actual ice cream and they say "oh yeah that happens it melts" no apology no offer to do something about it and refused to take it back or get another one. Then just rudely hands me my food and says nothing. Couldn't believe it. Just ridiculous and not acceptable. Been to many other CFA's way better than this. So done with this location. read more

This is the worst managed Chick-fil-a I've ever been to. The efficiency of this location compared to other locations is where they are lacking. They should visit the Chick-fil-a's in Indiana to get advice on how to properly manage long lines. The busy chick fil as in Indiana have approximately 8 people taking orders outside and running food outside in the drive thru.Not a single person Not only is the efficiency hurting the store it is hurting the traffic patterns in this location as well. read more

They run out of products pretty often, and it's thoroughly disappointing when they no longer have necessities such as CFA sauce and mac and cheese. Secondly, the drive through is very slow. The drive thru was full so we went inside to eat. The place was completely packed with a full line of patrons. No tables were available so we decided to take it to go. Probably waited 5 minutes in line to order and another 10 minutes to get our order. I like Chick fil a, but not enough to want to go back to this location anytime soon. This is the slowest chick fil a ever... they usually mess up my order or forget something. I'm 9 months pregnant and they forgot my soda... they made me walk back to my car to get my receipt because I was in the drive through. There was no parking either so it was a walk. so basically i came here the last two weeks both once because i was in the area one day both times this week and honestly i'm not impressed because they gave me no napkins. i work at mcdonalds and anytime someone gets done in service or any type of service, we give them enough napkins. even though we have napkins in the lobby as well, but it's kind and required. and this location failed to do that which i found rudE. they also gave my friend no bread on her sandwich , all chicken no bread type thing. and i really didn't know how to feel , they controlled me . the tables were also dirty and a bunch of fruit flies were flying around us or some type of small flying bug and the tables were close to our bodies my friend felt trapped and once again i didn't know how to feel. i don't recommend this place. good food tho. also to add on, my other friend and i were having an eventful day, and we were STARVING , so we came to this location to rest and eat , and we ordered mac n cheese ... NO FORKS!! and again NO NAPKINS!! I actually seen a gentlemen come to ask for a fork smh .. i continue to spend money here due to the close location , but it's sad because they disappoint me every time.
